After reading all the reviews of the same thing that keeps happening with me at this location, I have to write a review. Is no one going to look into this place?! Of course all the phones are going missing. I ordered two iPhone 12s & the driver delivers one and Apple requires signatures thru UPS so I'm yelling out to him because he's already running to his car because I have one more package and I need to sign something and he's like no no no and heads to his car. I open the box and there's only one phone and then an hour and a half later the other says delivered. This scam is going on way too long with them. Packages don't just disappear. I steer clear of UPS. Already told Amazon multiple times to not even think about sending me a package thru UPS because they always claim they "attempted to make a delivery" or "house is the wrong address". Although no Amazon driver ever has an issue. They're lazy, incompetent, and definitely have something sketchy going on. I'm sure if zero stars were possible, this location would have just that. read more

Very disappointed with UPS. Called Customer Service to find out what we can do to get my packaged delivered early, not between 10am-7pm. It was my error in not overnighting it, but the Rep ensured me to call back on the day of delivery to their 800 Customer Service number at 6am EST, request they sent a note to the location, this being the Deerfield location and they would let the driver know to deliver it first thing. Call at 6am on day of, only to get a automated message they don't open till 7am. pressed 0 twice like the CS told me to the day before, no luck. At 7am, I speak to CS only to be told that I was told incorrectly about requesting the driver to deliver first thing. After looking up my tracking number, my UPS status is not high enough to get a priority delivery, even though I told them I would pay!!! Trying to bypass the CS Rep, I looked up the Deerfield Beach location number, only to find out its a fax number. Their phone number is not published. Ahh!!! Alright here I go. If you have an underage person picking up their package they expect that child/teen to have a valid ID or prof of address...BUT through the phone they said that a school I.D with the social should be more than enough...to find out they needed also proof of a person who lived at home that was 18 and up and they did NOT specify that on the phone. Sadly my license didn't have the new address. They made us feel like we were trying to fraud them. And there was this lady with braids that once she asked for the adult proof of address and we said we didn't have any since they didn't tell us to bring some she just said "CANT DO NOTHING FOR YOU" walked away and let someone else take care of us. Extremely unprofessional. Then there was this other lady that when my dad was trying to explain that my brother is undersage and that if she has a child she should know they can't proof address she's like "Leave my family out of this" lol pathetic. This place needs to be run by someone who knows how to treat customers and find SOLUTIONS. They are apparently too desperate to go home. Horrible and I hope I never have to go back to this place. The driver decided not to deliver my package full of supplies for hurricane Irma. The system had shown that it was on the truck for delivery yesterday. Then when I called today to ask where my package is the lady said for some reason the package got in the truck but didn't get delivered. Then when the supervisor got on the phone she lied to me about how it never got on the truck. I know how the scanning system works and the system updates automatically depending on where it's going. Long story short I won't get my supplies for hurricane Irma, because the driver decided not to deliver my package when it was supposed to be 2 day air shipping. Let's hope I make it out this storm without those supplies! read more

Not only did the delivery guy not even knock on my door but I went to pick up my item here as instructed and it was not here yet. I was told "come back at 7:30 pm" and I asked "aren't you closed?" Their response " yes but you can pick up your package until 8pm." Show up at 7:30 and guess what? Closed!!! UPS sucks!!! Now I know why I use Fedex. read more

This location was a little off the beaten path, but worth finding. They were helpful and polite and gave me a box that fit all the items that I needed to ship perfectly! The absolute worst ups center. I was here yesterday, the lady made me leave and go home to print a new label, she was not satisfied with the size of the label. Today I bring in 3 boxes to ship, she complained about my boxes, she wanted hem to be new boxes, I had to leave yet again. If I could give zero stars I would. If it would possible I would give no star! In the last 2 month we had so many deliveries through Amazon. We had never had problems with FedEx or USPS but all the delivery service with UPS never reached us. They always said "shipping address not correct". We saw the UPS drivers fly through our street. They never stopped or looked for the address. (This also happened in Stuart too) I hate to say this, but I will never order an item if it will be ship with UPS. read more

HORRIBLE! They lied and said they if I rerouted the package and had it left there I could pick it up today. But oh hey THEY ARE CLOSED SATURDAY! So no not an option. When I called to see what the deal was the lady was like oh. Yea that wasn't right what they said. I just had the best experience at this UPS center. I brought in a box to ship to San Francisco and it was going to cost $55. The gentleman who was helping me noted that the contents were light and wondered if they could be compressed into less room in the box. I said yes and he said that would save me $ and would I like him to do it for me? I said yes! He carefully reduced the size of the box and repacked the contents and saved me $27!. His name is Jesus. I was home all day on Tuesday waiting for the delivery of 2 packages. At 4:37 pm I got a text my packages were delivered at 4:35 pm. I went outside to retrieve my packages but they were nowhere to be found. I checked EVERYWHERE including my garbage cans because they weren't visible anywhere. I then called the 800 number with the horrible automated system. One half hour later I finally got to talk to someone. She was very helpful. She took all the information down. I was hoping that since it wasn't too long prior that the packages were dropped off to wherever they were dropped off to, they might be able to back track and retrieve them. She told me I should get a call within the hour.....RIGHT.... Over an hour later I called back. I talked to another person, who said they should have called by then, and she put in the system to have someone call asap. Well, you already know THAT didn't happen. So this morning at 6:47 am I received a call from a pretty argumentative lady, who proceeded to yell at me that the packages were delivered to the address. I told her I NEVER GOT THEM! The driver obviously dropped them to another address, if they were delivered at all. Before we got off the phone, she asked if I wanted the driver to stop by sometime today and tell me where he left the packages. The only place I didn't look was the roof, but I said "Yes, I will be home ALL DAY"! Gees it's now close to 6:30pm. BIG SURPRISE. NOBODY CAME. I guess whoever actually received the 2 packages got free presents because it's apparent, I will never see them and this particular UPS location could give a rat's ass. read more

I have been dropping off at this location for the past 2 years and the staff are always friendly and pleasant. I have had to drop the rating to 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1/ UPS has changed the hours to suit their convenience and not the customers. They now shut at 11.00 a.m. and reopen at 4.00 p.m., which is inconvenient. 2/ The first time I called there, after they changed the hours, the place was closed and I walked around to the security hut 20 yards away. The woman there was extremely rude and told me to go and read the notice on the door and it would answer my question why the office was closed. She did not want to tell me why and then started complaining that UPS did not pay her enough to answer questions!!!! She treated me as if I was a complete idiot and was wasting her time. She was eating a sandwich at the time! Sometimes, big companies like UPS, have no idea how their customer relations can be destroyed by a woman like this. read more

This was the worst experience in 30 years of using express service. The employees did everything possible to block me from getting my Xmas gift for my wife. I spent 3 hours there and had the shipper do everything they asked and then they told me they locked my package in the safe and the security guy left for an emergency. Yeah right! Then they told me he might be back today. I tracked my package and guess what? It was sent back to Los Angela's from Florida last night at 9pm. I thought the security guy wasn't back u til today to open the safe? This center is a bunch of lazy wallbuilders with zero customer concern. They were eating donuts the whole time. If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Gained nothing but a migraine, lost gas driving here over and over. Possibly neurons too from the conversations I've had while trying to fix my issue. Have driven here twice to look for a "lost" package in the past week. Have also been blatantly lied to, also twice, once upon each visit. Same line: that the package never had made it there and was never in their facility and that the tracking essentially wasn't real, but computer generated estimates of the parcel's total journey and expected transitions. Despite having clear evidence of it arriving at 4 am there, A WEEK AND A HALF AGO, WITH THE CONFIRMATION OF THAT FROM CORPORATE ITSELF, and several other branch managers that I have been on the phone with now every day. I have spoken to corporate several times on the phone and each time have gotten unanimous agreement that I am correct in this, as is the tracking log, and then after told them I got quite a very different story, from what I was told by the lovely employees I met with in person at the desk here, and they basically stated that that was absurdity. Shocker. Each visit to this location resulted in a fruitlessly pointless and truly condescending interaction in which I was all but completely ignored in my explaination of the situation and beyond polite attempts at trying to kindly beg that they might be able to help. If only they weren't lazy enough to put in even the most MINIMAL effort into even making it look like they were actually trying to offer a shred of assistance in resolving my issue. I kindly begged in a most polite way that if they wouldn't mind doing so much as even a quick physical search into to the actual warehouse, even just a quick a few minutes, I would be so grateful, in the case that my parcel was perhaps put into the wrong pile or had fallen somewhere behind larger boxes. Lol. Wishful thinking. I guess that's not what I ever would consider doing to someone in a hired position as a customer service representative. All that resulted from that was a lot of sitting there on the computer with an attitude, too lazy to do anything but type in so much as my tracking number and spew off the same crap, a lie, bc they can't be bothered to do the jobs that they are paid for. I could not ever behave like that to anyone, especially when that customer is being extremely polite and reasonable. Unbelievable. I don't honestly think I have ever complained about a business before in my life, and I do not feel ok in doing this EVER to anyone, unless it is truly justified, but I had to say something this time. This place is in need of some serious corporate crackdown, and needs to clean serious house of some "employees," because they are essentially paying these handful of people to do nothing more than turn customers away permanently, with a terrible taste in their mouth. such an awful, pointlesssly unhelpful waste of my efforts and a terrible customer service experience that it unfortunately has sealed my decision that I will never involve myself with this company ever again in the future, nor will I be shy in offering my honest opinion and attempt to make friends/family think twice before choosing UPS services; because this is a nightmare that could be so very simply resolved save for the resistance and dismissal/refusal to help AT ALL by the employees of the Deerfield Customer Service Center. I had a previous complain on a very bad customer experience on a pick location UPS access point address 22177 South Dixie Hwy, Goulds FL 33170, I call and complain asking to please do not send any future packages to that location again, Last I got home from work and I miss a delivery and the location to pick up is the same one where I had a bad experience, I call UPS customer service a very nice person name Tej pick the phone took my info and told me that someone will call me from UPS, Helen calls me I explain all the situation that had happened to me and also I explained her the reason why I did not wanted to go that location, she told that my package will be ready to pick at a Doral location today I mentioned her that the location is an hour away from my house if she re routed a closes location she told that my only options was el Doral or the original location, I could not believe so I ask for to please let me talk to a manager and she replies back to me that she was the Supervisor and did a deep sigh and hang up the phone after waiting 30 minutes thinking that we got disconnected and that she would call me back, never happen, I just can believe that UPS had such a rude person with 0 tolerance tours they're customers and patience to help .........at this point I don't know whats going to happen with my package or if I am going to received a delivery, please advise, thank you read more
