Thanks to this company I feel so much more safer because every time someone has broke my lock they have came out and fixed it. Recently I had a neighbor whom had someone break into her home and I thought it be just bad luck for her, wrong they tried my home. Thankfully the lock on the inside was what kept them out as I slept unknowingly to what was going on and housemates not home from their 4th of July family parties. I recommend them to anyone and everyone, because they truly go over and beyond.

Let me tell you that some companies quotes were near the 12000 range! When visiting these companies they didn't even have stock.. which of course means they are most likely purchasing cheaper and reselling to you.. Not Jimmy, Jimmy was amazing since I stopped in his office. Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. It was a week before labor day weekend and I really wanted the doors installed before the weekend holiday and he was able to get them installed for me! Another note, after getting the doors installed my kids somehow locked my dogs outside for some time and they scratched our front door pretty bad ... Jimmy came by and fixed the scratches for me within a few days.. Thank you so much Jimmy and Discount doors! I cant recommend you enough!

Exceptional Front Door Replacement - Danny Alonzo is the Best!…read moreWe recently had our front door replaced and are absolutely thrilled with the results! Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. 20ish years ago, Hometime replaced all the warped windows in our 1952 ranch style home. Some were…read moremodern standard sizes, but most were custom sizes. These windows are still perfect in every way. These woods come with value and reliability. When we added on to our home about 10 years ago, the contractor used their window company. We ordered some custom sized windows to keep consistency with the rest of our home...and those have never been right. A couple years ago the large, back window split in the frame. We had no question that Hometime would replace the window...and it's both well constructed & beautiful, with two perfectly working locks. The install was done by Eduardo and his crew. It was an early morning appointment, but Eduardo showed up in time. Both he and the other installer were friendly, efficient, and clean. They took less than 2 hours, door knock to exit, and left not a scrap or bit of dust in their perfect install. When we consider cost, style, AND locally, independently owned companies, we will have Hometime do all our windows, always. In the future we will also request Eduardo as our installer. Thanks!

They cut the wood and metal outside on the walkway. After hanging the doors, there was a lot of leveling to do that followed by touch up on all the nail marks and gaps in the wall frame. They did an amazing job with the installation and bringing the materials in the living room without bumping into anything. They took about 2.5 hours to complete the installation.

I was able to uninstall the shower head, install the filter and reinstall the shower head in one bathroom, but I didn't have the tools or elbow grease to do the same in the second bathroom. Within minutes of submitting the request, I received a message from Nick with his cell phone number, asking me to send him photos of the work. I texted him and he responded quickly confirming he could do the work with an estimate and potential time to schedule the job. He required a small deposit via Zelle. I was a little skeptical about the deposit, but he affirmed his business means more to him than the deposit and his word is worth more as well. He was able to get me on the schedule the following day and confirmed a time later that evening. That day, he texted me telling me when he was on his way and with an estimated time of arrival. When he arrived, he got straight to work. He confirmed the shower head was REALLY on there! He was able to remove it, as well as the stupid flow restrictor I'd asked the previous plumber to not install--but he did anyway--threaded the connections, and installed the shower filter and shower head quickly. He also gave me an opportunity to douse the shower head in Lime Away before reinstalling! We tested the connection and he made one minor adjustment and then was done! He charged me his minimum rate and it was worth it. Very nice gentleman, very professional and honest! I appreciate he takes Zelle and Venmo. This is long overdue! Several months ago I had the pleasure of meeting Rick Andronicos of United Builders. I was in the market for new windows and a sliding glass door for my 2-story Temecula house and Rick was the first of 4 I would meet with in that effort. I had no idea what to expect as this was my first time purchasing all new windows. It is a major upgrade. As I sat through each sales pitch and received the corresponding quote, it became very clear to me that I had happened upon the best source right out the gate: It was definitively United Builders! There are several windows on the market, and Rick recommended his preferred brand; he was able to articulate his reasons (all of them logical). He was willing to go with any other type we chose. We elected to go with his recommended vinyl dual pane Anlin brand with argon gas. As promised, I got several calls to coordinate inspection, delivery and the install. Everything happened right on time. His installers were professional, courteous and of good character. They respected our home in every way. Our house looks wonderful and the acoustic value and energy efficiency were noticeable immediately! Our neighbors have been asking about our experience and all I can say is that when it is their time to make the upgrade, whether first or last, just make sure they get a quote from United Builders. They will make it happen. United Builders is one of those rare companies that provide a stellar service at an honest price. They are not gouging their customers and were literally 45% cheaper than Home Depot - and they provided a product superior to what Home Depot offers. read more

My journey getting my windows replaced for my house. So far it's been a horrible experience specially from United builders. After two missed appointments Rick arrived and giving me a lot of nonsense to how good his windows are in giving me a price that was out of the ballpark and pressuring me to sign on the dotted line on the first visit because when he leaves the price goes with him. He said his the owner thats why his giving me such a good price with is untrue. With Rick is like buying a used car from New York used car dealership. Anlin windows aren't the best windows. I'm actually rethinking the entire process because of all the negative experience from all the contractors they all seem like cons out to get me and take advantage since I'm a woman. They don't understand the concept of treating a woman with respect. Maybe I'm the problem is because I don't want to buy into there gimmicks but I know windows less then two years ago i bought windows for my moms house in Arizona. Do not purchase any products from this company, look elsewhere for quality windows and quality services. They do not honor the life time warranty and are unprofessional. Windows were bought approximate in 2010. In the summer of 2021 we reached out to Rick at 909-969-8976 regarding repairs. Two windows had the material that seams the window to the wall disintegrate allowing wind and bugs to enter. Rick was hard to contact, he did not initially respond to the texts/calls. Weeks later he did and agreed to come check the damage. Rick did not come until January 2022, after we reached out again. He said a repair man would come to fix them. The repair man did come on 02/04/22 and came for a few more days always right before sunset not allowing him to see well. The repair man did not bring the necessary tools to get the job done each day. He placed foam on one window and never returned. Please do not purchase anything from this company, as stated above : poor quality, poor value, unprofessional, not responsive and not on time. read more

I was looking for a reputable company to replace my windows as they were getting old. I looked for some companies that can get the job done for me in Fontana then I decided to hire United Builders. I called the company then they answered all my questions and they were so patient. They had given me an estimate for everything on phone before they showed at my place a day after. After the estimate, they showed so many type of windows that fit my house. I picked a type then then started working. The good thing is that the team is very clean. They don't leave any dirt behind them. The thought it would take a long time to get the job done, but liked they said, they finished on time and I was happy with that. The prices that they gave me was very reasonable. I did a research and I found almost the same prices but with a lower level of job quality. I do recommend this company that's led by Rick who is a very nice man to everyone. I might be replacing my front door next summer so I would love to hire those people again. read more

Prior to our decision to go with United Builders, we received a quote from another Window Company, who quoted us an outrageous price, just for the downstairs. After meeting with Rick, he quoted us a better price for the entire home, including sliding doors. My wife and I could not be more happier with Rick's representation, and His crews installion. They quoted us a timeline of four days to install windows and sliding doors in our entire house, and they were done in three days. . We had recently gotten our house painted, and with the installation of the windows and doors, our house has drawn awesome attention from our family and neighbors. 100% professional, competitive in pricing, and high marks for quality workmanship. We had a new sliding glass door as well as a new window installed. By new, I mean they had to cut holes into the existing stucco to hang a brand new sliding door and a brand new picture window. We also had an older existing sliding door replaced with a new one. Rick, the owner, came out and measured and gave us our quote. Once the product was ordered, he sent a crew of two men who worked for approximately 8 hours, two days straight. They did a fabulous job! They came to the house on time, we friendly and hard working. Yes. I am really happy. Rick come to our house , brought multiple samples, answered all questions. The order was placed and shortly after, I received a call to schedule the installation. The installers showed up on time. Very friendly and engaging crew. We got our windows about a year ago and wow, are we happy with them! They are beautiful and energy-efficient. We have a number of picture windows, and I was afraid that the edges of the window would detract from the view. Rick worked so hard to make sure we had the maximum window area, and I'm delighted with the results. My only regret is that we didn't get these windows sooner! What a difference! I've done a ton of work on my homes and this was the worst experience ever! This guy Rick came out and had all kinds of great ideas he could do, as I agreed to them slowly he backed out of each one for one reason or another. As I settled on a basic job from Rick he backed out of the job and said there is not enough profit to bother. If you don't want a basic low margin job why did you spend four weeks pushing me that direction. read more

Several of the windows in my home face due south. Although they were double pane, they had almost…read morezero insulation remaining after 25 years of massive sun. The temperature in the south facing bedroom on a hot 90 degree plus day would always be nine degrees hotter than the rest of the house. I decided to replace not only the four windows in the south facing bedroom, but six other windows that can be viewed in the same field of vision from the street, to keep the aesthetics consistent. The replacement windows I selected are double pane argon gas filled to help keep the heat out during the summer season. I put out a bid on Yelp and narrowed the field down to two companies, Note I did not select the least expensive bid, but actually selected the most expensive bid. My reasoning was a solid five star Yelp rating, BBB A+++ rating and the knowledge and excellent follow up provided by the salesperson, David White. Other factors in my decision were silver coating on the glass to reduce the intense green hue that most argon gas filled windows exhibit and exterior window casings that are solid without decorative ribs that would collect dirt. I was provided with a detailed explanation of the process and same day estimate. The process from start to finish took five weeks. This would have been as little as two weeks if I did not have an arch top window. Curved windows take longer to build, at least for Ameristar. It took me a while to prepare the two rooms, so I was not in a big hurry. The installation was done yesterday. The crew was on time, polite, and from my view, was extremely careful and exhibited excellent attention to detail. The 10 windows were installed in one day. The crew cleaned up their mess very well and everything went according to plan. I am completely satisfied with the entire process. The windows are very elegant looking, not so green and make the house look better. I trust that the temperature in the south facing bedroom will level out with the rest of the house with the argon gas in the windows. Five stars all the way. Well done.

Once we decided to move forward with Silver Lining, everything happened exactly as promised (and incredibly fast, which was also important to us, given availability on summer break). Exact measurements were taken promptly, the retrofit windows were custom ordered, and the installation team replaced all six windows in a single day. The communication, professionalism, payment process, and quality of work of all team members were A+ throughout the entire process. That was typical in that a couple of them had been paying their family members to do maintenance and repairs and most everything we've seen that they touched was a mess including our screen door. They had decided to try to cover-up that the roof sheathing had holes in it large enough that you could put a basketball through them. So, they nailed wood scraps under the eaves without even painting them. But they dropped the nails they pulled (and we photographed) and dropped either some of the wood or a hammer and almost ruined the screened door all of which we photographed and may post here. Well, Luis saved the day. He is a gentleman and a craftsman. He had to do some disassembly of the screened door to make it work again; it would no longer open and we had been prevented from accessing our deck since a neighbor's video showed the HOA pick-up labor from the the parking across the street from the nearby HOME DEPOT. Luis like his friend Scott who is similarly gifted in saving rather than having to replace entire sliding glass doors that have been damaged-- and with similarly 30-plus years of experience in the Inland Empire, these gentlemen are economical Best of all, they show up on time and perform as advertised. You will be glad you met him. At THE STATER BROTHERS, just minutes after we left our meeting to get that door repaired by Luis, we had the opportunity to tell our longtime friend who works there and was thinking about seeing if RONDY'S could sell her a new sliding glass door screen and pet door. Opening and closing that door has been like pushing something on square "wheels" over gravel--resistant, loud, and generally aggravating. Asking the rental office for repairs amounted to someone coming over and spraying W-D 40, which did nothing. Trying to adjust it ourselves didn't just do nothing--it made the problem even worse. So I went looking online for someone who might be able to fix it, and found https://slidingdoorsrepair.com. Their website offered compelling evidence that they could do it, so I called. I spoke with Scott, who asked for a few photos of specific things before he gave me a quote. He seemed very knowledgeable and straightforward. We set an appointment, and he not only called to remind me of it a few days before, but called the day of to let me know he was on his way and when he expected to arrive, which was at the very beginning of the initial two-hour window initially discussed. Though I was not looking at a stopwatch or anything, the whole process of repair took about 30 to 45 minutes by my estimation. It seemed to me to be very quick. But even if it had taken an entire day, it still would have been more than worth it. That sliding glass door (which is I don't know how old, but is by no means new) glides silently now, as if on air. It's truly a thing to behold. And look, I do understand that the smooth operation of a single door seems nothing in comparison to all the things in the world there are to worry about or need to be made better, but damn! I can't tell you how nice it is to have this one seeming little thing working so well now. Sometimes I just stand there, opening and closing it, for the sheer relief and enjoyment of the improvement. Seriously, before living here, I was living in a new construction house, and the brand-new sliding glass door there did not operate as well as this old one here does now. My girlfriend said she doesn't think she has ever encountered a slider that works better. My Dad (a DIYer by nature) and I both are still marveling, days later, at how quiet and easy it is now to open and close it. Again, I know it is a comparatively small thing, but it's kind of like the relief you feel when a car alarm that's been going off for hours--or years--finally stops. The quote Scott initially gave was no different than the price upon repair, and he and Oscar got the job done in an exemplary fashion in short order. I could not be more pleased with the results, or with my choice to go with this company.
