From what I observed of a couple of other customers, it's great for the people who are their long time returning/higher paying customers, but as a new customer, you really are taking a gamble if they don't know you. I booked an appointment and had to wait almost 50 minutes to be seen, because they took someone that was going to have more work than what I was scheduled for aka they took the client that they would make more money off over my scheduled appointment. Then I was taken by somebody that I think it was her first day, so she cut four of my fingers & one of my toes when cutting my cuticles. At checkout - I was given a 5% discount for the "troubles". I had a feeling from the main chick in charge that I wasn't really welcomed & I will make it a point to never come here again nor recommended to anyone (I definitely understand why they advertise a large discount for those who post a 5 star review, because just going there for the first time it's really not that great) - I'm just going to continue with my press ons b/c spending my hard earned money at places like this just is not worth it anymore.

She offered so many options and clearly described all the options so I could make the decision based for me. Her shop is adorable and better equipped with snacks and real life amenities than most 4 star hotels! Really impressive and thoughtful. The best part is that every single time I get a new set, my fingertips are sore for a couple days. I have absolutely zero pain and she even checked in with me the next day to see how I was doing. Customer service on point!! She didn't cut me anywhere and was so gentle. I highly recommend her, she does nails, manicures and pedicures. Very safe and healthy products used as well.

Cons: it smelled like incense was on and it isn't something I like but not a huge deal since I was there for 30 minutes. They also have a tv and have it on abc. I've been doing the dip powder sets because I'm allergic to the acrylic. One of my nails broke. Instead of talking to me and telling me how she was going to fix it. She decided to file all of my nails down, because it was easier. She should've added a tip and then put the powder on. I am so angry... I had in mind my words. The place is nice and clean the owner had to come in and actually file my nails, I found out a bit odd. she did not fill my nails all the way, there are gaps at the cuticles.. she died my fingers they're all pink. Not a very professional job at all. I definitely will not be going back Dear Niki, I don't appreciate being called a liar. I don't get paid to write reviews. Therefore I gain nothing by writing a negative or positive review. The only thing gained by my reviews, is to assist people where to spend their hard earned $$$ Saving people from bad service and to make a sound decision, on the places they wish to frequent. To her credit, she was polite enough to double-check with me that the nail polish color would be quite sheer. The entire service wrapped up by 2:40 PM.
