Understandable after COVID and cost of living and operating any business in California, USA. If you call 15 minutes ahead of time they'll put your name on the list, but they Do NOT set appointments. Walk-ins only. Haircut quality is usually about a 3 outta 5. Vibe is 5 outta 5. I love all the ladies there. Very down to earth and friendly. They do hustle to keep it moving, so that extra attention you'll get from a $50 barber shop cut isn't there. I get a zero mid to high fade. You get your moneys worth and it feels like your family there. I usually tip generously $10 on top of $19 for a grand total of $29.
