Went in on a Friday night just after 7 PM. The person who took my order was obviously distracted the entire time. I was told it would be 25-35 minutes. After 45 minutes what looked to be my order was up but instead of my name "Holly" being called the name "Paulina" was called. No one claimed the order and the very same person who took my order called out "Paulina" several more times. Then gave up. He proceeded to count tips from the tip jar. We went up to the counter just to verify that he heard my name correctly and those two pizzas getting cold weren't ours. He quickly said "No. These are for Paulina. Yours should be up next." After another 15 minutes I overheard other employees trying to figure out what order we could possibly be waiting for. I then went up to the counter to verify my order and it turns out it was the "Paulina" order. THEN the man who took my order had the audacity to say "We called your name." IO can eat pizza every day of the week so i had to try it! got there service was good but not a very big place. we ordered the pizza and spend 17.00 or something like that. i took a bite and it was good but not oh my lord good! my gf liked it but i could have saved 10 bucks and gone to bashes for their 7.00 pizza because it tasted just like it! my gf kinda agreed with me. but! pizza was good and service was good but everyone's tastes buds are different so you might really enjoy it . read more

Fantastic pizza and subs. Got a $5 slice and the meatball sub. They were both fantastic. Meatball sandwich did not have too much sauce, but wasn't dry at all. We ate in with our 2 kids. I had been there before the remodel and it was not so family friendly. Now they have nicer tables, 3 TVs and they even changed it to cartoons for my little guy. A great neighborhood spot! read more

They don't offer much outside of pizza and salads, but what's to be a expected of a pizza place? The pizza was good but when I walked in at 11:05 there was one person that had already ordered and was waiting so I ordered 3 pizza's ($55.00) and at 11:35 I asked how much longer until the pizzas would be done because I needed to use the restroom and there wasn't one...they told me another 15 min....WHAT? Update....from my last experience I assumed that Uppercrust took phone orders before they opened at 11 because when I was there the last time I arrived and ordered at 11:05 and was told it took over an hour because of phone orders (I assumed they had called in before 11 and I would have to wait my turn) because of that I started calling at 10:20...again at 10:40 and lastly at 10:57....3 minutes before they open....wow, they answered! Wait...how did they answer, you ask? "upper crust pizza, we are not open"....hummmmm.....I tell the VERY rude woman that I was just calling to order pizzas for pick up at 12 and she proceeded to say "We are closed" and hung up! OMG, are you kidding me? Why even answer if you are simply not going to help someone? I called Grimaldi's down the street, ordered 60.00 worth of pizza and was there to pick up my pizzas at 12....oh by the way the pizza at Grimaldi's are AWESOME!!!!!! Much better than I had gotten from Upper crust a few months ago! Went there for a pepperoni pizza with my dad. It was extremely greasy, as in dripping grease down my hand while I held the slice. I'm never going back there. My wife and I love Upper Crust. Simple no frills place, and great pizza! We like the slices a bit better than ordering whole pizzas. The crust comes out a bit crisper. You can't beat the lunch deal.
