Lunch menu but doesn't include the rotating daily special.

Overall I say 5 stars for the area. If in an area where breakfast places were plentiful I probably give this a 3.75-4 star review but for this area they are probably the best breakfast option. I got the omelette and shredded hash browns with wheat toast. The potatoes were a little oily and the toast was overwhelmed with butter but both tasted good. Coffee was good and they still have the large sugar and powdered creamer on the table, but if you ask they have liquid creamer as well. It's a country breakfast place and lives up to that environment. Overall I still give it 5/5 stars because having tried everything in Marianna, they are probably the best. They get extra stars for the charm and friendliness of the staff, plus they have real plastic straws and I really appreciate that. I'd probably avoid the hash browns next time but a grand total of 4/5 for food and 5/5 total. Open Tuesday through Sunday for breakfast and lunch.

We had a great Lunch experience here! We were so hungry after leaving the Blue Hole and exploring the Caverns all day. We were greeted and seated very quickly, and the owner was walking around talking to guests. We all ordered cheeseburgers which were homemade and there were multiple sizes to choose from. You also have the choice of homemade fries, crinkle fries, etc. The sweet tea in a mason jar was another nice touch. Excellent Job!

No appetizers on the menu. Very basic. May or may not return. Our server was not very knowledgeable and couldn't answer questions

There is some outdoor seating as well if you prefer. We came in and were greeted by the staff immediately and were told to sit anywhere we liked. Alicia (I hope I'm spelling it correctly) was our server and she was great, she smiled everytime the whole time during our visit. We ordered a few different things but most of us ordered from the Triple Meal Deals- you get a starter item, ours were Caesar salads, and chips & salsa, meal and fries, & a beverage. My daughter had the $10.99 meal deal with 6 jumbo wings- garlic Parmesan flavored, seasoned curly fries, & a Dr Pepper, my husband had the $13.99 meal deal with 10 jumbo wings also garlic Parmesan flavored, seasoned curly fries & a sprite, ( My daughter and husband tore their wings up, hands and face dirty with sauce, but they said they enjoyed every bit!) I had the $13.99 meal deal with Traditional Tampa Cuban (this was so good, I most definitely recommend trying it out) with seasoned curly fries & a lemonade. Those meals came out hot and fresh and was so delicious! My father in law had boneless traditional chicken, my mother in law tried a piece of his chicken and said it was over cooked (I didn't get a picture of his meal but they did look a bit cooked too much but he didn't complain he actually enjoyed his food) my mother in law ordered a classic chicken rice comfort bowl, she enjoyed her meal as well (I didn't get a picture of her dish) The establishment is very clean, there is music playing, it wasn't too loud in my opinion. There are Christmas decorations which I liked, since we are visiting for the holidays. There is plenty of seating in the dining room, a bar area as well. Looks like there is also a room to host private small events. There is also small game room area to keep the kiddos entertained or even the adults. The women's bathroom was very clean. Overall our visit was a very good one.

They only sell plastic cups for refills when you come back for a discount. 4. Food is a bit slow coming out due to not being able to keep up. don't think they have enough staff. The drive thru was really busy. 5. Fridge full of Brunswick stew to go and desserts like cake and banan pudding. Cole slaw: finely chopped and Th r perfect balance of vinegar to mayo. More on vinegar side BBQ sauce: spicy, original and sweet Soda: bottles and fountain drinks all COKE products. The staff was friendly but would have liked for them to explain about the plastic cup situation instead of me asking if the cups are only plastic and why. The turkey is cut across the grain. As a result it chips which is fantastic because most of the time it sliced like lunch meat. The loaded mashed potatoes are were very good but half way through I was over the flavor. I could have gotten white gravy but opted out. Could have made the flavor balance out more. French fries tasted like fresh cut and the seasoning was fantastic but salty for my taste. The texture was so good tho! Mac and Cheese tasted like a velveeta cheese base. Very southern in elite texture-gooey. The banana pudding did not have bananas but they use banana flavored pudding. I did not miss the bananas with that pudding. Loaded with the right amount of wafers. Hubby said his brisket was a 7. We did not smell smoke or see it coming out of a smoke stack so not sure if it is smoked in house. This spot is very very busy with locals. Sonny's is down the street and I grew up eating it but would come here any day.

It seems that their familiar logo beckons in all of its bright yellow neon glory road-weary travelers, partying college kids, parents with kids in tow, hungry workers seeking a casual and quick sit-down meal and just about everyone else from every walk of life. Since Waffle House opened its first location back on September 5, 1955 in Avondale Estates, Georgia, it quickly established itself by offering a consistent selection of food and by being open twenty-four hours a day. For me, the biggest appeal of Waffle House has always been their hash browns, which you can get basic or topped with a variety of toppings such as chili, white sausage gravy, cheese, ham, onions and so many more items and you can combine these toppings in a multitude of ways. For my main course, I have usually gone with their patty melts or one of their egg breakfast options. I myself can see the strangeness that I have never had a waffle in a business where waffle is in their very name, but I prefer a more savory breakfast than a sweet one. If you are in the southeast United States, odds are you have probably passed a Waffle House location. It seems that they are on almost every major highway exit ramp and strategically placed throughout most cities and towns in the southeast. If you see one, give them a try.

The first thing I noticed is that they scaled the menu back which was a blessing. I remember before that you had to read a book to get through the menu before. The new menu has a great variety of items and I didn't miss anything that they might have had before. The restaurant itself is fun. Lots of memorabilia on the walls but not in a claustrophobic way. Tables are nice and clean and the bar is beautiful. Everyone looked like they were having a good time. Our food server was nice, friendly and talked to us like we were regulars (loved that). We started out with drinks and we had the Sangria, and a couple of their signature cocktails that I can't remember the names. All were very refreshing. Food: We started out with quite a few appetizers: Coconut Shrimp: Great big shrimps, coating was perfect but I would use a tad more coconut (IMO). Tuna Dip: Wonderful smokey flavor and tasted really fresh and came with homemade chips. Pimento Dip: Oh my gosh it was delicious. I didn't even want to try this one but one of the people in our party likes pimento, so we did. It was sooooo good. I found out it has 4 different cheeses in it and it also comes with the homemade chips. Onion Rings: These onion rings were in the perfect batter. They were not greasy but they were crunchy and they used great tasting onions. I remember the previous onion rings being so thick and greasy I was so happy with the new version. We also had the Spinach Artichoke Dip and once again it was very tasty. Entrees: Pot Roast: So delicious!!! Tender pot roast and it came on a bed of mashed potatoes and cooked carrots and onions and I think celery. The gravy was delicious and they gave you plenty of it. Steak: It was a pretty big steak and very tender. Hubs gave it a 4 out of a 5. Baked potato was loaded and could have fed a family of 4. Catfish Basket: I had never had catfish before and I nibbled on our friend's entree and it was really really good. I give this place a 5 out of a 5 and we WILL be back.
