I specifically asked if it would all fit and if they would make multiple trips. I was quoted a price for six hours including tax. They did bring most of the large, heavy stuff but took NONE of the boxes. Now I am left to empty half of a 10x25 unit in MANY trips in my car. Not only that, but one of the movers spent a lot of time trying to get out a splinter (using tweezers that I offered) and using the bathroom and the other guy stood around waiting for him. This caused me to be charged for an extra hour. I'm grateful for what they did, but it wasn't as much as I was expecting. I'm older and on a limited budget so I went with the lower priced option because she said they would handle it, but they didn't and now my arthritic knees and back are paying for it.

I was relieved after picking UPack to find that a friend's son had used UPack to move from Connecticut to Seattle and he was very happy with the company. The company was great making quotes while leaving me the flexibility of going over on space requirements. I knew ahead of time all the costs that would be involved and the cost of my using extra footage in the truck. It is very hard to make estimates of how much stuff you really have. I ended up using an extra 3 linear feet in the truck. I knew ahead of time that each foot would be $32. So there were no surprises. I felt too that the extra space was a bargain for cost.
