The staff was very friendly and professional, made some great recommendations and were constantly asking if we were doing well. The Pepperoni and Italian Sausage Pizza was exceptional. The crust, which I hardly ever comment on, was as delicious as any I have had. Their cheeses were equally delicious. Plenty of pepperoni and sausage were served, as well. We also thought that the Caesar salad was tasty and fresh. The vibe is cozy and warm. First off, we were met with a cold waitress. It seemed like it was such a chore to take our orders. I asked for a side of ranch for our pizza and she came back with the tiniest sauce container with less than a tablespoon of ranch in it, which I originally thought was fine because I could just ask for more, which I did end up doing. Then, every time my boyfriend's soda was low she would take it and refill it, not specifying that it would cost us for a refill. Then we get our check and I see 2 charges for ranch $2 each and 2 charges for soda $6 each. She never specified that the ranch nor the soda refills would be extra especially since the ranch portion was smaller than a shot glass. Some places charge for ranch which is fine, but they give you enough ranch to justify a charge. Then on top of that there was a 22% gratuity fee already added because we were a group larger than 6. AND on top of that there was a 5% employee wellness fee. Both explain why the waitress didn't need to care about doing a good job because she was already guaranteed a 27% tip. Keep in mind this was all noticed after we got the receipt emailed and had already paid because on the software they use for paying, it didn't show us an itemized receipt. And of course, we could have waived the employee wellness fee but we didn't know that it existed or that we could've waived it until after we paid. Just pay your employees more or up the prices of your menu items to include the "wellness" fee.

Self checkout is fast and bring your bags so you don't have to buy paper ones (and have them break as you get on the shuttle like I saw happen to one guy). Coffee bar in front and it's super affordable. Something like $1.50 for drip coffee and around $3-$5 for lattes and fancier stuff. Produce is well-stocked and fresh. Happy to grab up some items. Pricier, yes, but the only other option is GG's and that's tinier... and 1/2 hr shuttle down the mountain and into town for other groceries. Save yourself some time and pop in here to grab some last-minute needs.

Whenever I've needed service for meat or cheese recommendations, the employees were knowledgeable. I really like the new, updated store and how easy it is to locate what I need. It's very clean, smells good and it actually makes me look forward to grocery shopping.
