Coffee was good. The guy taking our order was beyond rude and disrespectful. We simply wanted to put multiple orders on one transaction and not only did he seem annoyed, but he snapped at our group thinking more than one person was talking at a time which was not the case. Just overall a really crappy attitude that was unnecessary. Hopefully the guy has a better day tomorrow and whatever brought upon the attitude was a fluke. read more

This coffee is the top three of the best coffee I've ever tasted! I had the honey lavender latte and they hit it out of the park! I also bought some of there dark and milk chocolate covered coffee beans and have been snacking on them non stop through work the past couple days for a little energy boost. This is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops and I'll be returning, I might even order a few things online. The last time we were here was about a +/- couple months ago. Cute atmosphere just like a coffee shop should be. But some minor repairs (just a delicate face lift would suffice) are needed. The place looks used and slightly dingy. The outside patio and rear garden are also nice, especially sitting under the trees, very relaxing. The coffee itself is average, but definitely better than your DD or Starbucks. The pastries....? not great. The service? Sometimes great, sometimes not. The preparation area could use a good cleaning. Overall, we give it between 2-3 stars depending on the service. read more

Every single visit home I make a stop at Uncommon Ground. I normally just get one of their flavor of the day cups, or a cup of their fair trade organic selections. The baked goods our out of this world. I've had muffins, cupcakes, scones, cheesecake, biscotti--all of it, delicious! One of my favorite things about Uncommon Grounds is it's little library area. A huge bookshelf fills the wall and there are tons of magazines, newspapers and books to choose from. The music is always right up my alley and I enjoy the people that work there. All of them are friendly and ask how your day is going. The patio outside is quaint, but on a nice spring afternoon it serves for great people watching. They have brilliantly evolved through every coffee trend over the last 20 years and are now on the cutting edge again as they embark on the latest coffee counter culture movement.
