Zero stars. These folks sold me a low mileage used car. The initial cost wasn't cheap but the car came with a disguised welded block which drained $13k in savings and was ultimately sold for junk. If I could put ZERO..or even NEGATIVE Stars I would. This half baked, swindling dealership sold me a vehicle that was a complete P.O.S. Initial buying day went ok, at best. When inspecting the car, the first thing I noticed was all the dog and cat fur. Till this day ( 3 months to the day I went thru this nightmare) I'm still finding fur. But that was the least of the issues that arised. A week had past and I informed them that the car seemed to be always searching for the proper gear. They said it's an EcoBoost thing and thats kinda how it operates. FINE. I settled with that answer. Then I told them that the rear doors were always stuck open... They said avoid going to Ford cause they will over charge but to have someone repair it and they'll reimburse me. Fine. Then I told them that it was missing the spare tire and hardware. They sent me a spare..that was it. On the 30th day I had the vehicle, the transmission failed. I called them and they said to just call the warranty company. Fast-forward today, July 17. My car was only recently given back to me. They said the shocks are leaking and need to have the brakes checked and replaced. I had the shocks and brakes replaced. Upon removing the The front right wheel, the hardware to the brake was incomplete!!!! These people have not responded to my calls or text messages. They were quick to take my $10,000 down payment, which was all the money I had and then some. Do yourself a favor and avoid Enzo Auto Sales at all cost. Personally, I should of dismissed them when I read their horrible reviews. In my mind I thought "they couldn't be THAT BAD". Fact is, they're worse. Don't let Charlotte's sweet voice trick you. She just wants your money. Nor should you believe what Eddy tells you. He assured me the car was 100% good to go with "new" brakes and all the fluids. I will continue to post all the hardships I go thru. Also note, I received registration stickers a few weeks ago.. unfortunately, the vehicle still had no plates to put on and at the time, I didn't even have a vehicle to put it on. Only today, after I paid more fees did I get a new plate issued to me with new registration documents. These people are evil and should be shutdown immediately! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is ridiculous! My allergies were extremely bad the day I went to test the car. I could smell ever so slightly and asked has the car been smoked in. I was told "NO, that's how these cars smell from 2015" I was like what the f*ck that's a weird response. Fast forward car reeks of smoke. I was told it was detailed inside and out. I took my Hoover spot cleaner to one spot the water was extremely dirty! This car was not cleaned and Charlotte straight up to my face lied and said the car smells fine no smoke ever because "no burn holes in fabric". Shame on me for taking her word while my allergies were insane. Secondly I was told that someone reset the electronic system and unplugged the battery. So the check lights reset. Driving about 300 miles from getting it the light came on for check engine and inflate tires. Now I'm trying to figure repairs for the engine before it turn into something far worse. She also never submitted my financing paperwork or the "warranty" I bought as the company has no idea what I was talking about and couldn't find my policy. A month later I have no registration or tags for my car. AVOID THEM!!! I'll be reporting this business and hopefully suing them for this outrageous scenario read more

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD. I purchased a vehicle for 15k through this dealership barely a month ago. Did a test drive with no issues. I actually found the car through Patelco who financed it. When i spoke to the Enzo dealership rep, she explained the car was in great condition which it seemed so. However, i still inquired about the car having been inspected by a mechanic. I was ensured that it had been inspected and was working fine. When i asked for proof of documentation, i got a weird answer about them not having the file but to refer to the great reviews Enzo has. She also deterred me from buying an extended warranty stating that customers rarely use it. 3 WEEKS INTO HAVING THE CAR, the car started beeping and said to pull over and stop driving, and check the charging battery system. Now there is a check engine light. Doing my research and this indicates a hybrid battery problem. This happened AGAIN a week later. I called the dealership asking them to inspect and/or repair. I was rushed off the phone and told that the car was sold as is and it has 92k miles so theres nothing they can do. She said she'd call back if they can do something and hung up the phone. Never got a call back. How does a mechanic inspected car miss a battery problem!? I was sold a car that is not in the condition advertised. They likely used a scanner to remove the check engine light so it wouldnt be seen upon sale. This is simply bad business! A battery problem would depreciate this car by half the value! I was ripped off and having a terrible experience. Any help or advice is welcomed as i may be taking legal action! read more

Compare this with my experience at a Honda dealership where the salesman kept me in for almost 2 hours trying everything to make a sale with me (which I should have come to expect so it's my own fault for not getting out earlier).. When I decided to buy the car from Charlotte, she took care of all the paperwork and the process was seamless. Spent $20k on a car from them in October 2018. Paid for a warranty as well. Took THREE MONTHS to get the plates because they were submitted with the name spelled wrong and the wrong mailing address. Finally received at the end of January 2019. In November (less than a month after buying it) a bunch of codes lit up, power steering and brakes went out and the car was towed first to a local tow yard, then to a dealership in Shingle Springs. Ended up replacing the water pump and a few other items. February brought more codes, stalling in 1st, 2nd or 3rd gear, loss of steering and more problems. Towed again to the dealership. After three weeks of dealing with them and the warranty company (and paying for a rental car), I now have a vehicle that needs a new engine, thanks to SOMEONE prior to me taking the engine apart and putting it back together again with a directional-flow filter backwards. End result: no lubrication to the cam shafts, which are now ground completely down, and all parts of the system that may have been affected by the oil have to be replaced. Warranty of course won't cover that. Cost? $12,000. I don't know about you but if I'd wanted to spend $30k+ on a car I would have bought a new one. I have called and left a message with the dealership and with the sales manager, Charlotte, and have texted Charlotte asking to speak with them about this disaster. Not a peep from any of them. I assume their attitude is "You knew it was used, too bad." No inspection caught this (not theirs, not the independent one I paid for). Clearly they're not interested in helping me deal with this - what do I do with a car that has no engine? Stay away. They have a ton of nice cars on the lot and SEEM to be decent to deal with but...
