The entire headache started because their website wouldn't let us split a payment to use a gift card balance that we could clearly see online. To avoid human error, we had to call it in, turning a simple order for a cheese pizza and a calzone into an agonizing 22-minute ordeal. Incompetent Ordering & Billing: First, the employee tried to charge me for a brand-new gift card instead of applying the actual gift card balance we called about. When we finally gave the correct card number, he claimed there was zero balance. After starting the order completely over, the balance magically appeared. I paid the remaining balance, only for his computer to crash. We had to do it a third time, where he again claimed the card had zero dollars until I had to walk him through his own job and tell him to void the previous ghost order on the other terminal so the funds would unfreeze. Abysmal Delivery: Despite the correct address being clearly printed on our receipt, the delivery driver couldn't even find our house. They called my wife to come outside, only for her to stand there looking for a driver who wasn't even on our street. The Final Charge: When the food finally arrived an hour later, I looked at the receipt and saw my credit card had been charged the full amount anyway, completely bypassing the gift card. Terrible Management: My wife was furious, so I called to get it sorted out. After another frustrating 15-minute call, the manager, Draiden, failed to issue the correct refund amount back to my card. Instead of apologizing for wasting my time and messing up the math, she had the nerve to claim the mix-up was a "communication issue" on my part and told me not to argue with her. If I hadn't caught their mistakes on my receipt, I would have been ripped off. Between the staggering incompetence, the inability to navigate to a clearly addressed house, and a manager who gaslights customers instead of fixing her staff's errors, this place is a mess. Looking at the warning banner on Google showing that suspicious high-rated reviews keep getting removed here, it's pretty clear why their rating is artificially inflated. Management desperately needs training on their software, basic math, delivery coordination, and how to treat customers who actually support their business.
