Since the sign wasn't very clear, we asked her which one was sugar-free, and she rudely told us, "I just told you, the Carmelia is not sugar free." Her attitude towards us felt so unpleasant and uncomfortable that we decided to just buy my coffee and have my husband go to the gas station next door and buy a coffee. I would gave appreciated if she had given us some options. I don't usually like leaving bad reviews, but it's because of people like this that businesses don't thrive. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with.
