Dennis is the best! He answered the phone personally the first time I called him and was out at my house 2 business days later for a free consultation. He was on time, personable, and provided great advice for my home setup without trying to upsell me like some other places try to do. After discussions with him, I booked my appointment to get 5 POE Ring security cameras installed outside my home, wall mount 2 TVs, set up wired wifi access points throughout the house, and get my home stereo configured along with Sonos. On appointment day he was right on time and worked an entire day to get everything set up and configured. While installing, he had a vacuum with him and made sure the areas in which he worked were spotless. Everything was neatly installed with wires hidden and the TVs were perfectly level and centered. I couldn't be more happy with the work that Dennis did than I am. So much so, after being somewhat frugal with our audio needs - we're going back for more!! We've been living in our home for 6 years and there was a speaker system installed that we'd never set up so were completely at a loss with all the cords and loose ends etc. Dennis came by and patiently listened to our explanation and needs. He walked me through all of the options that I had available and then sent me a quote with the different pricing options listed. If you are looking for a professional who can install your security camera, you got one that is really great, knowledgeable, courteous, kind and everything that you can think of. His name is DENNIS HOWARD. I received a Christmas gift from my daughter/son in law a box of LOREX Camera system. I had been looking for one who can install them outside of my house. I have asked around, and finally decided to go to YELP reviews. I asked for estimate for at least 8 to 10 companies. Everyone responded by e-mail and text. Dennis responded by text and also called me. His estimate was great compared to others that seem like they are charging like SURGEONS per hour. He came yesterday 10 minutes before the schedule time (very punctual), and introduced himself. Right away, I had that feeling that I could trust this guy to roam around my small house. He asked permission if he could come in with his shoes on, which was no problem. He looked at the security camera I had, went around with my husband to looked for places that camera could be installed. He is such a guy who really is great on listening to customers ideas and he would also make his opinion. In short, he came in at 10:00am and left 8 hours after that. I knew that he would have so much problems getting into the attic as my son in law who gave me the camera system already looked at the attic. He did mention that there will be a lot of problems installing the system. Dennis patiently got into the attic for so many times and not even a word of complain was uttered. My husband and I are just looking at one another, thinking that Dennis will just say I AM SORRY, IT CAN'T BE DONE. He is such a very positive person, very patient and a GREAT WORKER. My observation was HE TAKES PRIDE ON WHAT HE DOES, which is a very excellent character for a person to work with. At the end of the day, the job was done, we were very happy and Dennis was really tired. One thing about him, you will never find any dirt after all his drilling. He clean up after himself. When we sat down after the job was done, I asked him how much it would cost me. He stuck to the estimate price MINUS $50.00 due to the simple lunch and dinner I served him. I knew that his wife was out of town, so I decided to served him dinner plus I REALLY FEEL SORRY FOR HIM. TOO MUCH WORK. i DIDN'T take the price he was charging me, I wrote him a check DOUBLE the price he was charging me.
