I ate lunch at the restaurant on Saturday, November 12, 2022. As I entered I was greeted and assisted in my meal selection. I was intent on trying at least a couple of their meat choices and their Combo option fit the bill. I choose a Half Rack of Ribs and Sausage with sides of Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans and Cornbread. The restaurant serves Arkansas/Memphis style of barbeque so don't expect a slathering of barbeque sauce on your ribs. The flavor and taste is due in large part to the spice rub utilized by the pitmaster...and this establishment's barbeque chef is certainly an artist. Great tasting ribs, and the sausage was equally well-prepared. As to the sides, I have to say the Mac & Cheese is a legitimate contender as to best I've ever tasted. No lie! Try it when you get a chance. As others have already stated, the owners and staff are friendly and accommodating. They are truly interested in making sure they serve a great meal to their customers and I, for one, will definitely be back to try more of their menu. read more

All I have to say is this place is the real deal, we just stopped to get something quick and my goodness the food and the service was outstanding. The lovely young man working the cash register was an angel and very helpful and the food just spoke for itself we had the pulled pork which was off the chain and the brisket Philly was one for the books, can't find that anywhere else but Uncle Tony's! Do yourself a favor and try this place you won't be disappointed! read more

This is a first! Saw the five star rating, was in the area and thought I would give it a try for lunch. This is a husband and wife operation. They recently moved from Arkansas and took their barbecuing skills with them. I am now a true believer in the rating system. Every single thing on the menu was fabulous; especially the ribs. But let's not short change the sides. Butter beans, and fried onions are fabulous as well. Also, the owner walks the tables to ensure everyone is OK with everything. Truly a lost art. BrisketPlace is immaculate, small, but Service is swift and definitely worth it. This is truly a don't miss for people who like barbecue with actual meat on the bones.!!!! The service is amazing! Feels like family is cooking back there and tending to you while you're there. It's a small spot but forget the space or the aesthetics. Not needed! The service and food is everything!! For me this is the best spot for bbq in all of Orlando. No need to go anywhere else!! I just wish they were also open on Sunday. BEST PLACE EVER! Everything from the food to the vibe is amazing, the employees were so friendly and the food was like nothing ive ever tasted before. When i took the first bite of the ribs i think i ascended into heaven because it was just so flavorful and came right off the bone and the pork was so tender and juicy and had the most rich flavor ever and dont even get me started on the sides! Came here with a colleague. We both got the 2 meat combos. One with Brisket, pulled pork, tots and beans. The other with ribs, chopped brisket and fries. It was all excellent. The homemade sauces are also delicious. Owners is super friendly and nice. Front of house quick to great and very friendly as welll. Highly recommend this place if u love BBQ. I smoke a lot of meats at home and this place is right up there with the best. read more

What a delicious lunch we had! We were near downtown Orlando for doctor's appointments and just found this restaurant on Yelp! We're both trying to eat low-carb and so a barbecue restaurant was very attractive to us. And while it was not strictly low carb, it was amazing! We learned from Lashonda that the owner is from Arkansas. I can't say that it's authentic Arkansas barbecue because I've never been there. However, I can't say that it had a really unique and amazing flavor. My only regret is that we don't live closer so we can go there more often. This appears to be a family owned restaurant. It is casual eating, but I would go there for dinner as well. I had the tacos so that I could try the different meats. I also ordered a side of the sautéed cabbage. I could eat that cabbage all day. They had unique and homemade barbecue sauces and pepper sauce sauces. My husband had the brisket with baked beans and coleslaw. I have to say the brisket was my favorite.! And if we weren't so full, we would've ordered the banana pudding for dessert because it looked amazing! The family was so friendly, and the place was very clean and attractive. We plan to go back anytime or in that side of town. read more

Excellent service, food was brought out quickly & perfect. Seasoned so well!! Luscious smoke flavor in the meat. One of my friends got the beans & collards as sides and he swore they were the best he's had in 30 years, I got chopped brisket & ribs, and if I lived in Orlando I would gain 50 lbs from how often I would go there. Amazing service! The 2 women who helped us were very welcoming and friendly. First time trying uncle Tony's and glad we came. We were visiting Orlando and this place was worth the drive. Love the Arnold Palmer. Just the right flavor and sweetness. Brisket was very tender and flavorful. Ribs were fall off the bone and the links were just as yummy. For sides we got baked beans and yellow rice. My husband loved the baked beans while I liked the rice better. It's a personal preference :) Will be back the next time we visit. read more

Best BBQ I've had in Orlando and its not close. Service was 10/10. The owner made sure he spoke to everyone along with multiple waitresses also checking in to make sure the customers were taken care of. I had the 2 meat combo with brisket & st. Louis style ribs and everything tasted like it was a backyard cookout. The fries and mac and cheese was delicious and even the lemonade was great too. Will definitely be back! read more

Outstanding Arkansas-style BBQ. Staff is very efficient and couldn't be nicer to customers. A small unassuming place in a strip mall, but who cares? Multiple blogs say this is the best BBQ in town, and I believe them. Spare ribs are great, cole slaw is great, mac & cheese is great, everything is great. If you're there on a Friday or Saturday night, try the "dino" beef ribs. They close at 7:00, so get there early, before they run out of anything. read more

My family and I were warmly greeted by who I assumed to be the owner or family to the owner the restaurant. She was extremely nice and patient, and upon finding out we were visiting from out of town proceeded to explain the menu and popular items in detail for us. My daughter ordered the veggie patty meal, my wife ordered the brisket meal, and I couldn't pass on their famous Brisket Philly. My daughter really appreciated the fact that they offered both "Beyond" and "Impossible" meatless options as she is partial to one lol. Food is cooked to order after you order. The restaurant was extremely clean with plenty of space to sit and eat. The restroom were exceptionally clean as well. Let me just start by saying everything exceeded our expectations as far as taste and service. My daughters Impossible burger was a nice portion and seasoned to perfection. The baked beans and the Mac and cheese were fresh, seasoned just right, and had the perfect consistency. My wife's brisket was seasoned and juicy and she enjoyed her beans and Mac just as much as my daughter. The beans had little pieces of chopped up brisket in t My Brisket Philly lived up to the hype and far exceeded my expectations. Bread was fresh, nice portion, and the meat and veggies were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The nice lady that took our order even came over to our table to personally check on us and make sure we were doing ok. This was a right in the middle of their lunch rush as the restaurant filled up quickly as we ate. If you are in the area, definitely give this place a try! The best BBQ I've had in a long time. Outstanding. Crave-worthy. Mouthwatering. It was insanely good. We drove 35 minutes. Brisket and chicken, with the brisket being most memorable. It was so good. Bbq baked beans were so sweet and peppery, the perfect compliment to the perfectly seasoned Mac and cheese. My only "complaint" is apparently the beef ribs are only available Fridays and Saturdays only. Today is Thursday and we plan to be back in a few days to try them. Added bonus is the friendly staff. What a hidden gem we found in Uncle Tony's. We had just landed and were hungry and saw Uncle Tony's was nearby so we gave them I try. I regret not taking any pictures cause the food was delicious. We came in a group of 8 and they accommodated us with no issues. I got the brisket with a side of Mac and cheese and collards. The meat was tender and juicy. They have plenty of BBQ sauces at the counter to choose from: mustard, sweet, vinegar just to name a few. Staff was friendly to the point we felt like we had been treated like we were regulars. One thing to watch for is that they closed at 7 PM on the night we were there so don't wait to long to enjoy! read more

When his Plain Jane came out it was missing the coleslaw. My mom's brisket sandwich had a very burnt end. My pulled pork was good but having a warm salad was strange to me. But most of all, I didn't like the staff wearing the same gloves to buss tables, serve food and roll silverware. Yuck. We did enjoy the street corn and fortune cookie. It's nice that it is dog friendly.

I saw at least 3 to 4 tables of people sitting down and enjoying their barbecue and they seem to have a steady stream of traffic. The cashier who is also getting our food order together seemed really nice. She had a great personality. I honestly don't feel the need to go back and visit again. I feel like I would enjoy barbecue more from four rivers.

My only note is that for the price point, I'd love to have seen a bit more beef in the entree, but I'd still return just for this dish!

There was plenty of meat and the bun was fresh but overall it would have been perfect with some acid from the pickles. My brisket and rib meal was excellent. I ate it later and I found the southern green beans to be good. I would definitely get this combo again. It came with a drink which is a canned soft drink. Both savory and sweet. Another obsession is the asago dessert which is a tapioca pearls, black beans, fruits and jelly in a sweet coconut milk. I really enjoy going here since it's a good alternative to other AYCE in the surrounding vicinity because of the better quality. I want to see this place get more traffic because it's hidden in the old JoAnn's shopping center next to Aldi. There's plenty of parking in the commercial lot.
