Terrible terrible service. Paid $60 for the worst mani and pedi I've ever had. She hardly removed calluses on my pedi and on my mani she didn't even massage my hands nor remove my cuticle. I would not recommend this place. I told the guy at check out and he would hardly even acknowledge it. He gave me a $10 credit and said just come back for cuticles to be removed another time, but he didn't take my name or anything so I don't believe they will do so. Look at the photos attached. Looks like I did everything myself. The girl was sweet but just not good at nails. My feet as still super rough and honestly it all looks like crap. Very disappointing. Oh and the kicker... We had such a great time and our nails look great! They got us right in and Jackie did a great job massaging my legs and feet and was very careful with my cuticles. She was quick but thorough. My best friend was also getting a manicure and there was a little paint mess-up. The owner came over and showed the girl doing them how to fix the issue when it happens (apparently she was still new to doing nails but did a GREAT job!). She was also helpful and quick to fix the issue while being thorough. I was unsure since we hadn't been to this salon before but I bet we'll be back! read more

I went in yesterday for the first time and Tammy did my nails and I was very impressed and happy with how my nails and toes came out. I forgot the young mans name who did my pedicure but he was amazing as well. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I tried Upscale for the first time and was pretty nervous (I'm picky on my nails and I am new to the area). Tammy took her time and even gave me advice on what she thought would look great and I'm glad her and I were able to communicate together well because I LOVE my nails and I won't be going anywhere else now! The place is nice but i has to wait quite a bit and even when they sat me in my chair I had to sit quite a while in my chair without the water even running or soaking my feet. I paid for s more expensive pedicure and just wasn't overly impressed with the quality. I had to ask the guy twice to please fix my French manicure because the lines were uneven. Just left and my toenails look nice but the guy that did it was very rude. During the whole process he didn't speak a single word to me. He cut into my cuticle and I kind of yelped and jumped and he never even looked up. When he was done he just picked up the ticket and walked to the front without saying a word. I had a young lady there before that was very polite and sweet so I returned. I still tipped him and thanked him o which he said nothing, but sadly I will not be returning. Went here today and loved the service I got. They were very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Offered me a drink as soon as I sat down. My nail artist was Kim, she was great. Very friendly and did great work. I was nervous to try somewhere new but I am so glad I did. I would definitely recommend this salon. The salon was very clean. I saw them use plastic on the pedicure tubs and clean after each pedicure. My artist opened new, sterilized equipment for my manicure. I didn't feel rushed and felt very relaxed. read more

Never coming back. I've been here a few times and it was all good. I've had my nails done here I've had pedis and I've had my eyebrows done. Well today was a horrible experience. I love my eyebrows. I'm very picky about who does them buy the lady that I usually go to is out of town and I've had my eyebrows done here once before. So today I came in to get my eyebrows done thinking they would go good again. I was wrong.... Tammy I believe is her name did horrible. How in the world does this lady do eyebrows on a regular. First of all she smelt like she had just had a smoke. Thats gross. But I thought she probably just came back from break. So I ignored it. Then she gets wax on my head hair. And I was like.... ok....I mean it happens. Then she gives me the mirror and I was horrified. Like a 5 year old did my eyebrows. They were completely uneven. The guy I paid was apologetic and gave me 5 dlls off but honestly that wasn't enough. He also offered to get someone to fix them. Lol is he crazy. Do you really think ima let them touch my eyebrows again. No thanks. I don't recommend at all. And I have a lot of friends in this side of town. I guarantee you they will not be coming here either. Horrible lady. No experience. I wouldn't want my friends eyebrows to get ruined. Every time I look at the picture. I see two way different eyebrows one thin and one thick. first time i went to this place. i asked for a full set solid color of dip. the older lady kept forcing glitter ombré on me and i told her few times no thanks. then she glued the tips on really crooked and said it's my hands. gl up and stormed off. then another young girl cane by and said she would do my nails instead. the pedicure lady was apologizing for the whole thing while she continued to do my feet. i told them i was not interested a to get my nails done but they insisted and kept pushing a set on me. the original price was 55$ and a $30 pedi well i even got up charged. i was so overtaken. i feel like they just forced me to get the nails. and the second girl was ok but my nails look wide and pointy. not at all what i wanted or asked for. she was nice and kept talking saying I'll fix I'll fix and honestly I'm not happy. i tried to live the weekend with them but i just rather not. won't be going there again. read more

Very please with this facility. Management is super helpful and polite. Lindsay did my pedi ire today and WOW! The massage was amazing.

The chairs were dirty, we did not get offered a drink, extremely busy, and honestly it was a shit show. My nail tech put zero effort into massaging or rubbing my legs/feet! After she was done she got up and walked to the next client. She didn't put the paper flip flops on or help me with my own sandals.. I continued to sit there because I wasn't sure if she was done and she walked passed me several times and never assisted me. I eventually just put my own shoes on. I wasn't expecting 5 star service but a little attention would be nice since I did get an upgraded pedicure. Will not be back! read more

Came here for my birthday and it seems like the manager got me. Thought it would be a good thing but unfortunately she was so busy answering questions and running around my nails came out horrible. They are all different shapes and crooked, I have dip all over my fingers, dip on my cuticle so when it starts to grow out just a little bit it will pull up and get caught on everything, and she was busy taking to someone while shaving it down she cut my finger. Staff is so professional, nails are upscale, and the bar is to die for! Linh really takes care of all her clients and will fix anything if you bring the problem up to her! The prices are reasonable for an upscale bar as such and of course comes with a complimentary drink. I've never seen such a huge variety of color at a nail shop before. They're amazing. I have been going here since they first opened. It is a very beautiful and clean place. They do a wonderful job on my nails and I am always getting compliments on how great they look. One of the other reasons that I keep coming back is for the neck and hands/arm massage that is done after your nails. However, the last two times that I got my nails done, I did not get the neck massage and the massage was only done on my hands. I'm in the gym a lot lately and my feet and hands get beat up so much and needed a bit of TLC. I am so happy with how my nails look and how great of a job they did! Sometimes nail salons seem like unhappy places to work, but here the girls that I have worked with have done very quality work and been kind and thorough.
