He told me he could get me anything I could get at Costco, Amazon, or Best Buy for the same price they sell it for, plus $170 for installation. So then we got down to brass tacks, discussiong which model would be best for my space. Rob is extremely knowledgable about TVs and we quickly setted on one. He was able to procure the TV for me the next day, before the next price increase, and installed it the following week. He also got the system in the other room sounding much better. They work quite productively, followed my labels, and put boxes at my desired locations in the new house which saves me a lot of effort when unpacking. They have been careful when moving furnitures. I asked them to help swap refrigerators as well but we found out one of the refrigerator didn't fit the room at the last minute which caused some problems. We should measure the size before swapping. So, I used the app to get a quote since I thought my vacuum needed a tune-up and maybe a broken agitator belt fixed. His price was super reasonable. Here's the thing-- no storefront. Victor actually picks up and delivers your vacuum. He grabbed mine the next day (Monday) and had it back to me by Sunday. When he picks it up, there's no invoice or prepayment -- just the honor system. If you're skeptical, you might worry you'll never see your vacuum again, but Victor keeps you updated via IM the whole time until he shows up with your like-new vacuum. I've got three vacuums, so I'm pretty sure I'll be calling him again. I'm sharing this mostly for anyone who "doesn't have a guy" and might only need vacuum repair once in a while.
