My family and I just had Unicorn Moving load up an entire 26 foot van with 4 experts in about 3 hours. That right there deserves a 5 star review, however it was Zach's punctuality, professionalism, and expertise that compelled me to write a glowing review. I firmly stand by this statement, "do not hire just anyone, just call Zach". To be fair and forthcoming we did not think we had a big enough truck. We were panicking that we'd have to leave items behind. Zach on his walkthrough assured me we had the right truck for the amount we showed him. We don't know what magic he did, but Malcolm and Zach "Tetris'd" this to perfection with even room to spare. His price was more than fair and the crew even came early on a weekend to help us in our time of need. All 4 of them worked cohesively and a manner you typically don't see these days... respectful of one another and the work they were doing. All of them were polite and understanding that this a stressful time for us. Simply put, they put us all at ease. I would highly recommend this company! This is the first time I actually hired or used movers and I can honestly say I don't know why I waited this long after using unicorn moving! We had Jon and crew and they were so nice, mindful and respectful to all of our belongings! Jon took the time to wrap each piece of my glass table and the glass shelves from my hutch to insure they would not break or crack during the move! They also wrapped each tv since we did not have the boxes to put them back in! When everything was done I was very pleased with the price as well it was very reasonable considering this economy especially for how careful they were with each item taking their time but not still fast and efficient. Can't recommend them enough and Zach the owner was the one who came to do my consultation in the beginning he was also very friendly and great, he also provided 50 free boxes for our move which helped up tremendously! Zach and his three-man crew unloaded our 26-foot Penske truck into our Summerlin home in less than 2 1/2 hours. They showed up on time, were very strong, and listened to our directions. In contrast, we moved from San Diego to Summerlin two days ago and the movers who loaded the truck arrived an hour and 15 minutes late, despite being the first job of their day, an 8 am load out. Regarding Zach's team in Las Vegas; Despite 100+ temps, they kept moving. To top it off, they assembled our furniture and helped with some technical issues within the home. Zach jumped on a loose hose from the washing machine that flooded three rooms. It was quite a mess. Zach stuck around after we were all unloaded and asked us if there was anything we wished to have moved to another room, or if there was anything else they could do to assist us. His kindness and attention to detail is special. Zach communicated extremely well since we first spoke and his follow-up is the best I've ever seen in any business. I was skeptical at first. When he saw all the things needed to be packed he would always say it's easy. I gave them a chance and I couldn't believe how great they did and within the time limit. UNICORN MOVING proved me wrong big time. They kept working no talking, or standing around. They just kept moving to the goal of completing the work. You have to trust me. After contacting many movers and received mixed results, we decided to go with Unicorn Moving, all-inclusive and communicative. Zach inspected what needs to be moved and dropped off boxes earlier than moving day to get us started. Moving is stressful and exhausting, these guys worked hard to help us move from 9:30 am to 5 pm in August Vegas heat, even helped put up the TV, like 3 separate times because we couldn't figure out the TV bracket. The only negative was I asked for wardrobe boxes and Zach stated they will be provided on moving day but on the day of, they said they don't have any and they said the clothes will be hang in the truck, but they ended up wrapping & bundling all the clothes in packing blankets that are dirty. We were tired and just wanted to get the moving done at this point, so we rolled along with it. Other than that, they were helpful and patience. read more

I wish to say not only the price of the move which was a few locations was a outstanding price for here in Vegas in this heat but these men Malcom and John wrapped all my items with care and handled them with the utmost care. They moved my items wherever I asked them and they are really polite individuals. I rank them 5 star because of the quality of care they have for my items plus they are true gentlemen. Nothing they did not do if I asked of them. They also have a professional moving truck with all the extras for a move. Zack and his team were totally awesome! We needed help moving and was referred to Zack by our real estate agent. We contacted him and he was able to accommodate us immediately! He provided estimated cost upfront which was very, very reasonable and arrived on time on day of move. We lived in a three-level condo with no elevators and Zack and his crew were able to load and secure all furnitures in the truck with no problem! Our move to the new home was also pushed back a number of times due to delays in closing our condo. Zack remained flexible and understanding the whole time.
