The main problem and downside is that they are very expensive and overcharge. Despite the Yelp page saying that the company provides a "free estimate", I was quoted $49 for the technician to travel. In addition, if I had not chosen to go ahead with the repair, the company would have charged me an additional $150 diagnostic fee. Essentially, despite the yelp profile stating a "free estimate", it will cost you closer to $200 to get a quote. I see this as false advertisement. In addition, when the technician concluded that the problem was the capacitor, I received a final quote of $600. When I googled the price of the same capacitor online, the price range was in between 75$ - 150$. Essentially, they are charging a premium of at least $450 per replacement for a single part (capacitor). Despite their professionalism and quality work, I do not recommend this company for the reasons stated above. If price is not a concern for you, and you would rather pay twice the market value for a job then you should definitely choose them. EDIT: I actually googled the price of a capacitor and offered to buy my own. I was told that by the technician that if I purchased my own capacitor that the company would not install it. In conclusion, they did not address any of my concerns. Unfortunately, after reading the other bad reviews, there seems to be a consistent pattern of discrepancies between what they tell customers and what they instruct technicians to say on site. Making an honest living is so much more rewarding than making it dishonest living.

Mr. McMurray came out shortly afterward to size a replacement, and the new system was fully installed, up and running by 3 p.m. Monday. And this was no straightforward installation--it was a top-floor unit in a condo building. Throughout the entire process, Mr. McMurray went above and beyond. In addition to getting cold air back into our apartment, he patiently answered all of my questions, explained the process from start to finish, shared advice on how to better maintain our system, and worked directly with our building manager to ensure everything went smoothly. As an added bonus, replacing the old system gave us the opportunity to upgrade to a much more energy-efficient unit.
