Professional Pest Management? More like professional idiots. My girlfriend and I live in an apartment complex and we have been seeing ants in the kitchen and cockroaches in our bathroom, our living room and even in the kitchen. We submitted a work request to the apartment complex for pest control to come three times and these idiots NEVER show up all three times! They keep on telling the apartment complex we'll come back Thursday or we'll come back Monday, by the time Thursday or Monday comes around these idiots never show up and me and my girlfriend become furious at them and are forced to live with ants and cockroaches inside of our apartment thanks these idiots! Plus my girlfriend saw their truck parked outside of the complex parking lot today and they NEVER came inside of our apartment to take care of the ant and cockroach problem! Therefore, I would highly suggest that you find a different professional pest management company that you can trust to get the job done not this unprofessional pest management company! read more

I signed up they came once after I waited 2.5 hours waiting for them. They finally showed up when I wasn't home anymore. I paid the initial. They were suppose to come back again. Waited 2.5 hours on a Saturday wasted time doing nothing with the family but waiting around and no call or anything. Called to cancel my service on Monday and it's Friday now and the manager still hasn't called me. Jiovani was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained how to prevent future ant invasions. He provided tips on what products to use indoors that are safe for humans and pets. He also found the ant colony in our yard and extinguished it, as well as sprayed the perimeter of our house. I'm very happy to have gone through this company. Emily and Paul did an awesome job on my new property. We was suspicious that the property would be in bad shape on the first walk-through and the inspection came out as such. We want it clean and clear before we moved in so we contacted Emily and Paul beforehand. Due to some financial problems, we had to move the closing date twice, so was their scheduled service. They rebooked us in seconds, no bad attitude, no extra fee, no hassle. After their fumigation, not only the termite was cleared, thousands of cock roaches got out of their nest and laid dead on the floor. The scene was disgusting yet satisficed at the same time :)) Anyway, I am very happy with their service. I rarely use pest control services but Jeovani from Pest Control Management was amazing! knowledgeable, kind, considerate, communicated extremely well and was very fair priced. provided professional service and was patient as my kids were not ready to evacuate the premises on time as agreed for an hour. he waited and explained the services and went above and beyond to treat the house and premises, Inside and outside. We also had issues with our lemon tree and foundation and some water intrusion at our sliding door! even gave me some free silicone sealant for the house! UPDATED: Called about a question on my invoice that wasn't explained very well when we signed up. Marc the customer service manager called back and was extremely rude. Started the conversation with "I don't even know what your question is" (left him a detailed voicemail) as I started to explain our question he continued to speak over me. Telling me I didn't understand. Well yeah bud...that's why I was calling for clarification. My simple question was "are we being charged 2 months in a row, then the quarterly starts?" When we signed up we were told first visit was $75 and then $109 quarterly. They came out in Sept and wanted to charge again in October. I was trying to explain to him that's fine cause I see on the invoice (hand written) that they would be back in Oct. was just clarifying that the fee was correct since the employee was somewhat new. Marc seemed to take offense that I was asking for a simple contract clarification, since nowhere on the contract does it state they come back that soon with another fee. His attitude was appalling and he spoke to me as if I was stupid. This isn't my first rodeo with pest control, I understand the process, however I've never seen a contract written this way. I pay for this service for my elderly mother and wanted to double check everything for her. I had to hang up on him once he raised his voice at me and never let me get a word in. I emailed the company a week ago with no response, only the service rep let me know they canceled our contract. Which is laughable, all I wanted to know was that the fees were correct. From this experience, a simple contract question, I would not put faith into this company...how would they act if I actually had a bigger issue? Per their response below, this was not clarified hence why I was calling. It had nothing to do with them coming back out, I understand the process. Once again I only called to verify the payment since I'm paying for the service. As stated above not my first rodeo with hiring pest control. I work with them in my field. A simple "Sorry if there was confusion...here's the payment plan..." would have been fine, but not the attitude and treatment I received from Marc. read more
