Humble but amazing. The pork melts was delicious paired with the bbq sauce! Don't pass this place by. About the banana bread...loved it! Thank you for the hospitality.

Hands down the BEST spot on the road to Hana. We stopped here not expecting much. I wanted to try some pork so ordered the Kalua pork melt. It's a grilled cheese with kalua pork. It was bomb. The pork was so juicy. And we also casually ordered malasadas also not thinking much about it. It's 3 per order for $6. These were the best malasadas we had on the island! Fried them up in the truck so they were hot and not stale and had the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar. Soft & chewy & just perfection. Plus the ladies working the truck are awesome & gave us great service. If you need a snack/lunch/dinner on the road to/from Hana, stop here! You will not regret it.

Don't miss this on the Road to Hana! It's a little past mile marker 17 and well worth whatever line is happening there. The pork is tender and delicious! Along the side of the stand is a small table, where they sell local made jewelry and leis.

First stop for us was at Uncle Harry's! at 1030am we were ready for our first stop. They call it "pig tacos", pinto beans so flavorful and meat so tender. Absolutely recommend, what a gem!! Stop here to fuel your journey.

The malasadas were delicious! We also got some shaved ice, the kids loved! So happy we pulled over!

We had the pig tacos (pulled pork) AMAZING!! so excited to find this little gem on the road to Hana .. the meat was chopped with purple cabbage the perfect crunchiness and flavor! We tried other places and they don't compare .. wonderful family run establishment we were treated so warmly .. Highly Recommend!!!

Definitely worth the stop! Pork tacos 10/10!!! We went back and ordered more. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Give this place a try!

Yay! This was a nice little stop on our Hana Highway trip. I got a coconut and pineapple smoothie which was really delicious - super fruity, fresh, and sweet. A few members of my party got the last two baby loaves of banana bread and we all got to taste but I wasn't too impressed. It tasted like generic banana bread but was a bit dry (maybe it was slightly old). A few people got ice cream (banana macadamia nut, I think). I sneaked a taste and found that it was really creamy and rich and really good. The lady running the stand was really nice and friendly and helpful, especially when one of the members of our party found out he'd stepped in poop. She gave him some dish detergent and directed him to the hose so he could rinse off. There was a picnic table under an awning and some interesting decor (deer head, animal skulls, and two live turtles in a small tank). There was also a weird looking duck walking around. We got to meet Princess, the owner's dog, who was friendly, but had flies swirling around her.

I know every place and person will claim they have the best recipe out there, but this was actually so delicious! The texture was moist and fluffy, and the banana flavor was perfect without being too sweet. I had a whole loaf by myself traveling along the Road to Hana without even realizing it! And for it to be nut-free and sugar-free was really impressive to me. While here, I also grabbed a mango smoothie, which wasn't too special - though it wasn't mango season, so I don't blame them - and a couple of Island Dream Bars. If you're an Almond Joy fan, then I highly recommend the Island Dream Bar; it felt like a homemade, better version of an Almond Joy with macadamia nuts, coconut flakes, and chocolate baked into a cookie bar.

And it's pricey, also expected. We bought 2 to take home. Put it in the fridge in our hotel room then brought it home. It lasted about 1 week as long as it's in the fridge. Highly recommended for a quick stop on your way to Hana town. Tip: No public restroom here.

I made daily trips to their location in Kihei which was next door to a condo I rented in July. I stopped in for coffee everyday which was always freshly brewed and tasty. I purchased lots of snacks to enjoy with my beverages, such as cheese, crackers and chips. Service was top notch! This deli is located in a strip mall and is bigger inside than it looks from the outside. On one side they have the ordering area with a beverage cooler, a display case, and hats for sale with their logo. The other side has seating and can probably fit around 30 to 40 people. For lunch on this day I went with the chicken pesto panini while my father went with a hot dog with mustard and sauerkraut. The menu described my sandwich as chicken breast, sun dried tomato, toasted pine nuts, provolone, and pesto spread, and my father's simply as sauerkraut and mustard. It was busy when we were there, so it took about 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes for the food to come out. Since we ordered separately, my food came out first and even though I planned to wait, I had enough time to eat it while waiting for my dad's. The chicken pesto panini ended up being quite good. The chicken was moist and flavorful and there was more than enough cheese. The sun dried tomatoes added a nice pop of flavor, although I wish there had been more. My favorite part was the pesto spread and pine nuts, especially the garlicky flavor from the pesto. My dad also thought his hot dog was good. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. I enjoyed my sandwich and my dad enjoyed his hot dog, so I would be interested in trying more of the menu.
