I was researching on Yelp to see where would be a good place for my eldest daughter and I to eat for lunch after a fun morning of non-stop 3+ hours indoor pickleball play at Pickleball Kingdom in Chandler, AZ. I came across a Vietnamese restaurant by the name of unPhogettable and of course, they specialize in Pho. I thought the name of the business was very cute so I had to entertain it LOL. Upon entry, there was no other customer in this restaurant at the time. I think they just opened 30 minutes prior. Anyway, it's a good size restaurant with lots of tables/chairs... you wouldn't be able to tell by the look from the outside, but it's quite spacious inside. We were greeted immediately. After checking out the menu, I decided to try their Bun Rieu which basically is a tomato based crab meat noodle soup. My daughter got their Pho Dac Biet with extra veggies on the side. I also got 1 Soda Chanh... Vietnamese lime soda. Bun Rieu was huge in portion. Its soup was tasty, but it wasn't piping hot. The soup was kind of lukewarm. I like my soup hot. Lots of great ingredients in it though. Love the crab meat and veggies... they were very fresh. Soda Chanh was good. My daughter liked her Pho Dac Biet bowl... soup was savory with lots of steak slices. I ate most of the side of veggies. Staff was okay. Prices were a tad higher than expected, but then again, they can be justified by the huge portions IMHO. Please note they said tips are not necessary. However, they impose a 15% service charge to all dine-in orders to better serve the customers and support their kitchen & floor staff. Honestly, that's just another form of tip. It's all good. Will I return here the next time I'm in this area? To be determined...

    Service fee $9.45 per diner!

A $9.45 service fee is added for EACH diner. We asked about this and our server told us it was the gratuity. I Just want to ensure people are aware, since we were not. And we have been coming here for years. As in through several owners years! I personally believe they should label this as gratuity included to all orders. So I say bye bye forever, dishonest gougers!!

The chicken pho was exactly what I was craving, nice and hot soup, light on the stomach and seasoned just right. I ordered the Kid/Senior Bowl and it was a good size for someone who doesn't eat much. My daughter had the meatball pho which is her favorite. She said it was so tasty and the broth was perfect! We also shared a fresh tofu roll with peanut sauce and it was delish! Service was good, very friendly staff to make sure we were satisfied. This is a no fuss restaurant but it's great if you just want good pho! A definite must try!!

My wife and i had chosen to come here and I will say we will more than likely not be coming back. We usually go to other Vietnamese restaurants for more of an authentic experience. The ambiance was casual and there weren't many people at this location. Our service was nice and nothing negative about that. The food is where we were let down in which it wasn't very hot and it was very bland. We will more than likely not be coming back to this location.

The food here is so fresh and delicious! Also, the owners seem to be completely invested and concerned with each individual experience. I like to get the Pho ray cai and generally substitute the the noodles for more vegetables. The broth here is delicious and the service is always on point. I would never hesitate to suggest this spot as a solid lunch option for anyone in the area. I've gone her dozens of times and can't think of one negative thing over all those visits!

Food is okay but price tag is high comparing to other vietnamise restaurants. Probably won't be back for a while.

Amazing pho with homemade broth and 2 types of noodles…read more We came on a Sunday morning. At this restaurant, you order before you sit down. Pho with rare steak: (5/5) Comes with the option of thick or thin noodles. We tried both of them, and I prefer the thick noodles. Came with noodles, homemade broth (most pho restaurants use a standard MSG broth, but not this one), rare steak, onions, mint leaves, bean sprouts, a lemon wedge, and jalapeños. The beef was very tender and flavorful, it was not chewy or dry at all. The broth tasted much better than other broths, but I'm not too sure what is in it. All other ingredients were fresh. Service: (3/5) You order before you sit yourself at a table. You get your own water. They do bring the food to your table though. Ambiance: (2.5/5) The restaurant is a little bit cramped and the tables are mismatched. It can also get very busy but they also have outside seating. Overall I would recommend the pho here just remember that it's mostly self serve and the broth is very good.

Feels built for takeout, not dining in - Despite all the self-service, they still ask for a tip at the register; which felt off - Staff seemed disinterested; ask a question and you're treated like an inconvenience - Casual, no-frills vibe. Got a medium or large party? You're rearranging tables yourself or splitting up Bottom line: decent food, but the service model and the tip ask don't add up. Probably won't be recommending this one.

The staff is friendly but reserved and always willing to make sure your experience is great if you communicate with them. I now live out of state and still brag about this place to my friends back home. When I get a chance to visit, I never leave without stopping in at least once. I order the #12 with no onions and two #1s which is a total of 4 egg rolls. Sauce the pho however you like, I use some hoisin and sriracha, all the bean sprouts, a lime, Thai Basil and a jalapeño. It's absolutely delicious ever since time, you won't be disappointed.

I finally visited it again after 10-15 years When I come here, I always order hu tieu sa te. The prices have always been so cheap here and they continue to hold prices true. I tried the crispy chicken for the first time and it was full of flavor, marinated in a tangy, salty and sweet sauce. I didn't need to dip in extra soy sauce. The dish comes with a side of rice as well. The appetizer I got was the crispy tofu. The tofu is so soft inside the thin crispy layer, enough carb and not overwhelmed with fryness. Overall I would continue to come back because they continuously are consistent with the food quality for a cheap price.

In fact, I'm pleasantly surprised by their growing menu and their willingness to better themselves by listening to Yelp feedback. You can really feel the spirit of home-cooking and the cozy atmosphere of a locally owned restaurant here. In the best way possible, service hasn't changed - it's still the same friendly owner greeting you with a smile and overall cheerful attitude. You can tell that they are actively growing as a restaurant and I can't help but want to cheer them on! Today, I had their banh mi pho with a side of Chinese donuts to dip into the pho broth. Absolutely delicious and great concept. My constructive feedback is if they can dial in their pho broth (which I already enjoy) to have more in-depth bone broth/spice flavor and less reliance on maybe the salty aspect. I'm excited to see the future of this establishment,
