I think we no longer have any locations in CA, so I jumped at the opportunity to stop by here while in Philly for a convention and it definitely did not disappoint. I ordered my usual order, the numero Uno, and it left me quite unsatisfied. What was most disappointing was the bottom of the pizza crust. This time it was soggy and not as crispy as I would've hoped. But it's not a huge dealbreaker (since this is a chain restaurant after all), but I hope my next experience is a little bit better. I am a huge fan of Pizzeria Uno and now a fan of this location after my first visit 9-13-24.My local location (Warrington) closed last year so I have been craving a deep dish for a long time. This location is very nice and the service was outstanding. The pizza was right on and amazing, my location changed the sausage supplier and it was glaring, it was nice to have the sausage that I remember and that built the franchise. Pizzas we had were the numero uno and the pepperoni, both spot on. The crust was consistent with my memory and the sauce , cheese , pepperoni, sausage and veggies were delicious and abundant!They still have the fantastic lunch specials which are amazing. The broccoli and cheddar soup was fabulous as usual. The only negative was the horrendous French onion soup , although the picture looks pretty good. The onions were actually very good but that was it, broth was bullion cubes with no spices and that's it and the cheese seemed to be a lower grade than normal. I'm amazed how bad this was but I had the same issue at my local location, I guess they try to make the soup onsite and don't have standard spices which is shocking considering they only have 3 choices of soup. I would be sending this back if I paid $7.50 but since the lunch special is such a great deal I overlooked the soup... wished I had ordered the spectacular broccoli soup! I wish I lived closer but I'll definitely be back soon ! read more

This specific location is a gem! We have recently discovered many family themed events that they hold (lunch with Santa, decorate a cupcake, etc). They do such a great job, the staff and management is really, really great! The food (pizzas, salads, pasta) has been very good. The "make your own pizza" for kids is a huge hit. There's actually a great beer selection on tap as well. The outdoor seating and fire pit add another element. This Unos has great food and service! I don't generally love chain restaurants, but Unos' food has stayed consistent over the years and the pizza is still really good (especially the deep dish). The number 1 reason I come here though is because it's so kid-friendly. They have make-your-own pizza and make-your-own sundae on the kids' menu, which my 3 year old and 6 year old both enjoy. We love going out to eat but as most people with small kids know, it can be difficult to try to enjoy food and drinks if the kids are not occupied with something. The usual crayons (which Unos does give too) helps for a few minutes, but the make-your-own pizza and sundae are really awesome at keeping the kids busy for longer. The prices are very reasonable and the drink selection is decent. Staff is amazing with the kids. Overall, one of my favorite restaurants to visit with the kids. read more

We had a reservation for a large group of about 25 people. The tables were dirty and sticky when we arrived. The staff never cleaned the tables for us. The server just threw a bunch of forks and knives on the table. One server served all 25 guests and it took her 40 minutes just to bring drinks and take food orders. I love UNOs pizza pizza. I just wish they would clean the damn restaurants. All of them are dirty. The tables are sticky. The menus are gross if you can pry them off the table. The wait staff is usually okay and could be more detailed and attentive. There was a bug in my drink for example. The food is good and I never get sick but it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like if the dining room is gross. Happy hour allows for fair prices otherwise it is expensive for the atmosphere and service you get. There is no excuse. read more

We used to really like Unos and would go there frequently, but then they closed the location near us, so it was a trip to go. Then they discontinued the Tuscany bread, which was our favorite menu item, so we did not go very often at all. I recently found out they added Tuscany bread back on the menu, so we decided to go back even though the location is not close to us. Well, the new Tuscany bread is nothing like the original, the bread was hard and it had basically no cheese or flavor, and we did not even finish it. (I found a copy cat recipe and made it at home, it was MUCH better) The pizza was also not as good as it used to be, the sauce lacked flavor and the crust was over done. Looking out my Valley Forge motel room window, I noted an Uno Pizzeria across the street from the strip mall! Close enough for me to walk, (in a not so friendly traffic environment!) I made the trek in anticipation of a deep dish, thick and cheesy Chicago style pie which I had not consumed in years. I ordered the small numero uno and it was not at all what I had remembered or anticipated from my last experience at an Uno in Fort Worth, Texas 7-8 years ago . This presentation was smaller, thinner, anemic at best! Much less cheese, certainly not stringy from the fork to my mouth! It also appeared to be lacking the meats that should have been layered inside! (menu said sausage, pepperoni onions, and the other good stuff.) Don't get me wrong, the pie was flavorful with its butter crust. Good but not so good that I will desire to put my body and limbs at risk and walk across the street to return. This meal was certainly not worth decimating my diet......... I only prayed it was going to be! Remorseful about caving in, however I did enjoy a cold Sam Adams Lager and some good friendly service along with it, but with a sigh I will have to say for the price paid, Meh, I have had better pizza pie in multiple places! read more

2.5 stars based on numerous visits for lunch, rounded up to 3 for the friendly service. Bartenders were great, service was great, food...the big letdown...But you didn't come here to eat did you? Sadly it was ruined for me before it even made it to the table as 2 servers didn't know what it was and kept holding it up to their face to try and identify it. They could not, so they left the room and came back in declaring it pepperoni...It was obvious someone dug around on the top of the pizza to uncover the toppings and ID this pizza, so I was bent before I even tried it. Tip for Unos: buy some little toothpick flags and use them to ID your pizzas. Had burgers on a couple occasions, decent but not going to keep me from Cheeburger Cheeburger. The lunch steak was pitiful at 6 oz, but cooked a very nice medium rare. I will never order a steak here again, but wanted to give it a shot. Got the naked baked potato which is basically mashed potatoes with some toppings mixed in and a HUGE dollop of sour cream on top. It is probably a lot easier for them to keep a pile of mashed potatoes available rather than a bunch of baked potatoes, but I must say I prefer the actual potato. I sat at the bar to watch the World Cup, Olympics and the Euro. They have many TVs in this area and there is hardly a place to sit without a good view in the bar area. There are also tables around the bar that have waiter service which includes 3 tables right by the fireplace! This is a family friendly restaurant with a nice bar area as well. Been there for HH a few times and the bar specials are worthwhile. Our service was truly great so kudos to our waitress. She was super attentive and very on top of things. I shared a deep dish meat pizza with one of my friends. The pizza was loaded with meats and delicious. Be prepared to use a fork and knife though as it can be messy. After two pieces I was full. Price wise I think unos can be slightly expensive if you don't go during HH. Great experience tonight at UNO! I was promptly seated by I think a manager. He sat me promptly at the bar in a booth. I had a good server. We didn't realize appetizers are half off Sunday-Friday from 4-7 and my friend ordered the wonderful pizza skins. It's a pizza deep dish crust filled with mashed potatoes and topped with cheese and crispy bacon. Mmmmm a signature item you should try. I had deep dish Chicago classic pizza with sausage and tomato. For dessert I had the soft and chewy macadamia nut cookie sundae. It's a mini dessert but still quite generous! My mom and I were early for an appointment in the area and decided to stop into this Uno since we had such a great experience last time! This time there was an excellent deal, get an entree and a side salad and get an entree to take home. We got spaghetti and meatballs and penne alfredo and then both got pork belly pasta with vodka sauce to go! The entrees we had while at the restaurant were delicious and were generously sized. John was our server and Amy was his trainer and they were both amazing! Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Service was quick and efficient and everyone was so nice! Actually 3.5 stars: Beer - 4 stars. Food - 3 stars. First, the good - Beer: 4 stars. Honestly their selection is worth 5 stars. From styles, to freshness, from local brewed beer, to rare imports, they keep surprising me with the wide range of their craft beer menu. The problem is portion. They're consistently 2 oz. less than anywhere else, but the prices stay up. 1 star off for that. Then, the average - food - 3 stars. They look very attractive on the menu, especially with all the deals and packages they offer seasonally. I fall for it all the time. Pizzas are mostly lacking flavors; most entries are overly greasy. They're eatable, but not enjoyable. They do accommodate call-ahead seating within an hour of arrival. They're part of Philly Beer week every year, so I'm sure I'll return. I love unos gluten free pizza and would recommend it to anyone looking for pizza but have to eat gluten free. I gave it 4 stars because of the service. COVID is still very prevalent in this area and there is a lot of anxiety/concern about going back out into the world but this made it even more anxiety producing than anyone of us expected. Most of the staff clearly were taking the proper precautions, wearing gloves and properly wearing a mask at all times but this woman never had her mask on fully, it covered her mouth at one point but this is how she wore it most of the time and at the table next to us she spoke to them close to their face with it on her chin. I hope the staff can keep the safety of their customers as a priority. read more

Stopped in here for dinner after an early evening movie and the place was pretty dead. It was a holiday weekend, so maybe that was part of the issue. It's been quite a while since I've eaten at an Uno's and I remember it just being OK. I have to say that we really enjoyed our meals during this visit and my wife (who is gluten-free), was very happy to see they had GF pizza options. Even better was how good she said their GF crust was!! I had the BBQ chicken flatbread, was was very tasty and our boys went with basic cheese pizzas. Service was very good. In fact, they brought out the wrong pizza for my one son and gave him free fries to hold him over until they remade his pizza. Will definitely be stopping in here again! read more
