Completely unreliable, as we are also a Doctors office and need our scheduled deliveries, it has been 7 business days since our last delivery and we have missed important packages throughout all of those days, when I spoke with a supposed lcustomer service manager" Monique, she did nothing to help or address the situation and told me the driver said he came at 3 and we were closed (our business hours are from 8-6 pm and NEVER lock our doors in between. read more

Very frustrated with this courier unfortunately I have no choice because the packages we get use this courier. I have called multiple times to let them know that the courier did not come to my office to deliver or pick up packages. They are suppose to come everyday 2 days already in a row the courier does not show up. Hired Unity on Monday for daily service between two offices. They failed to pick up on Wednesday and again today. I was told at 4:37 the driver would be here in 20 minutes and at 5:50 I was told the driver would be here in 20 minutes. 6:05pm still no driver. ZERO STARS - THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I run a law firm wherein they are to pick up bank deposits from us three days per week. The driver NEVER shows up. But sometimes he'll show up on a day NOT scheduled which does us no good because we had to drive the deposit to the bank the day before (when he was supposed to be here). They have changed drivers here times now and they have ALL done the same thing. One driver even said I'll call first to see if there is a deposit so I don't have to drive out there for nothing, which would be fine for me as sometimes we do not have a deposit - BUT HE NEVER CALLS. I have contacted the company FOUR times now and it's always "we're sorry, we'll talk to him, we'll check into that or what had happened was...." I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR EXCUSES ANYMORE. This isn't a one time instance and I'm overreacting - this has been for two years now. I have given this company way more chances than they deserve. Today was the final straw - called them again, more excuses and blame elsewhere. I will drive to the damn bank myself. read more

Okay so website is working now that I can print labels w/o having to download them first. But seriously they must get a call every week from me and so if they are reading this they know which office is complaining. They seriously need to do something about their delivery guys. My current guy comes really late like 2 hours before closing if Im lucky cuz there are days he just doesn't show up at all. So every week I call saying he didn't come by our office and we have orders that need to go to the lab. Its like pulling teeth and I hate repeating myself but every week you know I am calling you. You guys need to hop on the ball and get this issue fixed. So I just find out our delivery guy doesn't come in if we don't have deliveries from the lab. I had to tell him you still have to come in even if we don't have deliveries we still have orders to be picked up. 2nd even if we don't have deliveries or jobs to go out you still need to come in and check everyday that we are open for business. Their only explanation for late deliveries in the afternoon is we are last on the list. How is that possible when before we were the first on the list. They are having dispatch and routing issues. For sure they have issues. Get your act together cuz I have complained to the labs and our vendors about possible using another service. i wanted to leave feedback for operations. What this courier service lacks is a system of accountability. 1) package won't necessarily be scanned by dispatch facility. This is the first step in how a package will be lost. if you guys don't scan at each step, how can it be tracked? 2) as a customer if you have lost a package please be proactive yourself in trying to salvage it. I will write down the protocol for what to do. Please save yourself the time and energy and go straight to Lorraine Aguilar national account manager for unity courier vs wasting countless hours with customer service. You will not get a response from people under her title. Unfortunately even she may not be able to help but at least she's willing to try so thank you.It is unfortunately hard to get hold of regional managers and branch officers. Another strategy to try if you want to speak with a live person is to go directly to the facility to get answers otherwise you are out of luck with customer service. You may be met with the same vague answers that the package is still lost but they are trying. They just don't tell you what that trying means. As a customer i think transparency is important to let us know what has been done to try to help versus just trying. read more

This company FIRST of all, loses packages OFTEN. SECONDLY, they have the WORST CUSTOMER RELATIONS SERVICE I have EVER experienced in a business EVER. Liked this company when it was Transbox, located in San Leandro, but since bought out by Unity and located in L.A. have nothing but grief and problems. Losing packages, closing drop boxes without notice, drivers failing to pick up from the bottom part of the part, where small customers like my law firm put their packages. Except for the fact that I pre-paid for two dozen t-packs a few years ago I would switch. Actually come to think of it, its a write off. I will switch anyway. They are TERRIBLE, THE WORST, LIARS, etc.... Been putting up with their shit for the past six months or so and they just continue to piss us off. They lie and say that they delivered a package or said we were closed when our office was open the entire day with all staff on board. We've had to reschedule several patients because our packages were not delivered on time. Unfortunately, we do not have a choice because the lab that we deal with only uses Unity Courier. Probably because they're cheap. However, after numerous complaints to both the courier service and lab that uses them, and nothing being done about it, we might just have to find another lab that uses a reliable courier service. read more

I had worked for Unity Couriers for about 6 Months after they took over TBS Trans Box Couriers in 2008 . Many of you probably had heard TBS didn't pay their final paycheck to approximately 700 Employees . To this day I am yet to have gotten a final paycheck and Unity was found responsible by not taking on TBS's finances . If you have any somewhat important documents that you need to deliver overnight, don't use this service. This is the second time they lost an overnight package within the last few months and it was filled with vehicle titles and transfer documents going to the DMV. We had to pay hundreds of $$ in penalties and deal with dozens of digrunted customers that are not receiving their new titles and registrations in time, not talking about the countless hours to recreate the documents and titles. I order medical supplies from a company that uses Unity courier service for "on-time delivery"! this is a joke for a company. No one knows what happens to the packages once they arrive at their Burbank warehouse/processing location and they disappear. I requested to speak with a general manager to see why is it that they flat out don't care They have dumb employees who pretend they know it all, but can't figure out how is it that every time they lose my package?!! this is delivery number 4 and they can't get it straight, all 4 times that they used Unity they've managed to lose my packages. I called my vendor and they admitted there are many complaints against Unity drivers and they're looking into other companies to replace them. In the meantime, they had to send my order again using another company and not charge for overnight shipping. This company sucks. I don't recommend anybody using it. Working with loan docs I don't have time to wait around while the drivers hold on to packages days at a time in their trunks talking about there was nothing in the drop box. Every single time my office uses this company we have to fight with them to get our packages. I hope we never use them again after this time. read more
