The staff is always warm and welcoming each time I arrive which was one of the reasons I chose Plant Fitness My membership allows me to visit any gym but my home one is the Reno location off of McCarren. I love that the app shows how busy the facility is at any given time of the day. They have a whole row tvs in the middle of the gym and I love the music they play. The app and memberships come with a lot of great perks which I will show in the photos. It's clean and well kept and I look forward to my work outs each morning. The instructors are great, they know a lot about what they are teaching and they have a passion for it. The instructors also participate in the work out, which I admire. Once you've taken one spin or boxing class from Escape, your regular gym spin classes will be boring enough to put you to sleep. Escape uses blacklights because they believe fitness is about how you feel, not how you look. With loud music, high energy, great instructors, you'll finish your workout feeling stronger and more pumped up than ever. Memberships are a little out of my price range but drop in classes every few weeks are totally reasonable. I'll always be a fan of Escape and its unique workout experience.
