First time trying it was great! They called the pizza Detroit Style; which had the sauce on top of the toppings on a thick crust. The food was fresh and the crust was mildly crisp; but not tough- perfect!! For two people, there are 4 generous helpings each; so we took some home for later! So this is our first time visiting this pizzeria my wife saw it on Facebook and neighborhood app. We got down there and there's only three tables and the places mainly for a pick ups and the area that's in. One of the drawbacks is that they close very early about 7 o'clock I believe and stopped taking orders around 6 o'clock I believe. We were able to order and sit down to eat. My wife got the Detroit pizza which is a thick crust. I got a medium pepperoni pizza regular crust and my daughter got the garlic twist. Everything came out very good very hot. The marinara is tasty. They have many sandwiches and entrées as well and on the crust you can get Detroit style, which is the thick crust regular and thin crust. I would give it more of a 3 1/2 just because it wasn't bad and it wasn't great but tasty. read more

Wow! This place is a hidden gem in marana! Super cute and casual Pizzeria with so many options! The service was friendly and prompt! The minute you walk in it smells amazing and gets your appetite going. I tried the twin peaks salad which was crunchy, refreshing and satisfying, the wings here i heard are amazing so i had to order those. The newest flavor is the chipotle honey and omg so good! Perfect balance of heat and sweetness plus they are baked! The star of the show though is the detroit style pizza! I ordered the Motor City and it did not disappoint! This pizza is stacked! The gooey cheese, the crispy edges, the sauce had so much flavor! As the pizza came out it caused a commotion with the ladies sitting next to me! It really is a showstopper! It's time for an update, because we regularly get pizza here. We always take advantage of their Thursday special: two one topping medium pizzas for $7.99 each. We live super close so it's extremely convenient and the pizza is always delicious. We almost always do one pepperoni and one pineapple. Placing an order on the phone is always fast and easy and the pizza has always been ready on time! And it's always hot and fresh! We will definitely keep this in our takeout rotation. It's fine. The pizza is overpriced and mediocre. The CBR is simple and probably tied with the Meat pizza as far as having any kind of flavor. The restaurant space is small and minimalistic so you'd be better off getting it to go. My personal pet peeve is businesses that won't answer the phone or take orders 15 minutes or more before they close. Wish they'd fix their website and online ordering--it's been confusing and non-functional for months. The website has two separate menus with slightly different prices. If you attempt to place something in the cart, an error message pops up. I've mentioned it a few times, and all I've gotten is "yeah, we don't know why it's like that." If they know it's screwed up, why not take it offline or add some sort of message letting folks know? The pizza is pricey fairly decent. I'd order again if I could do it online. read more

We like the Detroit style pepperoni pizza and the caprese. It's been good quality and ready in a timely manner. My one complaint comes from them refusing to do a half and half on the Detroit. 2 out of 4 people in my family are vegetarian. Right now we have to fully commit to 8 slices of caprese ($25) and 8 slices of pepperoni ($26) which is too much food and expensive ($50+). I don't know why this place doesn't have a higher rating. We really enjoyed it. We got a white pizza and added ricotta, spinach, and bacon. The crust was thin and not doughy. We also got the garlic parm wings extra crispy. They were still crispy when we got them home and smothered in the yummy garlic parm sauce. You can tell the ranch is homemade and not from a bottle. A post on FB post prompted me to try this place. Extremely pleased with my choices. They have specials every day of the week. Today it was free cinna stix on purchase over $30. I didn't mention it so they made them when I picked up my pizza. Whatever you do, don't forget to add the balsamic glaze. Their pizza dough is tasty and they have gluten free options. What a disappointment! Ordered a $26 meat lovers pizza. Specifically asked that they put enough cheese on it. Last time they didn't even add the cheese when I paid for it as part of my order. Absolute Goat Rodeo. Worst service I may have ever received. Perfect storm of Poor training, poor process, and disinterested staff. Drove 10 miles north this past Saturday evening to try Twin Peaks Pizza, because we knew they did Detroit Style pizza and it looked GOOD. We were going to order a pizza and salad to have there, then two sandwiches to go for a hike the next day. That's as far as things went as to the plan. First, when we asked the young man behind the counter if they could wrap our sandwiches up to go, he asked that we place two separate orders -- One for here, one to go. OK, no problem. Paid them for both orders. Included a 20% tip even though it's counter service. Upon completion he said "Will be about 20-30 minutes, when we bring all your food out, just let us know when you're ready and we'll bag up your sandwiches..." -- Hmm, wasn't that the whole point for the two separate orders? OK, no problem. We went and sat on the patio. After a few minutes, we became convinced we wouldn't get our salad in advance of our pizza, so I went inside to the counter. A very disinterested young lady came to meet me. I asked, "is there any chance we can get our salad before our Pizza is done?" (like most normal people consume a salad and a pizza). She, without any bit of energy, said "let me check" and went around the corner. She came back around with our salad in a box and said, "We don't have any silverware..." I was perplexed, and honestly didn't know what to say. We literally had explicitly ordered a detroit style pizza and salad FOR HERE but they didn't have any silverware? I asked, "Well, that's a problem, we made it very clear we were going to eat that here, what are we supposed to do with no silverware? And if you didn't have any silverware, why didn't the guy that took our order say anything?" She clearly didn't care, and said "well whoever it was, must have slipped his mind." Whoever it was? There are four people working. Two in the back, two in the front. You knew who it was. So, I said, "OK, well, just please refund my money". Miss personality, rudely: "You'll need to talk to a manager on Monday and it will take 3-5 business days." Beyond the bad service, soo you don't allow your staff to process refunds??? I went outside to decide what to do, but decided I needed to get that refund, and with the terrrible service and attitude I was concerned the rest of our order would disappoint too. So I went back in and then the original dude came to the counter. "Is this about the refund?" What gave it away? We're the only people in the entire restaurant. "Yes, please refund my on both orders." "So you don't want any of the food?" "No, at this point I think it's just best you refund me my money and we'll go somewhere else." "Well I'll put your tickets on the manager's desk for Monday." Hmmm... So I'm going to have to take time on Monday to call the restaurant back to confirm they process my refund. Awesome. At that point I just left, and messaged the restaurant on social media, asking the owner to call me. They didn't. So here's the review and I'll be disputing the charges on my credit card, as I got nothing more than my time wasted and my patience exceeded for almost $100. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to try this spot since the other nearby pizza place doesn't offer thin crust. After trying to call and being put on hold indefinitely I ended up using their online ordering system which worked out well. I was not very impressed with their customer service by being placed on indefinite hold. I ordered a large (14") Coachline Meat Pizza with thin crust and added black olives and mushrooms. The pizza took about 25 minutes to be completed and smelled amazing when we picked it up. The order was spot on and no mistakes. However, when we got home and tried it, the pizza was so greasy which made the thin crust incredibly soggy! Very disappointing as the flavor was actually pretty good. Ordered the Detroit deep dish last night for pickup and it gave my family and I really bad food poisoning. We ordered the Meatlovers Deep dish. Not sure if it was one of the specific toppings or the pizza itself, but we've been pooping our brains out and my wife has been throwing up. I should've known when picking it up. I walked into your establishment at 6:30 on a Sunday with your posted time online saying that you are closed a 9 on the door. There is a piece of paper taped saying that you were closed at seven. Going forward when I walked in the staff said I am unable to order if I wanted to order pizza, I have to do it an hour before closing, according to the new handwritten sign on the glass door. Absolutely awful experience . Called in an order for delivery. First, the girl taking the order gave the impression that she had very little interest in taking my order. After having to repeat myself several times, I was told to expect the order in 35-40 minutes. An hour and a half later, no food, so I called back. Same girl, same disinterested service. Was told "Well, the ticket isn't hanging up anymore. Your order probably just got picked up, or maybe he's picking it up as we speak. I'm not really sure." Funny place. Wait staff a little quirky but they warm up to you. No current indoor seating and only two people allowed inside at a time- they quickly kicked out my partner which was kinda abrupt and I had to order quickly without joint input.
