I did a walk in which is atypical of me, but to my surprise - they were able to see me right away. Cam worked on my manicure and was meticulous about his craft. I appreciate how he took his time and even started over if he didn't like how one finger turned out as he was layering on the coats. Tracy worked on my pedicure -- y'all need to book with her! She ensured the pedicure mirrored a spa experience as much as possible -- from the leg and foot scrub, to the clay mask, all the way to the hot stone foot massage -- it gave the right vibes all around for a pampering session. The salon itself isn't very big -- 7 pedicure massage chairs and 5 manicure stations but these guys are quick, efficient, sanitary, and reasonably priced. If you're in the area, be sure to check them out. Worth a visit, and it will support a local small business.

I did my favorite color of course with builder gel and the cost is just as if I went to a normal salon with lots of over-stimulants, at least here it's one on one at a time customer based and I love that. We laughed the whole time the vibe was vibing for sure and I felt very confident with my new set leaving her store front and have gotten so many compliments on how well she perfected the cuticle clean up and left me with no knicks AT ALL. Tim was quick, efficient, and did an excellent job with my cuticles. I also appreciated his recommendation to try Gel X since it may help with my gel polish allergies. I'll definitely be back to try it with him. The salon itself is clean, spacious, and has good air circulation. I'm order to have "V" I need to make an appointment which is usually for me Sunday's. V is so nice and gentle with my hands, does a good job and I leave happy with the end results. Pedicures I'm ok with the other ladies helping me. Often the ladies will double team and work on hands and feet at the same time and I'm ok with that too.

It also seems like the owner is rarely present and leaves an older lady (who I later found out is her aunt) in charge, and she pretty much does whatever she wants. I reached out to the owner to politely share my experience, but instead of addressing it, she blocked me. I only realized this when I tried to book another appointment with Kelsey. Really disappointing customer service. Even if you find a nail tech you like, it seems like booking and management can be an issue.
