A little over two weeks ago my car was rear ended. I chose a body shop near my home, but after reading the reviews I declined their services. As a result, it took a few days for my insurance company to approve Upland Collision Craft who is certified through my insurance. I was anxious while I waited because both sides of my rear bumper were hanging off, so I went anyway without approval and spoke to Ralph who was super friendly. So much so, he had his staff reconnect my damaged bumper at no cost to me. He also did so believing I would return when I received approval. The reality is, after my bumper was reattached, it really was good to drive, I didn't have any major dents even though it was damaged. He still provided a service trusting I may or may not return. I did return, and picked up my car today and it looks like new! I had additional services outside of my insurance claim. The detailed attention given to buffing the scratches out of my black car inside and out is awesome, and they replaced my windshield that had at least seven small dents from rocks was reasonably priced. Saved me time from doing it later. Bottom line, good old fashioned customer service is a rarity these days and I appreciate Ralph and his team at Upland Collision Craft and would recommend anyone who needs body work or a good cleaning, waxing, buffing or anything else car related to go to them! read more

Upland Collision Craft is amazing!!!!! My husband bought a brand new Chevy Silverado truck and had an accident. We originally took it to another Auto Body shop that did a horrible repair job and left us with additional damage to the new truck. Upland Collision Craft is by far the best body shop I've ever been to. With 25 years of driving experience, I recommend UCC for all of your body shop and car care needs. Drop off was a breeze. I let them know I was on my way and they took care of me as soon as I arrived. Everyone at the shop was highly professional and answered all of my questions. Not only did they keep me up to date, letting me know what parts were needed and when they'd be in, they also corresponded with my insurance company (Mercury) in an effective manner, so I always knew what was going on between UCC and my insurance company. Picking up my car was also a breeze. Ralph Lugo had all my paperwork ready- with no wait time. The work they did on the car was exceptional; and it actually looked better than it did when I first bought the car from the Kia dealership in 2017. They even touched up the scuffed marks on the passenger door side with paint even though they were only required to fix the bumper. Again, UCC provided timely customer service and outstanding craftsmanship. The customer service at this business and the communication between the shop and the client, specially by Ralph Lugo is great. I got my car fixed here when one of the Burrtec drivers damaged my front bumper and damaged a few other things. They took care of me and my car as if it was there own which says a lot. They picked me up at my house to go see my car then took me to the rental place to rent a car and got me the best one there. Im extremely satisfied with the people and work here. I came to Upland Collision Craft to help me repaint a 24 year old car. As you might expect the original paint had many chips, scratches and discolorations. There were some dents and missing or loose trim. This was going to be a pretty tall order to get it right. Communication from the management team was excellent throughout the process. I received regular emails with pictures showing the current status of the work in progress I just took receipt of the car yesterday and could not be happier. This shop is one of the best I have experienced. They kept me posted on the repairs, parts timing and advanced notice on when the car should be ready for pickup. They sent me pictures of the old parts that were being replaced which helped me understand visually the state of the repairs without being there in person. I recently was in m first car accident. I at first was going to go to the recommended shop of my insurance company, but my boss gave me Ralph's info and I definitely made the right choice.
