I tried out this pupuseria because it had really good ratings -- let me tell you, they do nottt miss over here! The pupusas are a pretty good size (1-2 is a good amount for one person) and I loved their curtido. For the size you get, I would say that the price is really good. Their empanada de platano was really good too, it's a sweet fried plantain with a little bit of cream inside (the taste and texture reminded me a bit of custard). Just the perfect dessert! First time visiting this Pupuseria, and I'm glad I went. It's not large, but it is clean and comfortable. There is a really good menu selection, and I thought pricing was reasonable. The young lady who took my order was friendly and helpful, which I appreciated because I wanted my order split into two separate bags. The pupusas are a good size, made fresh and really good. Today, however I prefaced that I had a shellfish allergy as I ordered my revuelta pupusas and my pal ordered a shrimp pupusa. And I love that their red salsa actually has some spice to it. We had been wanting to try this place. Their pupusa are delicious, fresh made to order. The Curtido and mild salsa are perfect. The service was excellent! She greeted us as soon as we arrived. I am happy this restaurant opened closer to my home and I don't have to drive farther to get my pupusa fix. The restaurant is small but cute to sit down and dine in. The pupusas are above average. I took away two stars because in my opinion the salsa and curtido are essential and must be just as good as the pupusas to complete the dish. In this case, the salsa does not taste or look all natural, I suspect they mix in canned tomato sauce and mix. Also, the curtido would benefit from some tweaking. I hope they read this review and I will continue to support this place for the time being. read more
