My husband and I came to this dealership to try and purchase a family vehicle the salesman was nice and made the experience very seamless we found a car and got it that same day. We test drove it only 5 miles on the street never took the used car onto the freeway because we were told by the salesman the car had no issues. Fast forward ny husband finally drives off the lot hits the highway not even 10 miles from the dealership the car starts stalling and the engiene is cutting off on the busy highway, he has to pull over and call the dealership to call there tow truck. By the time we get ahold of them them they give us the tow truck number and say "theyre gonna stay on the line" my husband notices that the dealership hangs up because how conveniently theyre closed now. They sold us a bad car knowing it had issues. They were very unhelpful with getting it fixed on time and especially there communication when we paid in cash that day! Eventually we were able to get our refund with these dumb ass people. OVERALL DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE ON FLORIN EVEN OUR INSURANCE SAID THEY HAVE A REPUTATION!

When I purchased the 2011 Honda Odyssey, I immediately informed the owner that I smelled oil. He assured me that the vehicle had just received an oil change and that the smell was simply from excess oil that had spilled during the service. Based on his explanation, I took him at his word. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing several problems. When I brought these issues to the owner's attention, he told me not to worry and instructed me to take the van to his mechanic. He promised that all of the problems would be fixed and that I would not have any further issues with the vehicle. I towed the van approximately 200 miles to his mechanic's shop. However, after arriving, it appeared that little to no work was performed. The mechanic simply parked the vehicle, later claiming it had been repaired and was ready for pickup. When I picked it up, the original problems were still present. I also do not understand how this vehicle passed its smog inspection. Shortly after leaving the dealership, the check engine light came on during my drive home. The next day, I took the van to a smog shop, and the technician told me that there was no way the vehicle should have passed inspection in its current condition. According to the technician, it appeared that whoever approved the smog certification either had connections or was improperly influenced. The owner repeatedly promised that he would have the vehicle repaired at no cost to me and that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. Unfortunately, those promises were never fulfilled, and the issues with the van remain.

I felt safe every time I put my kids in the car whether it was to go to school or drive to Disneyland. I have so many memories with this car and it's so hard to let go but it did its job. This place has scam written all over it ..they will want you to cash…read moreout the car or finance threw them and then when you drive it home the car will not start again and they will give you some bogus explanation saying they forgot to tell you the car needed to be serviced first from the dealership and they will offer to pick it up but will charge you for all the unknown repairs because you already signed the dotted line earlier saying you bought the car make sure to not decline the lemon law finance paper even if you do have to pay more it protects you ... If you get stuck in this situation *1 you could go kick in the door and beat them up but then go to jail...*2 tell them yes come get the car but I want all my money back and paperwork back or you won't get the car and I will call the bbb and report them for fraud. I recommend #2 and record them coming to get the vehicle and making sure they repeat telling you you don't owe anything or are not liable for that vehicle anymore that you did not buy the car after all ...hopefully this helps .
