If you have a package and are expecting it to arrive in a timely manner just know the morons at the post office will lose your shit even if it's addressed properly. When they were passing out brains not a single soul that works for this office was around to get one. Isn't it amazing the junk mail they discern as junk, we discern as junk we receive. But an important package they misplace. Your system that alerts about mail that's arriving for the day will show items arriving, you go to your mailbox and "shocking" they aren't there. Why we continue to support through tax dollars paying pensions, salaries, postage for a broken system is beyond me. Privatize it and see what happens to accountability and the way they spend money. Worst post office ever!! Tried to mail a package and large envelope. Took me 2 hours. Got sent to the self service kiosk first one didnt work had to go to the other one and wait in line again. Compared to other post offices I've been to, I would say this one is one of the better ones. I have been here to mail holiday cards, get passport photos, mail packages, all kinds of stuff and the staff are always very helpful. There can be a line at times but it still moves really quickly. The lobby is also open 24/7 if you need to buy stamps or mail something without assistance of staff. Also - lots of parking! So if you got some mailing to do, this location is not terrible. read more

I called once to sort out where my held mail was (this location or the downtown one) and the woman on the line felt the need to read me the riot act for some reason. I asked her to please not yell at me because the information was not clear and she hung up on me. Tried to submit change of address online. I was given a barcode to go into the post office to verify my identity. I had my DL with my current address on it. The clerk told me I needed identification for my new address which made no sense to me. I did show him an AT&T account with my new address. He wanted more. He called the manager over who said I needed additional information with my new address. Made no sense to me!!! I re-read the email I'd received from the USPS, and nothing in it required me to bring anything with the new address. How frustrating these two were!! I will make sure not to visit that office again. I wish Yelp allows me to give Minus stars. One is the minimum allowed. Otherwise this office is not worth one star. I was at the post office yesterday (Aug 7th, 2021) at 4:40 pm. At 5:00 pm, a supervisor (I think so) walks out and locks the door. There were two customers waiting in the line. She turned to us and asked to leave the post office as it is closed. The clerks at the counter were about to help both of us (incidentally last two in the line). Upon hearing from their supervisor they have given a helpless look at us. The supervisor stood at the door and kept yelling at us that the office is closed. I left the office at 5:03pm shocked with her behavior I know the post office or their staff do NOT care about any kind of feedback. They know it really does not matter as nobody questions them. But I could not stop posting this for the benefit of fellow Naperville citizens, so they can be prepared for the rudeness and insults. This post office is the only post office in Illinois that's open on Sundays. There might also be one in downtown Chicago that used to be 24-hours, or is also open on Sundays, but I've never been to that location, only this Naperville location. So, this post office's hours make it super convenient to get all of your packages out of your hands and into the postal system without having to worry about them come the hectic Monday morning. read more

A busy location and often times there is a line. Customer service is hit or miss. Like any place you have persons that offer quality service with a smile, some are consistently frowned up always having a bad day, while others just do the basics of their job; no extra friendliness, not rude either. If you want to ask a question or speak to someone before arriving, forget it. I'm not sure why they even have a phone number because no matter what choice you select, no one will answer the phone. As for going inside, in my personal experience, they have awful customer service and don't want to help you. It's bad enough to have to drive there instead of being able to ask a question over the phone, but once you arrive you have to stand in line for a minimum of 30 minutes, while 1 frowning person handles the customers. And if you try to ask a question about a package, they are not interested in helping you. Terrible, I will stick with fedex and ups. read more

Never had a problem here. I've come a couple times and everyone has been helpful. When I need to pick up a package they are able to locate it quickly and when I come to buy stamps or shipping material I am in and out in no time. I recently returned to grab some stamps and groaned when I pulled number 91. The line was at 78. I don't think I waited more than ten minutes. They flipped through the numbers. Called the main post office in Naperville regarding renewal of my passport. Talked to Karen who said you do not handle renewals, only first time applicants. I was to go online print a renewal application and mail it in with a photo. I asked Karen if she was certain as I was told I could renew at the post office by another staff member. Karen said she was certain and dismissed me. Well, guess what, Karen? I went to the Lisle post office where Bob was more than happy to take my photo and gave me the proper paperwork and sent it in for me. You dropped the ball, Karen. My own town's post office is lacking in customer service. I will do business with Lisle from now on and fill out on online survey to tell what wonderful service I received from Bob and how Naperville's PO Karen sent me packing. read more

This is literally the worse post office there is. I live in Naperville and can't get my mail or packages at my home because the carriers are always incompetent. Clearly they hire anybody. It makes no sense that everytime I order items I have to go on a scavenger hunt to locate them. It's always maybe it's with your neighbors... My neighbors didn't pay for it so there's no reason to leave my purchases with them(which they never have btw). I've only ever come here to mail letters and packages off or buy stamps and I've never had any issues with that. The parking lot is kind of frustrating. It's like a long maze. Plus, I've almost been killed three times that I can count while getting out of my car and walking to the front entrance because people do 30MPH in the parking lot. It's awful. BUT that really isn't the post offices fault that people drive like a-holes through their parking lot. The reason I am giving it three stars is because the customer service is poor. They aren't friendly and never say "hi, hello, how are you doing today" none of that. They just wave you on when you are next in line and give you a blank stare when you approach the counter waiting for you to tell them what you need. That is annoying to me. Aside from these issues, I don't think it is as bad as everyone is making it out to be in their reviews and some of their reasons for rating is as they did aren't justified. Quit being haters, people. If you want to mail your stuff, buy some stamps, and get in and out, then this is your post office. If you care about the employees having a friendly conversation with you while you are doing so, then take your business elsewhere. read more

For these workers, 'going postal' would be something along the lines of breaking into a song and dance number. You walk in, take a number, wait ten minutes and they say "sorry for the wait." WITH A SMILE!!! These are the friendliest people, and the rates are a good bet compared to UPS and FedEx. It's weird. This place is very old school post office. Well, like 50's-60's. It has a curvy, strange parking lot. A butterfly garden in front! A large PO box area once you walk in, and friendly staff in the counter area to the right. There is an automated self serve, if you use that. read more
