Not a very huge area, but my kid liked this place to spend some good play time. He did complain about fewer options here, but he could spend 2 hours easily. For parents, there are seating areas; however, not the most appealing ones near the rides. And also no hot food options here. There are certainly better uptown jungle locations where I have been, and this one is not my favorite of those. Staff certainly was nice.

I recently visited this location and was really disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness. The social media photos were not accurate to the actual experience. The sitting areas were all torn up. Plexiglass was dirty and didn't look like it had been wiped down in days. There was a missing foothold in a very high climbing activity. Our visit was early morning, so it was not the result of a full day of kids playing. Unfortunately, I will not be back unless some maintenance is done. There are other facilities close by that take better care of their amenities. Lastly, the birthday rooms are not private and use a sliding divider to separate the space, which would make it very difficult to not be distracted by a party occurring at the same time. The rooms are also run down and poorly painted. Attached are photos. Please fix or people will take their kids and birthday parties elsewhere.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! Walked in yesterday with over 13 kids (all my nieces and nephews), to one staff member. That many kids can be overwhelming but the one staff member there at the time, handled it with such patience and grace. Excellent Customer Service, really wish we caught his name but Thank You! We've been to theme parks and different places throughout the summer and was extremely shocked to see how our children seemed to have the most fun here, especially with it being a smaller space. Our kids ranged from 3 to 17 and even some of the adults joined in and just an hour of playtime had everyone buzzing with excitement at the end of the night. The places were clean, staff were great about tidying up in between, just an overall GREAT first experience!

    McKellips location: Uptown Jungle

This is the McKellips location. This is a wonderful place for kids to run and play in safety. The staff here is OUTSTANDING. I observed staff helping kids, cleaning, checking customers in and answering questions many times during our day here. The floors walls, bathroom and equipment were clean and in great repair, unlike the Chandler location (see my other review). This is definitely our go-to place when my little ones need to burn off some steam. I can't say enough good things about this Uptown Jungle. They are the gold standard for providing kids a great place and giving parents peace of mind

2 hours to myself reading while the kids ran out energy We used our Get Out pass for the second time to take the kids To Uptown Jungle for 2 hours. We took a friend and thanks to Groupon only paid $7 for her. (Unsure how long that lasts, but it made it over 50% off). Adults can play too. Everyone must wear grip socks. Bring your own or they sell them for $5.50. This is a smaller one of the indoor play parks But still perfect enough to keep kids busy for two hours. I also like it being smaller so that I don't feel like i'm constantly searching for the kids and I can sit and relax and read without worry. There are six locations here in the valley, and both the Groupon and Get Out Pass are good for any of them. Also, a bonus to this north phoenix location, at 32nd and Shea, is that Zipp's is right next door Instagram: @msbusyblonde

I feel bad to give 4 stars, instead of 5,.. The staff are really, truly amazing, and the location is ALWAYS kept up, as clean as they can,.. considering! They're always going - with cleaning, taking care of people, etc. The 4 stars, is due to lack of food & beverage offerings, etc. Other places next to Uptown - Zipps, Italian & Mexican food -(Frederico's for fast food/Manuel's dine-in, Aioli Burgers, 32 Shea, etc are within parking lot or across the street for dining).

    The little ones love it!

Love love Uptown Jungle and especially love the annual pass my family holds for our daughter! Got a crazy toddler that needs to burn energy, the perfect life hack, visit an uptown jungle after school and before dinner. Perfect way for the family to have fun, something active to do and you can wear the littles out! Also it's so less busy compared to the weekend!! This is an indoor jungle gym with slides, jump area, ball pits and more. In addition they have a section just for toddlers (1-5) with slide, small ball lit and cool lights. The reason for 4/5 stars, the locations "bouncy court" is generally half flated, and hopefully they fix this soon.

Friendly staff but not as much to do for my oldest (8 year old). Our 4 YO did like Jungle Fun, but was done in under 90 mins.

I tried calling at 12:45pm today, but no one answered so here's my questions: 1) Is this park fun for 10-13yrs?…

My 9 year old went and had a blast for an hour... I'd say it would be fun for their first time, but probably wouldn't take my daughter every week. They have a air basketball court, obstacles, etc..…

My son loves coming here and I cant wait to get out of here…read more Its so dirty. Any place you sit down its sticky and crumbs all over all the tables. I have to use my own sanitizer and get napkins to wipe down a place to sit. The bathrooms are disgusting. Never clean. Out of toilet paper and paper towels. Lack of comfortable seating. Not everyone wants to pay to use massage chairs and you cant sit in them comfortably without using them. The line to check in is ridiculous. There should be an exoress kiosk for those with memberships that you put in your phone number and it spits out the wristband. The 2 workers at the check in take 5 to 10 minutes to check in new families who have to sign up and sign waivers. It is so Loud. The constant loud beeping of machines and on the weekends, the birthday party announcementst hurt my ears. I leave with a headache everytime. Due to the lack of cleanliness at tables and seats and the bathrooms I highly question the cleanliness of the mats and ball pits. Never mind the kitchen.

I had a very disappointing experience at Urban Air. I came in with two children who are both under…read more40 inches tall and specifically asked for the Shorty Pass. I also presented a complimentary Basic Pass voucher that I had received on a previous visit. The cashier told me that the Basic Pass only covered the trampolines, but since we wanted access to the deluxe attractions, we would need to upgrade. That was completely fine with me. However, instead of charging the Shorty Pass upgrade price for my child under 40 inches, I was charged the full Deluxe Pass price of $26.99 instead of the $11.99 Shorty Pass. After realizing the mistake, I spoke with the manager. Rather than correcting the pricing error or issuing a refund for the difference, I was told that no refunds could be given and was offered another Basic Pass voucher. That does not resolve the issue. I didn't want another Basic Pass--I simply wanted to be charged the correct price for my child based on the pass that should have applied. This situation could have easily been avoided if employees were properly trained on the different pass options and how promotional vouchers can be applied. Customers shouldn't have to pay more because of employee misinformation. I hope Urban Air improves its staff training so this doesn't happen to other families.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!!…read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.

Apon arrival we checked in and signed our waivers. We had to purchase socks and at 4.99 a pair - this feels like a cash grab.. I digress. It was after lunch and we were all hungry so we ordered two pizzas. Now for $25 a pizza I'm expecting a decent sized pizza and with quality toppings etc. unfortunately our pizzas came out burnt and were very small for$25.. the staff also gave us grief about ordering another pizza because " we already had two why do we need another" words from staff. Unfortunately this really bummed me out considering we are here for my sons birthday!! I let this go in the moment because the place was staffed with just teenagers and all of them had attitudes so I wasn't going to complain to them when I doubt I would have gotten any real help. This location itself doesn't have that many attractions like the website shows the other locations having more options like slides etc. the foam in the pits were old looking and lots were torn into making it seem a bit more dirtier.. some of the courses had broken parts that didn't work exactly how it should have. Over all for my sons birthday party being held here in still super disappointed in the treatment from staff and the lack of care for the equipment there. I don't think we would recommend this place ..

The main staples are still there - rock climbing wall, dodgeball court, jousting, basketball, gymnastic bounce/pit, and main trampoline area. The tall towers, harnessed trampoline, gravity wall, skywalk and miscellaneous arcades remain as well. But they've added a massive amount of climbing areas, general seating, and party rooms. The kid/toddler play area is pretty massive in itself - about as big as other places' main areas. But they'll they have a massive four level main climbing area. Truly massive. They also added an obstacle course that is pretty big and nice. The party rooms look very nice as well (previously you'd just have a table on the side). Here on a Sunday and they have the NFL games on for the parents. Lol. The bad. The bathrooms are crap. Either missing doors, without TP, or without paper towels. Floors are a bit dirty looking -could use a buffing clean. As for price, get the Groupon! Do not pay full price you schmucks. We literally bought ours while at the desk.
