I get what is called "mirror finish" or as I call it, "shiny shiny"!!!! It's a gel polish that hardens with the UV light. Normally I get the black undercoat with the silver powder rubbed in. I can't begin to count how many people stop me and ask about my toes!! It looks fantastic, lasts a good 5-6 weeks (depending on when I need my nails to be cut) it never chips, peels or looks bad!!! It costs a little extra but it's so worth it!! This time I wanted to try something different so I chose a dark purple undercoat. With the silver powder it looks like a dark purple metallic shade.... it's fantastic!!! People at work are raving about it!!! This will be your new favorite spa!!!

She did 2 and 2 of the coats but it wasn't pink as I liked it so I when she showed me my hand and asked if it was okay I said if you could do a third coat that would be great because I like it pinkier and she literally sighs and huffs and puffs and goes ANOTHER ONE? That's like 5 coats!! While she rolls her eyes and I said yes that's what I like. I can't believe she judged me and acted that way. I couldn't believe it. I was quiet the rest of the service. Usually I never speak up for myself and I don't like confrontation but I had to. I told the manager or owner Steven about my bad experience. He was extremely nice and tried to fix it. I told him it was okay that it wasn't his fault and that I just wanted to share my experience with him and that I didn't appreciate it. He ended up fixing the shape of my nails and he was very apologetic and nice so I do appreciate that. No customer should be judged or made to feel a certain way for how they want their nails done especially being that they're the ones paying for it. I am glad I said something.

And I loved that she gave me nail color books to choose from while she shaped my nails.
