He made the whole experience memorable. I got me a Honda Civic 2004, amazing condition, runs smooth, hardware and interior is good condition as well. I am happy with my purchase.

When I purchased the 2011 Honda Odyssey, I immediately informed the owner that I smelled oil. He assured me that the vehicle had just received an oil change and that the smell was simply from excess oil that had spilled during the service. Based on his explanation, I took him at his word. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing several problems. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, he told me not to worry and instructed me to take the van to his mechanic. He promised that all of the problems would be fixed and that I would not have any further issues with the vehicle. I towed the van approximately 200 miles to his mechanic's shop. However, after arriving, it appeared that little to no work was performed. The mechanic simply parked the vehicle, later claiming it had been repaired and was ready for pickup. When I picked it up, the original problems were still present. I also do not understand how this vehicle passed its smog inspection. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on during my drive home. The next day, I took the van to a smog shop, and the technician told me that there was no way the vehicle should have passed inspection in its current condition. According to the technician, it appeared that whoever approved the smog certification either had connections or was improperly influenced. The owner repeatedly promised that he would have the vehicle repaired at no cost to me and that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled, and the issues with the van remain.

When confronted about the poor quality of the vehicle, Steve became combative and threatened to physically harm my husband. They then proceeded to play games by refusing to give him a receipt for this month's payment. They attempted to physically throw him out of the office without said receipt. I strongly advise ALL car shoppers to AVOID this car lot. Once you've driven the car off the lot, they don't want to hear from you, unless you're making a payment. They claim that their cars undergo a 37 point inspection. I find this extremely difficult to believe, since we've had to replace every system on this vehicle, including the fuel and cooling systems. They claim that they are retiring, but we have doubts about that too. Anthony and Steve have been completely dishonest and have made no attempt to show that they care at all about good references or repeat business. Being in customer service myself, I am appalled at their overtly insulting and outright threatening demeanor. We give this business zero stars. Don't do it, you'll be sorry!

I asked for their best otd price and he just states what I can clearly see on their ad. It gets weird when I tell him I'm shopping around and also looking at private party sales. He then proceeds to send weird emojis. Not very professional and then tells me I should look at something more within my budget. I never said what my budget is and the car is valued at 2-3.5k on KBB but market valued at 3-5k car that they're listing for 6k. Cmon now it's not that expensive. I'd pay it all in cash. Very insulting and I'm glad I didn't make the 30 min drive out there. I'd avoid this place, there's nothing easy or friendly about it.
