Walked in after work to get a cut, there was a barber available right away not sure what her name is but she's the very last chair. It was my first and last time here, the cut was decent nothing special (could of blended the fade in better) What annoyed me the most was after the haircut she didn't even try to style my hair afterwards she just laid the hair down and combed it all to the front (like wtf is that, you want me to walk out like that lol) I showed her a picture of how I style it at the beginning of the haircut but it just seemed she was just disinterested. If I wasn't in a hurry I probably would of said something, but I just said F it and bounced. Coming here was just a last minute Hail Mary to get a cut because I forgot to book with my barber. Being they took me right away I'll give it one star but that's about the only positive I had here. read more

My husband and boys have been going to this barber shop for the past few months getting their haircut by a woman named Karissa. She unfortunately is very unreliable, unresponsive, and does not keep her appointment times. The worse part is she will say she's on her way so my husband will wait an extra 30 minutes to an hour for her to eventually say she's not coming in. My husband commutes to get his hair cut and expressed to her if things come up or if she needs to reschedule to please let him know in advance as it's not easy getting himself and my two boys ready to drive an hour to the barbershop for her not to show up. My husband even spoke to the owner about her and his response was she does this to a lot of clients and is surprise my husband kept coming back to get his hair cut by her. Well he won't anymore. The fact she's unreliable and has no common curtesy for other peoples lively hood or schedules is so disrespectful. Due to our negative interactions with her I would not recommend this shop at all. read more

Not a place that I would recommend for kids haircuts. I took my 3 year old as a walk in and once I arrived I was not greeted by the guy there. He told me I had to wait for the guy to get back from his car. Once he came back he asked me what I wanted and I told him, he was quite rude to my son who was getting anxious towards the end of the haircut. He kept referring to my 3 year old as "bro" when he would move or start to cry. He had NO patience for him, I wish they would have just told me that to begin with. I definitely would never go back there again, I ended up going to Richland barbers down the street a few days later and they were amazing! Nothing like my experience here. read more

Arrived at Undefeated Barber Shop with some difficulty. Finding parking was quite confusing. Overall the "barbershop" does a great job hiding their awful customer service through their interior decorations. The place is nice and clean, it looks new all around. One major problem is the barbers working there...if you have a chance of seeing any. When my boyfriend arrived he (I had gone along with him) was not greeted with a "Hello," but more of a warning that his hair might not be able to get done. The lady who had called out to him told him she was only helping one customer, and unfortunately, she didn't know if other Barbers would arrive that day.
