I recently had a mishap in my 1950 Dodge and needed body work done on the rear quarter panel. The car's paint is old (maybe original) and I was very concerned about trying to get a paint match on the repaired quarter panel. Quinn at Unique Dent Removal came highly recommended by a friend that is a classic car collector. I took the car down to Quinn and he got under the car and popped quite a bit of the dent out on the spot, at no charge. He then gave me his recommendation, which was body work and new paint and offered to put together an estimate that I could submit to insurance. He could tell I was apprehensive about paint matching and indicated he could probably get it close to back to normal using paintless dent removal techniques. I had him move forward with PDR as a first step. When he called me to come back and check it out I was blown away - to me it looks nearly perfect! I had found a replacement piece of chrome trim on Ebay and took it down to Quinn and he was happy to modify the fastener placement and install that for me as well as it was a much more affordable solution that having the original chrome piece repaired. Had a small door dent on brand new GMC truck and didn't wish to "deal" with dealership. The dent was about quarter sized and on a slightly concave surface just above the body side molding and oddly shaped. I was not optimistic but called Quin and asked if he could take a look at it. Quin said to come by at 2PM the following day. Upon arrival Quin looked at the dent, told me he was quite sure that he could fix it so that it looked like new - about 35 minutes later he showed me the repair and "voila!" the dent and any traces there had ever been one were totally gone. Even after reading these reviews I was surprised - the price was very reasonable and my new truck was new again! It really doesn't get any better than that. After getting the fourth dent in my car in less than two months of owning it I had had just about enough (I was pissed off). Three of the dents were door dings and one of them was from a trailer hitch on a truck. I was put in contact with this business shortly after calling out one of the dent makers on their shenanigans. Quinn who runs the place was super helpful and professional. My work schedule at the time did not coincide with their hours but they still managed to find a way to help me out. I dropped my car off one day and picked it up the next. I was extremely impressed with the work they accomplished, especially seeing as two of the dents had removed paint. I am so impressed with Quin's work I have to write about it. My grandson dented my new Dodge Ram truck 4x4. I wanted to get it fixed asap. I had an appt last wed 2/8/17 @ 1pm. I called in the morning to see if I could get in early, at first he said no. He called me back an said come in at 9:30am , time is very important to me. Also only had to wait about 30 mins an he fixed it. You can't even tell where the dent was. Also very reasonable. I had called another place who said they would have to drill a whole in my truck to fix it. Quin fixed it without drilling. Also Quin gas the best coffe an very healthy snacks. Quin is AMAZING. I ran into my water heater in the garage and part of the valve got under my front end. If I backed up, the hole front end would have come off. I have used Quin in the past so I called him and he came right over to help. My front end sub-stained some damage but Quin was able to secure it until I could come by his shop. A few days later I did and he replaced a few clips, put in a screw here and there, then buffed it out and touched it up. I'm telling you, it looks like this never happened. After doing some research and reading reviews online I decided to go with Quin at Unique Dent Removal. Quin was kind enough to stop by my work to check out the damage and give me a quote. Even though he is mobile, he recommended that I bring my Suburban to the shop. This would ensure a repair he promised. I had to bring the Suburban to the shop because the damage was on the back left quarter panel and he had to remove the interior siding. We had called on a Monday about having them come and look at our cars. Quinn was able to come the next day to our home. He looked at the damage, ran through what he could do, and the approx. cost, and left the decision up to us (nice to not feel pushed into anything, very professional) One of our cars we weren't sure if this form of repair would be able to fix it, but we were extremely happy with the results. I was provided Unique's name to get a quote on a minor dent on my sons Toyota Tacoma. I stopped by after 5pm and the owner (Quin) was still in the shop working, he insisted that I pull the truck in so he could look at it. I had several super bad dents in my large built in stainless fridge door. I took the door to Unique after a quick phone call. I was impressed with their honesty. They made sure I knew that stainless is very difficult to work with and the only gaurantee they have is if you're not satisfied you don't pay. I liked that :-) I didn't event have to go back to get the pannel, the tech dropped it at my door for no charge!! Although not perfect, I was very happy with the result and their service. He came out the same day to estimate the cost - quoted a very reasonable price - and returned the next day to do the repairs.
