I appreciated how clear the dentist was about what was urgent vs. what was aesthetic or could happen later. I found the front desk to be super helpful and comprehensive in giving me information on the costs and what my new insurance would cover before I scheduled. Dental insurance is always confusing, so having them confirm and explain in advance was really nice. The office is nice, clean, and you can watch Netflix during longer appointments (a nice distraction). There is some construction in the reception area right now, but it didn't impact my visit. In both visits, Dr. Kim was excellent. She is very empathetic and took time to explain to me what was going to happen / how long things would take / etc.

What I don't appreciate is learning after my exam and cleaning that the provider needed to perform the recommended treatment wasn't even in the office. That is information I should have been given before I took time off work and came in for an emergency appointment. I left with a diagnosis, cleaner teeth, yes...and the exact same pain I arrived with. This was my first visit, and that wasn't my only issue. I was perplexed as to why I was forced to put a debit card on file when I wasn't using a debit card to pay for my visit. If your office cannot provide definitive treatment during an emergency visit because the necessary provider isn't available, patients deserve to know that before they arrive, especially when the whole purpose of the visit was an emergency.

I came to this office for tooth extraction and dentures, in severe pain. I am on medicaid and…read moreneeded emergency extractions so I could get dentures. I had someone willing to help me have my teeth extracted. Dr. Igor Deckhkanov and Dr. Howard Wang intentionally harmed me and refused me full tooth extraction and dentures. I have infection, bone loss, metal allergies and type 2 diabetes. Dentures are literally my only option. Dr. Wang cracked a tooth and broke two crowns extracting only four teeth. Dr. Wang refused to extract anymore saying they weee healthy teeth, which is false. CBCT proved him totally wrong. Dr. Wang charged over $6000 to cause me harm removing only four teeth for that ridiculous price. Dr. Dekhkanov charged $1000 to replace the temporary crowns Dr. Wang broke. They were on horribly decayed, painful teeth Dr. Wang refused to extract. The temporaries look like they were made by a preschooler. Their xrays and cbct were unusable by other dentists and were $600. Dr. Dekhkanov intentionally did not point out infection in my teeth and mouth. I had to point it out to him on CBCT. It is overt infection needing biopsy and culture. And then Dr. Dekhkanov prescribed me a pediatric dose of antibiotic to treat the infection he tried to hide from me. He and Dr. Wang refused to extract my teeth for dentures. I am already missing 10 teeth. I believe their refusal was an intent to prevent treatment of infection and bone loss. I believe they work with the shadow government in this metaverse who intend to cause harm to very specific people. Evil men. I have conditions which prevent me from being able to have further crowns and root canals. Dentures are the only option for teeth, and they refused. Please see the videos I uploaded of them refusing to extract my teeth for dentures and providing no option for teeth.

Dr. Diba redid my filling and said that all went well, however that my filling in the next tooth would also need to be redone imminently. As I was already numbed, we agreed she could do it then. I have had plenty of fillings before, but I have never had my head jerked around, sharp pain, and so much uncertaintly during an appointment. It ended with her letting me know that she drilled so much tooth that I would probably need a root canal. The office manager texted me the next day with several apologies, probably because the staff had noticed what a disaster it was. This was a dentist they were "trying out." I wish I'd been informed as much, and that a regular dentist had also been present. I haven't chewed with the left side of my mouth since, and rely on ibuprofen and tylenol for the pain. iSmile ignored my last scheduling text, and while was told that the owner was going to call me, but never did. They were paid well from both me and my insurance, the dentist was paid, and yet I have to undergo a root canal elsewhere. Obviously I've booked in with my previous dentist that is trustworthy.

Upon walking into this place - the waiting area in NOT esthetically pleasing to the eye. Waiting area - seats look dingy and dirty. Front desk had an issue with finding my insurance information for some reason. Not friendly at all. The woman who took me to the back for x-rays seemed to have a language barrier and barely said hello. After x-rays were done - walked to me waaaaay to the back where i'm sure i would be forgotten about and not a word was said in the process. I sat back here for what seemed like FOREVER - but once Darren the hygienist came things started looking up - what a positive individual and he made my experience much better than how it began. What a pleasure to have met him. Wish all hygienists had the energy he had. I was told i was going to get fluoride put on my teeth - not done. Dentist wasn't thorough with his exam - nice guy but I wasn't satisfied with the service provided. Overall - i came here expecting something totally different- the place itself needs an upgrade it's pretty much falling apart and not in good shape. I highly doubt that I would return.

"Dr" Thomas Verdoni is never in the office, occasionally he's seen outside smoking. New employees do all the work. Worst dentist office in Brooklyn. I've only come here because it's walking distance from me. Just left an appt for fillings, after an hour and a half wait, I hear "Dr" Verdoni yelling at one of his employees, looking disheveled like he just woke up from a 2 day bender, "I'm not doing it! You aren't paying me extra to do any more work today so why should I ?" In regards to doing my fillings, then storms out of the office. Like really? In front of patients? Told he went home for the day, after making me wait all afternoon. So a different lady does the fillings. Really don't trust her work as the entire time she kept calling for help and no one seemed to know what she needed when she requested tools. I will never go to that joke of a dentist again. They need to be shut down.
