After leaving message after message, I finally reached a company that wasn't familiar with my equipment but highly recommended Gary. Feeling pretty discouraged at that point, I called the number--and was relieved to reach an actual person who listened with empathy, gathered the details, and relayed everything to Gary. Despite being at a family game, Gary came out that night, diagnosed the issue, and gave us guidance on how to keep our pipes from freezing overnight. Early the next morning, I received an update that the needed part had been found. Within an hour, a team arrived and repaired the system. Given the forecast--temperatures staying below freezing for the next 10 days, 10-20 inches of snow across the region, and nearly 200 million people under a winter storm warning--there could not have been a worse time to lose heat. Gary and his team had never met us before, yet they treated us like family from the moment we called. It goes without saying that we will be customers for life. And arrived promptly at 1:01!!! Both plumbers were very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. After a quick look, they were able to ascertain the issue with the lack of hot water. As they didn't have the part in their truck, they left to go back to their office to get one. And as such, they were back within half an hour, part in hand, and able to complete the job. Forget the big-box stores, don't waste your time and especially your money. Been there done that…read more Going on a recommendation from our local contractor, we made our way to Tubs & Stuff. Our downstairs bathroom ended up being part of our full kitchen remodel and we needed a new toilet and then a new faucet for the kitchen. We stopped in on a Tuesday, few people in the shoproom and ended uip dealing with a great guy, Ken, come to find out he is the owner. Told him what we needed, unfortunately the toilet is a special size (10" rough) so options were limited. Ken showed us multiple options and set us up with a Kohler, same money as the local big box stores and they had a faucet for our kitchen on display, which my wife and I instantaneously loved so Ken staired us in the right direction. Great unit. Ken was very professional and very informative. Toilet and faucet were ordered that day (Tuesday) and entire order was in by Thursday evening. Now I truly judge a place on how bad situations are dealt with and unfortunately we ran into two of them, none of which was any fault of the store. But Ken handled the issues like a champ and truly made the experience even better. The toilet upon install had a hair-line crack in the tank in which water was dripping out once installed. The faucet head button for the spray and regualr flow broke and got stuck in regular mode. I called on a Wednesday afternoon to speak with Ken, he apologized and reassured me that both items would be taken care of immediately. They actually were! New tank for toilet was in next day and faucet head was shipped right to the house. We are totally satisfied with our experience and will not hesitate to use them again for a bathroom remodels and additionally recommend Tubs & Stuff to anyone we can.

The tile sample board was old (she told me this after the fact) 2. That "There is high variation in shades of color and crackle due to the glazing effect." The tile I saw and ordered in the store was denim blue, the tile that arrived is grey. The store manager and Monica said that I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and a additional $85 delivery fee to return the custom tile. I paid almost $2,000. The store refused to take the blame and instead said they can do nothing else. I will never EVER go here again for all my future projects, and will continue to spread the word about the terrible customer service I have experienced. I have never seen anything like this.
