We received an email late Thursday saying they needed to cancel and couldn't reschedule until the following week. They offered no explanation and because the notice was so late we couldn't find an alternative option. They also didn't pick up the phone when we called after receiving the email. There must have been a small leak in the connection as I wiped it dry one day and the next day when I checked, it was a little wet. Had another plumber access and come and fix it and he said the pipe was not sealed correctly on the original install, so it obviously cost me money to repair it. Granted this was 4 years later but still I would not expect an issue 4 years after getting a new hot water heater installed, so you can be the judge if thats an unreasonable expectation.
