I needed a new windshield for my 2016 F150. A friend recommended these guys he found them on Yelp last year, so I also went thru yelp to request a qoute. Within minutes they responded back to me with a price and we locked in a date and a time. The next day, they showed up at my house, removed the old windshield and had the new one in. Upon odering. I had an option for factory or aftermarket windshield. Took about 45 minutes. Super clean, very professional, very friendly!

Got my window broken while out to eat in sf. This place was the fastest to reply and the best deal. Came out to my house and fixed my window the next day. Would use again in future but Hopefully don't have to tho.

My windshield was leaking across the top - especially over the driver side. The technician came to my house unprepared to remove and re-seal the windshield. Instead he used a black gunk along the top to "seal'' it. While he was making his mess he was using the storage pockets in the door as his step ladder. After he was done it looked like a five year old applied the gunk. It was obviously uneven and very messy. He also broke the pillar trim In half. On top of all this it did not fix the issue. If anything it made the leak worse. I had to take it to another repair company to have it done correctly. They were unable to remove some of the black gunk from the painted area immediately above the windshield. I called United Auto Glass to give them an opportunity to address my displeasure and got voice mail. I left a messages stating only that I wanted to discuss the work that had been done on my car. I left no details - just a message saying to please call me. They never called. So I'm now disputing the charge with my credit company and offering this negative review.

I forgot to take a before picture, but they were able to come out first thing Monday morning(I requested a quote over the weekend) . They were the cheapest estimate I received and did the job in literally 20 minutes. He uses OEM factory glass and does not upcharge for trim or extra services. Don't hesitate to give him a call I was putting off fixing my windshield for way too long but it's worth it in the end.

I contacted United auto glass for a quote. They got back to me right away. I had them replace the windshield on my moms car, and they did such a wonderful job, I had them replace my dads windshield too. Great honest guy. Gave me a quote and stuck to his word as well as doing an amazing job. I'm currently working on a project car and I needed some glue for some fabric peeling off near my windshield. Unfortunately I couldn't find any and I didn't want to make Yosef wait and interfere with his work... Come to find out after he rings my door bell to tell me the job is done, he glued in the fabric pieces for me next to the windshield leaving an amazing result and a headache I won't have to fix in the future. I called around just to see the price of other companies and they were the cheapest and quickest to set up an appointment. I called Tuesday and he came by my house Wednesday, the whole process took less than 30 minutes and was very easy never even had to leave my house. On Thursday, I went on Yelp and requested a quote from several different places to get my windshield fixed. United Auto Glass was the first to respond within a few minutes! This company comes to you, there isn't a shop you have to drop off your car. He mentioned he was available the next day, Friday, and gave me a time but unfortunately it didn't work around my schedule. I asked if he could do it on Saturday and he gave me a quote and time. On Saturday he arrived and fixed my windshield. He followed CCD guidelines and wore a mask the entire time. He charged me the same price as his quote and did a very nice job! Definitely recommend this company! read more

They were quick to respond but found them very expensive to the competition. After getting a chip in my new windshield a month later had another company quote me for 30% less than they were. They up charge like safelite. The glass is generic glass they all spend the same price for. They'll try and say that if you have sensors they have to charge more. It's a scam! Find someone else these guys where are also very rude to my wife. read more

I went to UPAG, and they told me the glass was an OEM part and would take a few days to find. They were also careful to make sure the part matched the trim of my car, which they did. Yousof is wonderful, the first to reply in Yelp at 10 PM last night to tell me he had an opening today 12-2 PM. He is very knowledgeable, kept me apprised of his ETA, and once at my home, he finished removing my broken windshield and replaced it in an hour. I have always admired those who work smart instead of hard, and Yousof is definitely adept at this. He is professional and a great communicator, doesn't 'hem and haw', beating around the bush but direct. I highly recommend him for your glass needs and should another rock find it's way to my windshield, I will definitely call Yousof. BTW, my dealership told me that the windshield was not available, and quoted me a price that was two thirds higher than Yousof's price. Am I glad I didn't listen to the dealer? You bet! Wow! Great job, great customer service! Yosef did an amazing job replacing my daughters Windshield. They were on time and very professional. Their prices are very good. There are no hidden costs or extra fees. They are a mobile service so they come to you, which is very convenient. Since I commute through the Altamont daily, I tend to have more issues with cracked windshields. I have another car that needs the windshield replaced. I decided I'm going to use them again and cancel with a company that gives you a five hour window and no availability for 2-3 weeks. If there's one word that describes these guys is "HONESTY".I had a BMW want to replace windshield with the BMW safety sensor with I was told by many other companies and even by BMW I had to get the BMW sensor on the front calibrated. When I spoke with these gentleman they were honest and upfront that 95% of the time it doesn't need calibrating. There is not much honest people or companies around, trust math's is one HONEST company. I would never look at another auto windshield company this would be my go to place HONEST FAST FAIR. Safelite said they would need a month before they could get to my car and wasn't sure if they could source the part. UPAG was able to source the glass and match the tint and have everything done (including glass cleaned up) the same day. I went to UPAG, and they told me the glass was an OEM part and would take a few days to find. They were also careful to make sure the part matched the trim of my car, which they did.
