Horrible horrible customer service. I had an order that I was tracking. At one point they said one day ahead of schedule in a status. Got to my city of Raleigh and was due to be delivered today. I checked around 130 or 2 o'clock this afternoon and the status had changed to operation delay with no estimated delivery date of any kind. I made a phone call and asked what that meant operation delay. I was told because they have many boxes. Obviously it is Christmas time. I said when will I be getting my package and in his very broken English ..and I'm only saying that because I found it hard to understand him, he said he couldn't tell me that, because they have so many boxes. I asked to speak to a supervisor and held for 20 minutes. She told me that they had to wait for it to get to a container. I asked what is the container and what does that mean so she said it is a trailer truck. I asked when it would be delivered and she said tomorrow, maybe. She said she would be updating their site. As of almost 8:30 PM the status has not changed. So it's up in the air when I get it or not. I understand being busy but it's not like Christmas came as a big surprise and online shopping is not a big surprise. Fed ex or the post office for me. read more

Worst UPS. Late arrival for reschedule, then comes at 8 at night and my apartment is closed, no call just says I wasn't there. Closed on Saturday's, so I guess I'm waiting until Monday! Use a different service read more

The driver lied by saying the following since we were home all day and the package did not require a signature so it should have been left on the porch. Also there was no note on any door indicating a driver was here and attempted to deliver a package. This bum just went home without any effort to deliver and should be terminated. Horrible business. Declared my address nonexistent because their sorry excuse for a driver couldn't read a clearly marked mailbox. Couldn't even drive to pick up on location because the driver had it stashed away in his truck. Will never use anything with ups again. FedEx and usps drivers can read my mailbox. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! I have been waiting on a package for over a week. The status has said "Out for Delivery" on 4 separate occasions. Well the last time I was waiting for it to be delivered and disappointed, I have the method of delivery changed to Will-Call pickup. They told me it would be available the next day. Once again, disappointment. Not there, it is apparently just sitting in a Budget Rental truck across the street in the warehouse parking lot SOMEWHERE. Also, to make matters worse, the lady in the back, Eva I believe is her name, informed me that all those times it was saying out for delivery, it in fact was not on a moving vehicle anywhere near my house. It was just sitting on the Budget truck going absolutely nowhere. So they lie to you when they say your package will be delivered by the end of day, don't be fooled by that. I have now been told an update was made at 12:44pm, funnily enough about 15 minutes after I showed my butt in the store, and it will be available for pick-up tomorrow. I'm not holding my breath on that. read more

For the last two times they did not make the deliver for me, said that my address was not valid through their postcard delivered to me through United States Post Office. I had to go to the shipping center to pick up the items myself. And today it was so frustrating was that the post card said my item will be held at this place until October 31st 2017 and when I went there they told me it was already returned to the sender...... I have troubles with UPS forever and never end......the service was the worst I ever experienced.... read more

Couldn't be more disappointed or frustrated! Came out of work to see a sticky note on the door that they had tried to deliver a package--- said we were closed. Not closed. I called to schedule a pick up... They said they'd call back within an hour.... 3 hours later I got a call saying that I could pick my package up between 7:30 and 8:00 on Friday night (thanks for the huge window). My daughter went to pick up at 7:40--- they couldn't find it... Looked for it for 45 min only to determine that the driver locked it on the truck!!! Sooo, we will not get our package until Monday! Glad I was making sure it got here by Friday so we could sell the retail over the weekend! Thanks UPS, not only for NOT taking the time to see if someone was actually in the building, then, for not taking it to our main office when you didn't see someone, and finally for locking it in the truck--- after we jacked around our Friday night to make sure we could get there between 7:30 and 8:00!! Not only have two of my three packages been unexpectedly delayed due to carrier circumstances (????) but they can no longer track them and I cannot come pick it up. One has been delayed three days today. The only package to make it so far was so badly mutilated that the delivery guy was telling me through the door that he couldn't leave it on the stoop he needed to hand it to me personally. Apparently when you crush a box so badly that the classroom sized Elmer's glue is burst, as well as the sealed plastic bag it was contained in inside of the box, it's necessary for the driver to personally hand you the dripping, wet box personally so that you can get it all over you and your carpet as well. I loved his comment: yeah, so there's Elmer's glue all over the side of the box...not sure why that is. Thanks buddy. Probably because that's what was being shipped in the box. Worst customer service by phone ever. I was on hold until my phone died last night with the fifth person I've spoken to who I cannot understand who also cannot find my boxes. Look, if you are too inept to bring me my box, let me do your job and come get it. I will gladly, but nope, the shipments are not available for pick up. They are in Raleigh, one for four days now, but they are also not deliverable due to unforeseen circumstances. Why? Why can't the boxes have come together, and why, if they are really in my city, can I not pick them up!?!?!?!? I will use usps or FedEx for any future packages that I can control shipping methods on, and that's saying a lot since FedEx has tossed a package three stories up onto my apartment balcony that is totally inaccessible by anyone on the floor, stairwell, or ground. Needless to say, I was confused and angry. No one cares about their jobs or other people's property anymore. read more

!!!if you are picking up a package they do not bring them across the street until 11am earliest!!! customer service does not tell you this for some crazy reason and you will go early at 8:30 and wait in line 30 minutes to be told you were misinformed by the person on the phone you spoke to, setting off a domino effect of blame passing from employee to employee when all you are trying to do is get a simple point across that it is a very easy fix in the system of the person who told you to go to store at 8:30 to let them know to tell the customers 11am instead. just an fyi... read more

Earlier today I called the 800 number given for this site. The call was answered by someone for whom English is not their first language. After a few very frustrating minutes trying to communicate with the person I asked to speak to a supervisor. Eventually (after considerable protest) he agreed to transfer me. The transfer ended a couple of minutes later when the line went dead. Lesson learned, UPS customer service is there in name only. read more

I want to tell everyone about my recent encounter with our local UPS company. On November 12th. I had a package priority shipped to me. This package was supposed to arrive on November 14th by 7pm at closing. At 5pm I called UPS to track my package. After three hours on the phone with representatives and supervisors they told me that the package was not going to be delivered until the 17th. The supervisor then informed me that she tried to contact to store and no one was answering. I asked her if I could pick up my package at the 4000 Atlantic ave. Where the package was put upon completion of the drivers delivery. She told me she located my package and it would be ready for pick up on Saturday the 15. She informed me either my husband or I could come up there between the hours of 10-1. I had to work so my husband and daughter (6 Yrs old) went up there at 10am. When my husband entered the store he was told he couldn't pick it up and it was not approved for pick up. So you can see where we are getting a little frustrated. My husband then explained if you check the computer it was approved by a supervisor to be picked up today. The woman (Kathy) then refused to check the computer. My husband said this is bs and walked out. I left work and went to this location. I walked into the store and asked for my package. The woman then proceeded to ask me are you with the black man and little girl. I said yes. She then began yelling at me telling me my Fn' package wasn't in her store and I needed to leave. I told her I didn't appreciate the disrespect and I was going to call the supervisor. My husband and I then contacted the supervisor once again who asked to speak to the cashier Kathy. We went back into this location and stood in the long line. When we got to the register she told us she was not talking to the fn' supervisor and if we didn't leave she would call security. My daughter started crying scared and the woman came from behind the counter followed behind us and locked us out with customers still in the store. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PROPERTY. read more
