I was greeted by a lady finishing up a pedicure, told me to sit down. Did not wait very long, however, I made sure to ask if she could do a full set of nude powder acrylics, with a round shape, I figured super simple what could go wrong. She showed me a couple pictures on her phone and asked if that's what I wanted, I said yes and she started on my nails To start she added way to much nail glue that it went on my skin. Then she got to the nail filing which was so painful, she missed my nail multiple times. When it came applying the acrylic she was mad that I did not want to do a gel polish over powder. I repeated to her I only wanted a nude powder or white if she did not have nude, but no polish. After huffing and puffing about me not wanting polish, Mary the owner gave her a powder which was more like a clear not close to nude. I don't think she had very much experience in doing nails, by the way she applied the acrylic like she was painting my nails an not actually building the acrylic on the nail. Within 2 hours of leaving 2 nails broke from not being applied correctly. The nails were not what I wanted, she wasted an hour and a half of my time. I honestly was so over everything and just wanted her to finish, pay and get out. Paid $60 for something that only lasted on my nails 2 hours, and at the end she questioned me about if I was going to tip her, I honestly was so shocked and laughed, still tipped her even though at that point I really shouldn't have. $10 press on would've been way better than the $70 I spent here

Plus the french tip is uneven, messy and looks like my kid put whiteout on my tips lol. Didnt even add oil or any lotion to one of my hands before putting on the nail polish, idk if technician forgot or didnt know what she was doing. My family couldn't stop laughing at the "little moons" on my nails. So bad.
