I'm so excited to sit down and write this glowing review because I was blown away at the service, thoroughness, and attention to detail at Unique Copy Center. I came in with a tough assignment - it was a classic art print I had bought at Argosy bookstore, and I was looking to resize it, and then make copies on special paper, which I brought in. They kindly informed me that the paper I had may not retain the ink (they would still try and print on it), but they also had this really nice heavy custom bond paper, which was perfect for the prints. Then, they worked through several issues along the way - first off the image needed to be scanned, then cropped, then uncropped, then re-sized, and finally sliced a few times to get the particular piece to a nice size. Ivan worked with Adriana, and Adriana did an incredibly meticulous job. Not only did she work through a few issues, she then helped me cut the original, in addition to perfecting the prints, and even made a custom bag big enough for me to carry out the prints. Adriana had only been working there a short time (a couple months), and I can tell by the people they hire, and the way they work together in there that this shop is professional and will stand the test of time! I have been a regular at Unique Print for all my company and my personal project. I am a loyal customer because their customer service has always been excellent and they are printing work it's fast and consistent even though it's far from where I live or work! Today I want to especially thank Vidya and James. First, they waited for me even passed the store hours to pick up my order. Because of the train delay I know I was going to arrive 10 minutes after closing time. I called him and told him about James said no problem we'll be here and wait for you. After I pick up my booklet we realized there was a minor page order issue. James offered to re-print for me right now bc I need it for Monday morning. Vidya binded the new one for me nicely again. They worked overtime to help me and make sure all my needs are fulfilled. I feel I can't really trust and depend on the team! Adam did me an enormous favor. I sent him postcard and flyer PDFs to promote a show with tap dance feature Tuesday afternoon before Thanksgiving in order to pick it up Wednesday and drop off at the venue before the holiday. Within a few hours of my sending him the job, performers contacted me with changes, 1 was a bio error on the flyer and the other was an ultimatum from the tap dancers that they found the design insulting because their feet were obscured by text on the design. Neither Adam nor I agreed and Adam went so far as to give his opinon by email. The tappers remained unmoved, insisting they were being disrespected and demanding to be taken off the postcard. By then both flyer and postcard had been printed. After numerous back and forths in the course of the day, Adam gave me a Thanksgiving Day surprise by redoing the entire job at no extra charge. Highly recommend him and Unique. Now, if only I could figure out how to get the 4 on a page postcards printed. read more

This follows a traumatic experience at the Staples in Union Square. Even after several trips (and when I say several, I MEAN several) where we attempted to print an info-graphic for our 10 week project, they failed us in consistency, quality, and efficiency. The staff was reluctant to assist us in anyway and could not answer questions such as "Which printer has ink?" Unique Copy Center. Amazingly fast service! Giovanni was extremely helpful in calculating every price and cardstock possibility we were considering and did so warmly! I used to live across the street from here and never came into the store until today. But now today, after this extremely positive experience I will be coming here for all my printing and copying needs. The ink, cardstock options, and incredible service blew us away. We just started using Unique for our weekly printing needs about a month ago, and I really can't stress how amazing they are enough. The print quality is amazing, and working with Adam has been such a breeze, especially compared to our previous copy shop. He's the most responsive person I've ever had to correspond with, and the menus we've received from them have turned out great week after week. He's very detail oriented and even made sure to double check when I forgot to ask for rounded corners one week. They even ordered specialty paper to meet our needs. After my original printing job was lost/delayed by USPS, I was scrambling to find a local printer for a same-day printing and delivery to Brooklyn. As a Bay Area business, I turned to Yelp for insight and am so glad I found Unique Print. Adam went above and beyond to get a quote, troubleshoot PDF issues, and show me proofs to make sure I was happy with the final product. I was in NY for a few days and needed to print a 40 page pdf as a magazine for a valentine´s present. Because I had had a busy day, I was running late and needed a real fast printing service. Unique Copy Center were the true heros of my father's milestone Birthday!!! I walked into their shop 3 days before the big day with nothing but a few pictures. They turned them into full sized posters, blew them up on poster board and shipped them over to me in less than 48 hours. They even edited the boxing poster to customize it with my dad's name above his picture at no additional charge! They are a real treat to deal with and all their staff took on my project as if it were for their own father!!! Can't say enough nice things about Unique Copy Center!!! I needed vinyl lettering in a very tight pinch. Same day, couple of hours if possible after another vendor lost the vinyl in shipping. I reached out to Unique Print NY, who was able to hit the ground running. Between the time of reaching out and having this vinyl delivered was less than 2 and a half hours! If I could give 10 stars I would. Reached out (from Chicago) 5 business days prior needing prints for an event expecting that I would be pushing my deadline and need to rush the order. James responded to my quote request within 20 minutes and we were able to get my colleague into the store for a press check and order placed within the next 2 hours. On TOP of the speedy response, James let us know that the prints would be ready the next day by 10am. NOT EVEN 24 hours after my initial inquiry. I can't believe it's taken me this long to write a review, honestly. Adam has saved me from numerous tough spots. A lot of my job requires printing and Adam and his team have always delivered, from small postcards to huge window decals and everything in between.
