I called and scheduled an appointment... was given a date and estimated arrival between 3-5 and was told I picked the "right company" to help with my needs. He was just reading a script.... Dude never showed up. I called and asked if he was coming around 530pm.... They said they left a message and couldn't get ahold of him.... And no follow up calls to reschedule.... Horrible unprofessional business. Erick came out, gave us a quote. I called him once he left and told him we want to proceed. He said to text him so I did and he confirmed by text a few days later. I assumed we'd be getting g an email with instructions to prepare for our termite spray but we didn't. I called him and he seemed surprised because he said he sent one so he said he'll resend it. A few days go by and nothing. I texted him and that was 5 days ago. Two days ago I called the office number told them what was going on they tried to contact Erick with no luck so they sent a message to the "management Dept" to call me. Techs are fantastic but my customer service experience has been horrendous. Every time I call, I get someone in Arizona. They seems to never communicate appropriately with my local office or with customers. I have had technicians show up with 0 notice to do internal treatment, and appointment reminders that I confirm for which no one shows up. We had our 3rd no show appt on 6/1 I called and asked for the manager to call me. Customer service said the appointment was scheduled but "sent to the wrong technician." No follow up call as promised on 6/2. Again, when someone does arrive, they are bar none fantastic. Otherwise, I'd rather give my money elsewhere. Just called to cancel and was told to hold for 2 minutes. 15 minutes later, still on hold. Had to hang up to deal with it later. read more

Unfortunately, I can not recommend this company because they told us the bug will not coming back at least for 3 month but after they spray outside after 3 days all the bug came back! It almost with whatever they did spray they just agitated the bugs and now they are purring back to our house! read more

Truly Nolan technician Brian came to my home and did an inspection for a re-fi. There was some work that needed to be done. All work was done and I asked for a re-inspection. I was told that they could not clear my home unless I had a treatment done in excess of $1300. I called the VA and was told that is not true is there is no active infestation. There's not. In the event of active infestation the area affected only needs to be treated not the whole home. These guys are dishonest!!! Go elsewhere and that's what I did and got an all clear read more

I had Truly Nolen do a termite treatment for my whole house. They were super efficient and clean. They treated my house and I have had no signs of termites. No tenting necessary. Brandon was easy to get a hold of and super attentive. I will be signing up for pest control in the future. read more

We were long-time customers of Truly Nolen and never had any bugs. Things have changed. They tell you that if you see any bugs, call them and they'll come get rid of them. In June we suddenly had ants. I called the office and the soonest they could come out was the next Tuesday (9 days). We continued to battle the ants as they kept moving from room to room. By the time the appointment rolled around, we were more than ready. When it was 45 minutes past the appointment time, I called. The phone rang and rang; it was finally answered remotely by a rep in Phoenix, AZ. He told me that the appointment had been cancelled because they were short of technicians. No call had been made to me and no new appointment made. By the time someone arrived from Truly Nolen, it was 3 weeks later and the ants remained after. We called Southland exterminators and they were there that afternoon and banished the ants for good. I called Truly Nolan to cancel our account, but the next week the recurring charge from them hit our bank. We're still waiting for a credit from them. read more

I was reluctant to get service when I had an ant issue. I figured we could just handle it ourselves. We tried and yes they finally went away after a while with effort and hassle. I later had a second call for a rat issue and was happily surprised when they offered another complimentary assessment. Brandon has gone TRULY ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping me with that rat issue. I couldn't believe that he even got on the roof to patch a small hole that could be a possible way in, even though our attic was clear of any dropping's, he wanted to take that extra precaution. He has made several trips back to check on the traps. Jose, recently came for spraying around the house and was so polite and courteous. Both of these men are true gentleman, with a friendly, upbeat, positive energy that makes seeing them brighten my day beyond the joy of being pest free. I'm happy that I now have not only the service with the rats but look forward to not seeing any ants and having to take the time to deal with them. Ps. I felt kind of embarrassed about my not so organized garage (where the rat droppings were), and Brandon gave me reassurance that he knows this neighborhood has a problem with rats (not just me). I've been using Truly Nolen for a few years and have been beyond happy with their service. I am on the quarterly plan so they come out every three months. It is worth every penny. On a few occasions I've had issues with seasonal ants in-between scheduled services. I call the office and they have someone back out as quickly as possible and in my experience, within two days. Their customer service is exemplary. The representatives I speak to are very professional and accommodating.
