I called Dennis this morning to schedule a "routine maintenance" spray around our home. He happened to be doing some business near my area and made time to complete our service the same day before noon! He was fast and efficient. I have a serious tick issues that our dog brought in. The night I noticed it, I yelped exterminators right away. I came across unlucky bugs and called. It was passed their business hours, but Dennis text me about 30 mins later! The best part was he came out the very next day! I didn't get a chance to meet him since I was at work, but my husband left work early to meet him and said he was a very nice guy. Dennis sprayed every room (including closets) in our house to make sure the little blood sucker ticks would die. He also assured if we see anymore live ones, he'll come back out and it's included in our cost of treatment for the first month. We were doing good until I found a live tick tonight, but I think our dog brought it in. I text Dennis right away and he answered all my concerns with ease. I know ticks can infest your home, so if more show up, he'll be back out. Thank you for Dennis for showing up so quickly, answering all my questions, and making sure my family and I stay safe. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dennis is great. Very friendly and personable. It was Friday before Labor Day weekend and I had an ant invasion like never before. I had a solid black line running across the floor up the kitchen island and across the island to some dog treats. It was beyond disgusting. I had been trying everything for the last couple of years and finally decided I had had enough. I called Dennis at Unlucky Bugs that morning. His response was incredible. I left a message, he called me right back and scheduled me in that afternoon so I wouldn't have to wait until Tuesday because of the long weekend. He checked out the invasion on the island and applied something, went around the outside of the house and in the garage. He told me to wait about 3 hours and the ants would be gone. They were gone about when he said and I haven't seen any ants since then. It's been 3 months and no sign of any ants! It's amazing how not having to worry about ants all the time has reduced my stress level. Definitely worth the investment! I am on the quarterly plan where he comes out every 3 months. After going through 2 other pest control companies and being very disappointed I decided to try Unlucky Bugs. Denny arrived at my home on time and after letting me know he was there and me telling him about the spiders and webs I had been having constant problems with, he started his work. First he went around my home knocking down the webs in my eaves and cleaned out my front door entry way, after asking permission he turned over all my wicker patio furniture and exposed an unbelievable amount of spiders and webs. Denny treated all the normal areas and the underside of all my patio furniture then the inside of my home, 2 months later I have yet to see any bugs! Outstanding Service! I've been with Terminex for 13yrs. I needed service today. We've been noticing a lot of black widows and brown recluse spiders in our backyard. I have kids and a dog. Hi, this is the BEST bug control ever. I live in Menifee and I have a huge RAT problem. Dennis sent ROB over. Rob is awesome. He always sends me a text message to let me know when he is coming and what time. I have 2 small dogs and they get so excited to see him. He always spends a few minutes with them. I own rental properties in Temecula. My husband and I can usually take care of issues. But we are not local, and occasionally need outside help. I rely on Yelp to find contractors to give us assistance. I called Unlucky Bugs based on their Yelp reviews for an issue with rats. Within 30 minutes I had a return call, and they regretfully stated they do not deal with rodent infestation. Although disappointed, I am impressed! Living out in the country part of Temecula can be very challenging with controlling the ants and other bugs. We would find a scorpion in our house about once a month. We went through another bug company before finding Unlucky Bugs, and they failed to keep our bugs away and eventually dropped us as a customer along with other wine country customers. I contacted Unlucky Bugs after they had already closed. We typically only get our house sprayed once a year, and we hardly see any bugs. I was experiencing somewhat of a random bug emergency; roaches that had traveled home in my husband's work bags, and although it was after hours they still managed to contact me in 30 minutes. They were able to send someone out the next morning, which completely eased the stress of the whole situation, and also allowed me to get to work without taking too many hours off. The technician Robert showed up 15 minutes early, which was actually better for me. He sent a text ahead of time to let me know his ETA, and was very friendly. Robert talked me through the entire process, told me a little about the company, and inspected our house both inside and out. Turns out that we had tons of spiders and webs on the side of our house. Robert de-webbed the house, and began his spray of the backyard. I was nervous about seeing any bugs inside the house, so he also sprayed inside of the house. Robert was super awesome, professional, and funny. We will now be using Unlucky Bugs for bi-monthly sprays, and we were never pressured into a "contract" like other Pest Control companies tend to do.
