What stood out most was how balanced the final result is. The wood has warmth and depth, but it still looks refined and clean rather than overly dark or muddy. The finish brought the wainscoting and bar together really nicely and gave the whole café a much more polished, cohesive feel. It looks high end in person. The tub, chipped, bubbled and the reglazed peeled back like it was wrapping paper. I get that things can chip, but peel back easily without adhering to the tub!! That's poor workmanship. I called them and he blamed the tenant for dropping things in the shower. Which the tenant said they dropped nothing heavy or sharp. Even if it did chip, it shouldn't peep off in the video and pictures like lose wrapping paper. Go with someone who knows what they are doing and stand by their work. AND don't blame tenants for their poor workmanship. The pictures and video clearly show the reglaze was bad work.
