If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased three mattresses and two beds exactly a week ago. When I first called I spoke with Erica, she was very pleasant to speak to and answered all my questions. When I went in the store I was helped by Barry who informed me that Erica was misinformed and they no longer had the mattresses I was looking for. When I picked up my furniture I realized they loaded the wrong bed so I had them change it. Then when I was home and putting items together, I realized the other bed wasn't the right one. I called them and they gave me a hard time about exchanging it but after I sent them an email with a picture attached they told me I could go in and exchange it. I also purchased a king mattress and after I unwrapped it I noticed it was bumpy (memory foam). I called and they advised me to give it a couple days. I waited a week and when I called back, I was told to buy a steamer and fix it. They said they couldn't refund, credit or exchange. However when it was sold to me I was told there was a 20 year warranty on the mattress. I spoke with three different employees and they refused to put a manager on the phone. One of them called me "a retarded bitch". This place is definitely nothing but a scam. Do NOT buy from here! read more

Terrible customer service! Nothing available ! Have to order everything and wait weeks for it to come in!! I discovered this company on OfferUp and thought it had some great deals at first. They have absolutely no communication skills at all! Giving me the run around when asking simple questions like "do you have the item in stock in store?" Couldn't get measurements of products or even told if they had what I wanted in store or not. How do you expect to sell products if you can't even tell the customers if those products are available to be picked up that day. I needed a new bed because my old Sleep Number had gone to "bed heaven." A family member suggested these guys, so I went in expecting a quick in/out trip without purchasing anything. From the moment we were greeted until we drove away with a mattress 20 minutes later, we were asked questions to identify exactly what we needed. Daniel took the time to carefully select and recommend a few different mattresses. He even recommended against a couple that did not match our criteria, even if it would have meant higher profits to the store. He wanted to make sure we were happy with our ultimate suggestion and that we would receive maximum benefit. My mattress was (and still is) insanely comfortable. I went back to get the matching pillows about a month later. Bottom line, these guys are knowledgeable and customer-centric. My aunts bed broke yesterday. I instantly had to rush out to purchase her a new bed. I had many appointments in the afternoon so I needed to pick a bed and go. I found this place on Offer Up. As soon as they said they had the bed I was looking for in my price range I ran to the store right away. Elijah was amazing. He saw my urgency and assisted with professionalism and urgency as well. I picked the bed out, he drew up the paperwork and I paid; all in a matter of 15 to 20 mins. I was promised delivery for the next day for a fee of $50. Later in the evening I get a text confirming delivery from 8 to 10am. I hired my assembler to be here at 10 30. ( He charges by the hour). By 10am no bed, no call, no text and no delivery company. They were not answering their phone and at times ignoring my text. See pictures for conversation. In the meantime I call Uniquities and tell them the entire story, they hear everything and the initial response was, "what is your problem again with delivery". This shows pthe person on the phone listened to nothing I had to say. So I repeat everything including the conversation via text with the delivery company. They seemed to care less. I had to keep repeating there is no bed here but the assembler is and is charging me by the hour. They finally said they would call the delivery company. In the meantime my aunt found Uniquities online and began to chat with them online . She told them we ordered a bed and the delivery persons were responding rudely or not at all and we are wondering what was going on. Their response was...do you want a refund. She said no I want the bed. They asked 2 to 3 times well do you want a refund. Where is the client service? The accountability? The respect to your clients? They have none. Again, Elijah is exempt and need to teach the company and the delivery company about how to provide great client service. I WILL NEVER EVER USE OR REFER THIS COMPANY EVER TO ANYONE! The complete lack of care and concern for the client...me being the client!!!!, was beyond unprofessional. And they are responsible for who they hire so I will say aside from the actual time purchasing the product this was the worst most disrespectful unprofessional experience I have ever received as a client. Incompetent, rude and careless, just about sums up this place. I went in on Sunday to get furniture for my place,?a bed and a living room set to be exact. I was told (by Dan)everything was in stock to be delivered the following Friday. Late Tuesday, I get a call from a rude ahole name "Rocky" telling me that nothing was in stock and I have to "just wait for it." I have never experienced such ineptness in my life! And to make matters worse, when I asked for the manager I was told I have to wait until Thursday when Amanda the "office manager" was back. Are you kidding me? So this is the only business in the world that doesn't have a manager. I will be disputing this charge with the finance company because of corse if "no refunds or exchanges."Don't do business with these slimy as*holes! Very bad experience here. I will admit that Amanda (the store manager) was great and helpful and I'm sure the rest of this incident isn't 100% her fault. So she lured me in from the many offer up adds I saw. I bought the bed that I wanted and a week later it broke. While putting it together I noticed the cheap wood parts and missing screws ect. However , I called and was told "you'll be fine our beds are good and strong". The bed broke a week later and I contacted Amanda the next morning. She mentioned that I was u see warranty and will get a replacement. In the pics below you can see that I was never contacted. I had to keep following up. She mentioned that she was waiting on the manufacturer and have not heard back. I waited three weeks before calling and the guy that answered was rude. I told him how the bed broke. He said "well are you and your wife overweight? Our beds can only hold up to so much. The manual says up to 1000 pounds or something like that and me and my wife together aren't even 500lbs. I asked for a manager and was told to call back Thursday and then was hung up on. I never did hear back from Amanda. I had to dispute with my bank. Also forgot to mention that Amanda had me send pics to an email of the broken bed. Acted as if my transaction wasn't in the system. Bad experience here. Was a newly wed and bought a new bed here hoping to kick off our new apartment. But had to sleep on the couch for a month due to the poor quality of the bed and terrible customer service. I went to this Place thought it was great spoke to Blake the Sales Rep.. Bought two bed sets living room set and dinette set.. Well I received everything correct but one of the bed sets.. Blake decided to write up a receipt with the UGLIEST bed set had that delivered to me.. I called to let them know I received the wrong order. Well now BLAKE have amnesia he mysteriously doesn't ever remember selling me the white Set he only remember telling me about that Ugly Set. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! I saw a queen bed-frame on Facebook marketplace on 6/14/2017 for $299 so I went in and bought in via credit card. I was told that the shipment would be in on Thursday 6/22 and will be delivered on Friday. This did not happen. I called and checked on the order, I was told that the order will be put in on Monday 6/26. Right here is where I started to feel that something is wrong because the I was being told different things by employees. Another bad vibe was that each day, the bed frame was being advertised on Facebook market place for different prices such as $249 and $259 but I paid $299. To be fair on this review, I called and asked to get the advertised price of $259 and they were kind enough to adjust but the next day it was $249. I did not call to get that adjustment. Instead, I went in to get my money back and take my business elsewhere. I went in to get a refund since no merchandise was exchanged, but was told there is no refund. I insisted that no merchandise was given to me and was not getting ordered until Monday. The employee proceeded to state that it was ordered already but will go through on Monday. She then proceeded to say she will refund me but will charge me 6% credit card convenience fee. FYI to all consumers that anything over 4% convenience fee is fraudulent. I did not put up a fight, I let them charge me the 6% when I purchased and 6% when they refunded. The $45 something was a lesson learned and a cheap price to pay to get my $289 back. Please learn from my mistake and do not take your business here. The staff will post stuff on Facebook but do not fall for it. read more

If people would actually listen to the employees then they would realize that ALL furniture stores are having trouble with it. Covid has really affected these small businesses in big ways with borders being shut down. It took some time for my bed to come in but the staff was very communicative and helped me find something different when I wanted it sooner. They brought us the completely wrong color of furniture after waiting for almost a month for our furniture to be in stock (that part was not their fault due to Covid etc). The delivery team was very kind, but I couldn't even get ahold of the store owner and have never heard anything since. With Covid and everything going on nobody (the delivery team since I couldn't get ahold of anyone at the actual store) was able to tell us how long it would be to have the wrong colored furniture sent back and receive the right color, and I was already apprehensive that they might just take off with my money since I was never able to contact anyone. So we did decide to keep the furniture since it wasn't an awful color. We got a good price overall. Paid about 1200 for probably what would have cost at least 1700 elsewhere, and the delivery team was very quick and kind. But, we had based our curtains etc on a certain color furniture and now the rooms are all kind of thrown off. Again, never heard from the store owner or anyone offering an apology etc. I'd say probably don't shop here unless you're willing to compromise the furniture you picked out for a discount. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I bought a queen size bed from Uniquities furniture April 27th. I've now been sleeping on my couch for almost two weeks because the thick piece of wood around the frame that you screw the slats to broke in half. Mind you it broke on the right side corner and I sleep in the left side. Me, myself and I. I was told to email to the email address on the receipt. I was emailed back by Daniel Lowther (who I never knew was the owner till the end of our many emails back and forth). Daniel heard back from the manufacturer after reviewing my photos and determined that I abused my bed. I didn't use my bed for what it was meant for. I was very upset with this and a bit in shock. I basically started off my next text with "Daniel this is bullshit" and proceeded with a long email. His response to me was "Janet, bullshit or not you broke it you bought it. He felt that because I have had the bed for a little over 3 months that it couldn't be defective. That I abused the bed. I hope they go out of business. They are nasty people and think nothing of their customers. Obviously their manufacturer is the be all end all. They don't care what the consumer has to say. Worst experience ever! Bought my son a bed and were told that it would be delivered on Thursday in the late afternoon. My husband was home waiting and we hadn't heard anything by 4:30 so I called and the lady on the phone told me it would be between 6:30-7. To us, that is NOT late afternoon. The delivery guy calls at 8PM and says that he has one other stop then will come to us. We had to reschedule for Friday between 8am-12pm-my son is 2 and already in bed at 8. He shows up at 10 and says it will only take an hour. 2.5 hours later he says that it is missing parts and he has to go back tot he warehouse and pick them up. Shows back up at 4:30 to finish putting it together. He doesn't bring our mattress. My husband calls and the lady said he will deliver it tomorrow (Saturday) and she would throw in a free pillow. At 11:30 on Saturday, my husband contacts the delivery guy and he says he will definitely deliver it at some time. This is day #3 that we are wasting waiting around for them to get their crap together. I called at 1pm and was told that they couldn't give me a time that it would be delivered. Junior on the phone was very nice and did call me back letting me know that the delivery guy was on his way. He showed up after 3PM! (without the pillow). My husband and I were going to get our bed from here and so was my sister but no longer. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. (side note: I am finding screws all over my son's bedroom floor so I just pray that the bed doesn't collapse because the delivery/assembly guy was too busy on his phone to follow the directions and put it together correctly.)
