I just asked the girl: "Where's the blonde that I asked for?" She pouted and went to get the boss. I explained calmly that the young lady didn't do what asked and the boss said I could leave and didn't have to pay. Good! It wasn't worth the money. But stating that I used foul language is designed to offset the complaint--which was a legitimate complaint. Sad that this is the tactic this lousy hair salon has to use. Go somewhere else--this place lacks integrity to say the least.

It's definitely not something you do if you are looking for "healthy" hair. You will experience breakage. If you don't take care of them, you can experience dreading when they drop. I get keratin bond extensions. It is rough on your natural hair. Especially if it's fine texture like mine. Gigi is so gentle with the removal. My natural hair actually doesn't look that bad when they're removed. She has done an amazing job with the installations and removals she's done. I am so happy I have found her.
