Without an inspection by the city or county, I cannot tell you how good the work is. My mistake was assuming they would get a permit in view of replacing all my original 1949 plumbing. When a company doesn't get a permit, they don't want their work checked by an inspector who is not employed by them. Because other companies had automatically acquired permits for work here - a roofer, an HVAC installer, an electrician upgrading my box - my mistake was assuming Drain King would do the same for such a big job. Shortly after the work was completed, there was a bad leak in my front-of-house faucet that they had installed. They came same-day to fix it, going under the house again. BUT, I asked them "What if this is happening under the house where I can't see?" Since the walls are closed, they would have to be torn open for a thorough inspection, unless if photos would do.

I thought it was just me but then my husband said the same thing.When i went to go look at the water heater i noticed it was blinking red! So naturally we reached out to other teams/ technicians and they gave us every excuse in the book to just "replace the water heater " which we all know is absurd in pricing. We were told that our water heater wasn't under warranty , Boy were they wrong! So after some digging and figuring out what was really wrong and what i needed Chris and his team came into play! I was straight forward about what i needed ( just pricing for a specific part, nothing more nothing less) and that exactly what Chris did, We had to wait a couple of days for the parts from the manufacturer , and scheduled everything . Let me tell you no running hot water for a week isn't for the weak ... but we survived. Chris was clear and concise. He saw the issue and so nice explaining everything and helping us out. And pricing was honest for the labor they had to do. The manufacturer has sent two different parts , so we didn't know what was exactly the issue was we just know it was one or the other. Chris placed in the Gas control value and we were back in running. But after 4 hours we were back to blinking red. So calling him again he had a fellow technician out the next day to help us out. His team was amazing and had installed the 2nd part and we have hot running water ever since! Im extremely happy with the work ethic and professionalism. NO upselling, no digging around to find more "problems". Just honest men helping out everyday people. So if you are ever on the fence choose this team! You will not regret it!
