    Lumpiang Shanghai and torta relong
    Lydia S.

We came here for a comedy show called Late Night Lumpia. I'm giving them an extra star because I hope this wasn't their normal level of service. The food was fine. Lumpia Shanghai were crispy and not burned. I thought the dipping sauce was odd. We also got the torta relong, which while tasty, was a little light on the eggplant. We had to ask for a bowl of rice, which I think is weird at a Filipino restaurant. Hubby got a Money Business, but he said it tasted more like a daiquari. The restaurant was clean and spacious. The decor was fun and the sound system on point.

Filipino Bar and grill. We had so much fun in this restaurant. Was karaoke night when we went. the ambiance is energetic, fun, and inviting. Anyone can sing, two songs per person to give other people a chance to sing. Everyone was so friendly. There is a dance floor and people were dancing and just having fun. The food- we ordered a full tray for a party of 6 and we had left over. The platter includes pancit, lechon kawali, bangus, eggplant , egg rolls, chicharon bulaklak. We also ordered sinigang salmon. Drinks- cantaloupe juice Dessert- halo halo Parking-a lot of space

Uncle's Tapas Bar and Grill in Henderson serves authentic Filipino food with great attention to detail, from the banana leaf presentation to traditional dishes like bangus fish, lechon, and pancit. Everything tasted fresh and homemade.

Very authentic Filipino food. We have been twice, once on a Tuesday night when they had karaoke and dancing. It was a little loud but the food more than made up for it. The second we went for breakfast and it was slow inside but very quiet and the service was great, our server even brought us a free dessert. 10/10 will be back anytime we want Filipino but don't feel like cooking.

We were a party of 14 that dined here for lunch. There was only one server at the time but he was very efficient and attentive ( forgot his name ;/) Food was great and surprisingly fast. For those who loves karaoke they even have mics on the tables! Place is large enough to accommodate multiple large groups. This was about 20 mins drive from the strip. Happy tummy for all!

We always get our catering package here! Crispy sisig, highly recommended! Recently we had a family event where they rented the whole place for catering. Had a good variety of food selection, we loved thier pork bbq and egg roll. They also serve Alcohol & Boba. The best part is they have karaoke and a dance floor! Is a full event venue! Some days they also have a live ba

We met one classmate at Uncle's Tapas Bar & Grill for a mini high school reunion dinner. It's a Filipino restaurant. Our classmate is a residence of Vegas & recommended this restaurant as they are regulars. It was a quiet evening as I saw 3 tables of diners. There was a man doing the karaoke song in Tagalog. He sounded okay. We got our table and immediately we were served with cold bottle water for drink. We ordered like a family style. An appetizers plate arrived with lumpia shanghai, beef kaldereta, tofu. The server said it was on the house. We got the tofu sisig, crispy palabok, crispy pork kare kare, tortang talong, and steamed rice. The tofu sisig and tortang talong tasted really good but the rest just a little bit salty. My other classmates tasted same. For desserts we had the special halo halo and turon ala mode. The halo halo was supreme in size that we shared. There was a birthday celebration on one table that they kept on singing the karaoke and dancing as well as it has a lot of room. We danced with them for a little bit to shake the food we ate. The staff and server were amazing. The atmosphere was nice and simple. Actually the restaurant is good for a large group.

A very good experience for us tonight. Our 1st time here. We came to try their food but we were greeted with dancing and karaoke. We ordered tortang talong, bistek Tagalog , garlic rice, lumpiang Shanghai and monkey business drink. They cooked all their dishes well !!! I love my eggplant, how I missed it. Our waiter and waitress were very attentive and encouraged us to participate in karaoke. I'm glad there's a place like this in Henderson. Plenty of parking. And they have different activities everyday like every Tuesday they have a line dancing instructor for free and everyday there's karaoke and a live band on Saturdays. This place can be loud due to karaoke. It can hold big parties and they're encouraged. This is good for parties and celebrations. We will definitely be back.

Pork Adobo I paid $19 for not even 1 serving. How DISAPPOINTING! Talk about taking advantage of a take out order!

A serving worth the price would be nice! Don't think I want to go back to this place. I would t recommend take out! They will cheat you!

We're from Napa, CA and visiting relatives at LV. We had lunch at Uncle's and it's highly recommended! Food was good and portions were huge. We had Bistek, Tortang Talong, Chicharon Bulaklak and Crispy Palabok. Love them all. We'll definitely visit this place again when we return back to LV . Shoutout to Rey and Mita (hope I got her name right) for the great service!

Great tasting filipino food, large portions and they have -silog meals. Came here early and were seated right away. Food is cooked and served as ordered so we enjoy it more. Spacious place and cool ambiance. We were a le to talk to Chef Eric & sir Ray who work there. They welcomed us like family and shared stories as if we were long time friends. Very friendly and welcoming. We will definitley come back here and bring other friends and family. There are more offerings in the menu we would like to try.

My hubby and I had an early lunch at Uncle Tapas Bar & Grill, a modern restaurant that offers Filipino cuisine, live music, dancing and karaoke. We shared the Uncle's Mix Pancit - a combo of Bihon and Canton noodles, the Sinigang na Bangus - a flavorful tamarind soup with milkfish and veggies and garlic rice. For dessert, we enjoyed the Turon a la Mode, a warm caramel-glazed banana and jackfruit egg roll served with vanilla ice cream. We were very pleased with our delicious food and friendly service.

Service is also very attentive and awesome, made our anniversary date night very lovely :). My overall thoughts on the food - 3.5/4 out of 5 It's good food. Is it the best tapas place ever? I wouldn't say so. But here is what we ordered and what I thought of it: Tuna tartare: 2.5/5 - nothing terribly special- it was good! Just nothing to write home about Patatas bravas: 3/5 - again, good! But I fear my bar for patatas bravas is really high. So it's hard to impress me with these. I wish there was more sauce and the potatoes were crispier Machego mac and cheese: 5/5 - yea this was delicious. Definitely not an authentic Spanish tapa but man it was fire. The crispy cheese at the top was so *chefs kiss* Pork empanada: 5/5 - this is the dish me and my partner bit into and both of us rang a resounding "mmmmm!". This is really good- you have to get it. Steak y papas: 5/5 - steak was cooked well, the mashed potato is yummy. Solid choice White sangria: 4/5 - not as much fruit flavor as I'd like in a sangria but it was good Flourless chocolate cake: 4/5 - it's not very rich or sweet which is definitely a good thing after a large meal. But if that's what you're looking for, that's not in this.

I love and hate writing reviews like this because the experience was so amazing that I have to share this gem, but I also don't want it to get crazy crowded. But here goes :) The service is amazing. Our server walked us through how everything worked and we asked him to guide us through the menu and gave him the green light to bring it in the order that was best. He and the food did not disappoint. Each piece was thoughtfully placed, assembled and presented. The blend of Japan and the Bask region didn't sound interesting at first, but my taste buds told me different. My favorites were the tartare, the iberco pork and the shrimp. TBH they were all good and I would take any of them right now. My wife loved all of those AND the fries. She's a fry connoisseur. We each had a sangria which paired nicely with the meal and the dessert was a perfect finish. We spent the last 5-10 minutes chatting with the chef and complimenting him on the concept and the flavor profiles. No doubt if this place was on the strip, it would be PACKED every night. We will definitely be back. Quick piece of advice. Make reservations ahead of time, not because it's over packed, but because they are very thoughtful about why you are there. We were celebrating our anniversary and they made it extra special because of it. We also asked about gluten free options for a friend of ours who we want to bring and they said it'd be NO PROBLEM, just make a reservation so they can prepare accordingly.

Firefly has been on my mind for a couple of months and I decided to book a reservation here at their southwest location for our monthly date night. They also have another location on Paradise Road. Through Yelp, I made a reservation for 6/20/26 at 7:30pm. I guess a reservation wasn't really necessary because it wasn't busy when we showed up and there were plenty of open tables available. It did start getting a little packed towards the end of our visit, though. Tucked away in the back of the restaurant is a small, cozy bar and more regular seating. We started off with some cocktails. I got myself a La Paloma and my LTP got the Fly Tai (possible pun on Mai Tai?). The La Paloma was very fruity, had a salty orange rim, and a dried orange slice on top. The Fly Tai was also fruity and had a dried rosé on top of its' frothy texture. We were also given complimentary bread along with a scoop of butter. Next, we ordered the tapas. We weren't 100% sure how big they were going to be, so we decided on one to share, one for me, and one for him. We ordered the following; Serrano Sliders, Manchego Mac and Cheese, and Tortillas a la Española. The Serrano Sliders came with crispy onions on the side that you can put on by yourself. I'm not a big meat person anymore but these sliders were totally delicious! The Manchego Mac and Cheese was excellent and probably one of the best mac and cheese dishes I've had in a long time. The Tortillas a la Española had a very colorful orange sauce drizzled on them and they were basically like cubed mashed potatoes. The portions on each tapa were very decent and weren't too big for us, so we ended up sharing all three of them due to their size. I loved everything about this place, especially the mac and cheese. The ambiance that had perfect date night feel to it and the service was excellent from beginning to end. I would love to come back again!

We had Tortilla Española, Gambas al Ajillo, and Pimientos Rellenos (sort of pictured) and also Scallops "Escargot", and crispy Calamares. While everything was tasty the portions were small, especially for the price I thought. A pitcher of Sangria and five tapas ran us $135 before tip for a party of two. I'm not sure the going rate of tapas in Vegas but this felt like a lot to me. Service was attentive and friendly. Would I go back? Yes, I would. Will I be looking for a better option? I will be doing that too. I think I preferred the location on Paradise.
