I almost didn't get a ear piercing as a 19 year old because I thought it would be too painful. It was nothing. They even let my friend come in to hold my hand, which was very sweet of them. Props to a very professional and great service, especially when it comes to making holes in the body. They really do explain how to properly take care of everything and things are not too expensive. I would definitely recommend this place--at least for piercings. The lady at the front is also very friendly and helpful with any and all questions. And for all the students out there, make sure you get the okay from your parents first... I recommend wearing magnetic studs to see how they'll react before you do anything too drastic. I wish I could give the same review I gave a year ago.... My first tattoo here was by Chris. No complaints about it! It's nice, still love it after two years. My second and third tattoos here were by Jordan...... Man...... I ended up getting the second one touched up/covered up at Primary Concepts. Check out the before and after picture I posted on the Primary Concepts Yelp page if you want to see for yourself. The third one I got last week. It's a mirrored quote that can only be read in the mirror. I only agreed to go back to Urban Body because I thought, "There's no way they can mess up a simple script tattoo. But if they do, at least only I can read it!".... I was wrong. It's crooked. Noticeably crooked where I get comments on it. When I went back in to complain about it, I was told that the "human anatomy" makes it look crooked. Right. Check the pictures to decide for yourself if you don't believe me. He got fed up when I asked him to re-do the stencil once and said he would freehand it (He actually audibly sighed and asked "what time is it?" after I asked for it redone once). He freehanded crooooooked. The parts where the stencil was supposed to meet on either side of my leg are curved. One of the letters (the letter "a") was backwards too. Luckily my boyfriend caught that before we left and we were able to sorta fix it by adding a tail of the "a" to the other side. The entire process (signing paperwork, explaining what I wanted, stenciling, and actually being tattoo'd) took just under an hour. I was only under the needle for 19 minutes for a 20 word tattoo. NINETEEN MINUTES. TATTOOING SOMETHING PERMANENTLY INTO SOMEONE'S BODY SHOULD NOT BE A RACE. Rushed. Rushed. Rushed. Ruuuushed. I was charged $150 before tip for this. Now I'll be going back to Primary Concepts for yet another cover-up. Not knocking the piercings done here though. Each of mine were done by a different piercer each time. My smiley piercing ended up a bit crooked after the healing process, but they offered to do it again for free. No complaints there. Also, Chelsea did a great job on my surface tragus piercing. So.... I didn't even have an appointment but they made a spot for me because they could see I needed help. They explained how the jewelry was too short which caused the swelling and switched it out to a longer one. They were so helpful and answered all my questions. read more

I was tattooed at Urban Body in March of 2008. I don't recall the exact date the way I normally would... or really anything else about the decoration or appearance of the shop. I never get tattooed in a shop where I don't feel comfortable, so I can say with absolute certainty that Urban Body was at least sterile and well-maintained, if not a little bit unremarkable, at the time. Chris tattooed me. I'd asked for an eye from the album cover of "10,000 Days," because Tool is one of my favorite bands and I enjoy the artwork of Alex Grey. He drew a simplified, but accurate and attractive rendition of it for me. His tattooing style is fast and gentle, and I found him to be conversational and polite. Even though I would have been happier to be tattooed by another fan of Tool, and I do wish he'd kept not being a fan to himself, I am glad that we could agree to disagree without incident. His professionalism is as such that disliking a band did not prevent him from tattooing something related to them, and I really appreciate that. I definitely prefer those artists whose customer satisfaction comes first. My tattoo healed quickly and well, and does not yet require any touch-ups. Urban Body would've gotten four stars, but I docked them one because I really dislike the practice of offering clear cling wrap and tape to clients in lieu of a proper bandage. I requested a traditional sterile bandage for mine and got folded paper towel because they were unprepared for the request. I understand that many people feel the need to show off their brand new tattoo right away and that the cling wrap "bandage" has become an "acceptable" practice by many shops standards. Those people are impatient and ignorant, and those shops should stop humoring and encouraging them. I really hope Urban Body has ceased the cling wrap "bandage" practice since my visit in 2008. It was the only thing I didn't think to ask about, because I had no idea legitimate tattooing establishments in CA actually did it. I personally believe that the very best tattoo shops are the ones that bandage their customers appropriately, well, and 100% the time. They are also the ones that advise their customers to keep their new tattoos out of direct sunlight until the scabbing has finished and the tattoo is no longer shiny (usually six months to a year). You have the rest of your life to show off how awesome your tattoo is! Why display it all red, swollen, raw, and leaking fresh ink onto a "bandage" that then traps your body heat plus all that fluid and doesn't let it breathe - at all? That's just telling people it's A-OK to promote healing problems, infections, and faded tattoos in this human canvas' humble opinion. If like me, you find yourself in a tattoo environment that offers cling wrap "bandages" NEVER accept one. ALWAYS insist on a real bandage, made of sterile materials that will absorb excess ink and your bodily fluids to keep them away from your fresh tattoo! If you end up with a paper towel bandage like me, make sure the side of the towel that was facing towards the inside of the roll, not the textured and exposed outside, is what is against your skin, get home as soon as possible, remove it, and start the drying-out process. read more

I have definitely experienced better. I went to Urban Body to get my nose pierced, slightly on a whim since I had heard mixed reviews from various people about this place but have a hard time getting out of Davis since I'm carless so thought, why not? The interior is fine - the front waiting area has glass cases with some nice jewelry, although from what I can tell the jewelry there is limited mainly to ears - plugs and such. They seemed to only have a few options when it came to other body jewelry. The girl at the front counter was fine, too - she was busy the whole time with a personal phone call and so the service wasn't very prompt, but I don't care much about that. The pricing was reasonable, which was nice, although again I would have liked a larger jewelry selection. Up until this point in my experience I would have given UB a 4. However, then the piercer was summoned from the back room. He was dressed like he had been attacked by a mountain lion, with shredded filthy sweat pants and a hoodie. Now, I am quite fine with a huge range of variety in personal style, but I prefer that a service establishment at least maintains a certain level of professionalism, even (or especially?) if it's a piercing shop, and this clearly would be below anyone's reasonable level. If someone is going to be poking me with a needle, it would be nice if they looked like they had taken the time to clean themselves sometime in the last week or two. That alone wouldn't have decreased my rating of UB, but his attitude was as terrible as his attire. He rattled off all of the safety information at top speed, and then rolled his eyes and went over things again just as fast but with the added bonus of a condescending tone after my several questions and requests for him to repeat something. I may be many things, sir, but stupid isn't one of them, and if I have a question about how to take care of the piece of metal that you just stuck into my nostril then I'd appreciate you taking the time to explain your answer. All in all, the place seemed clean enough and is a perfectly sufficient place to get a piercing done, however I think I'll choose to take my business elsewhere next time to avoid the piss-poor attitude. read more

I got a 2 for 1 deal here. Sounds good, right? I think not...I came in already nervous to get a simple cartilage piercing done here along with my friend who was getting an industrial. The guy brought us in together and asked who wanted to go first. Of course I wanted to get it over with ASAP. Thinking that the receptionist told him what's up, I didn't ask any questions to specify what I was getting done- also again, I was pretty nervous. So he marked the spots (which you can't really feel much on your ear) and I only saw one spot- the other, was right behind a birth mark on my ear...ANYWAYS he proceeded to poke two hole in my ear instead of one. Since I'm not a big piercer, I thought the first poke was the needle, second was the jewelry. WRONG- MOVE BACK 2 SPACES. I went ahead and did a some hyperventilating and crying...just in shock about what happened. I got a lame apology, no refund, and the guy didn't seem to even feel bad. Maybe a little scared he'd get in trouble but that was it. I decided to keep it- hoping to maybe get use to it but ended up taking it out myself a week later. Great local piercing place with talented artists for tattoos. Everyone here is super friendly and welcoming. Katrina, the piercer, is not only gorgeous but so sweet. She always makes sure customers get exactly what they want. I remember I wanted an industrial piercing and she was the one that told me to me because of the shape of my ears. She's super considerate and caters to her client's needs which is always a plus. The place is clean and very inviting. They have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from. While the staff is clearly knowledgeable about their craft they certainly don't have to have such an attitude about it. I watched my friend get pierced here and the piercer was extremely thorough and sterile. I would almost suggest not coming here though due to the pompous attitude the employees had here. I get it, you're one of the only piercing/tattoo shops for 20-30 miles that actually does a good job, but no reason to let it go to your head. I was trying to ask questions about getting two microdermals in my clavicles and instead of attempting to appease a new potential customer by being friendly and knowledgeable I got snapped at and lectured. I got both a piercing and tattoo in 2013 and both were pretty bad. My experience consisted of the front desk worker (forgot her name, but big boned with black curly hair) trying to rush the tattoo artist Jordan so they could leave for lunch. She tried to play it off as a joke, but if i'm paying for a permanent picture on my skin, i expect a good quality tattoo. Turns out Jordan pressed too hard on my skin causing the ink to be raised. I went back for a refund but the front desk worker blamed me for "having skin that didn't react well to the ink, so it's not their fault." Guy also kept talking about his ex and i saw a lil something in his pants rise as he was working on me. The lines were uneven and I had to get it redone somewhere else cause no way i was going back there for that. The cartilage piercing was improperly done and the employee (forgot her too) kept looking at me with disdain, so i don't know what her problem was, but she was unprofessional. I thought there wouldn't be any way they'd mess something that simple up, but they found a way to surprise me. Hopefully there are better staff members now. read more

My friends and I came here to get our ears peirced. Well for me the first piercing, for her a second time. I was a little scared at first but the people were really nice and friendly. They have a large selection of earrings to pick from so diversity is no problem. They really care about safety and that people don't get infections so they tell people to only pick the stainless steel ones so it is less likely to cause an infection or allergic reaction. After there was a piercer available they took us in the back to get our ears pierced. Unlike other places they don't use guns to shoot the earring in. They used a needle or something that was like a really really REALLY tiny gage to poke it in and then spread it to place the earring in. I didn't feel it at all but i definitely heard it. HAHA but it was fine. As a person who gets really scared of everything I had no problem at all. The guy totally understood that I was scared and tried to accommodate all my irrationalities. I even went out to say i wanted it to be pierced at the same time because if the first one hurt i was going to run out screaming and never pierce the other side. okay sure he laughed at me a little bit but who wouldn't but he said sure there is another guy who can pierce it at the same time. But i decided not to, which was okay because it didn't hurt at all. They really are genuinely concerned for people's safety that they use new needles every time and they always wear gloves. The only negative thing i have to say about this place is that they charge 7 dollars for the cleaning solution and cleaning salt while most places are free. Well for the solution at least. I didn't know it was salt at first when they handed it to me. At first I was like WHOA.... get your ears pierced get some crack????? But no it was just the cleaning salts. read more

I got my naval pierced at Urban Body a long long long time ago when I was still attending UCD. Although its been so long I still stop in here every few years to pick up a replacement ring when I need. I think its probably actually the only tat/peircing shop I been too. Its nice to see this place is still open and has been doing well since they first opened in 2003. I like that they have a friendly, professional staff and a good selection of jewelery. Since our most recent YEE was in Davis I stopped in before the event to pick up yet another replacement since I lost it last week. I felt comfortable and lady in the front was friendly.. I came in for a septum piercing on a pretty busy day. There was a line and waiting time was around 15 minutes. The lady at the front desk was lovely, extremely helpful and informative, and had a cheerful attitude. She apologized for the wait, and even helped pay the extra cents leftover on the bill because we waited a bit. During the piercing, the lady was quick and concise. She was very calm and knew exactly what she was doing. The piercing was done in less than a minute and she flipped up the piercing to let it heal properly. Overall, the piercing was basically painless and she did an amazing job. Would definitely recommend this shop to others interested in getting pierced! read more

This is a 2 week update from my nose piercing by Chelsea. My nose looks clean, healing well, and pretty much pain free. I've had no signs of an infection whatsoever thanks to helpful tips from the staff. Honestly these people are awesome! Me and a friend probably asked the receptionist a BUNCH of questions for about 20 minutes (everything from the process, prices, and aftercare) and she was so transparent. I felt very comfortable. Chelsea was a great piercer; you can tell she has great intuition as to what will look good on you, and how to get you through the piercing painlessly. She did my nose piercing and my friend's belly button piercing in about 15 min together. It was such a great experience -- definitely would recommend this place! read more

I came here to get my helix pierced. It was a walk-in, no appointment required. Piercings range in price from $25-$30 but the price does not include jewelry. For multiple piercings of the same kind, it's $5 cheaper. Also, as of right now, if you check in on Yelp, you get an additional $5 off :) I called around and their prices seemed to be the lowest, without compromising anything, even after factoring the fact that you pay separately for the jewelry (for helix piercings, other piercings seem to be about the same since those jewelry are pricier). The place was professional and everyone was very friendly. The person who pierced me, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she had green hair, did a good job and had a pleasant attitude. She didn't mind adjusting the placement of the piercings at all and was involved throughout the whole process. She was pretty thorough in aftercare instructions and told me I could come back in several months to get the jewelry changed out. There's really nothing I can complain out. read more

I got my belly button pierced here a while ago and was so scared because many of my friends experienced much pain or got infections. I have very sensitive skin, so I had to pay a little more and place an order before I got the piercing. Let me just tell you - it was the quickest piercing ever. I didn't even have to lay down or have it clamped! I was just standing and once she pierced it I literally could not believe it was done. I guess it really depends on the experience the person doing your piercing has, the type of belly button you have and your sensitivity. Prior to any service: They're very cordial and usually answer the phone. They're greatly knowledgeable and answer questions in detail. They're also quite patient. During any service: They're very chill. Almost to the point where some people may come in feeling intimidated as if the place is too cool for them. Pro: I've come here for my past 10 piercings, and that's including dermals, belling piercing, daith, doubles, rook, forward helixes, nose piercing and more. Con: I was sitting there to get a consult for a tattoo when an artist and a girl were talking in front of me. They were going over an idea she had for a tattoo. She mentioned a part of the tattoo she wanted in white ink. And he completely dismissed it saying, "No, I won't do that". Lucky for him, the girl was okay with it. But to me, it was off putting how they can simply shut down an idea like that. So I left. Note: The piercing care solution they sell: just be a little wary. I got 2 tragus piercing done there once and three days later one of my piercings game out because the bar was too small so I went back in and explained it to them and Eric got me in right away and put a bigger bar in this time and cleaned the area again for free! I got my lip pierced here by Avi and it was a good experience. After that, I would regularly drop by for their wide selection of jewelry. So, in short, not a bad place to get pierced. Although the shop looks nicer after their remodel, I'm not too happy about the blonde girl with the branch-like tattoos on her arms at the front desk. I've had two BAD experiences with her now. The first time, I went in to get a black endless hoop for my lip and I didn't remember what size I got my silver one in. She spent a long time measuring the silver hoop that's on my lip over and over and picked one out for me. I went home to try it on and realized that it was much too big. Experienced people would be able to tell what size a piece of jewelry is just by looking at it. The second incident occurred yesterday, which was so bad that I kept a note to review this place asap. I dropped by for some acrylic balls for my tongue stud. This girl had a monotone voice the whole time, acting like she really did not want to help me. She never gave a smile and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. I quickly chose my acrylic balls and got out of there. I really miss that short, young-looking brunette girl who was really friendly and helpful. Now, SHE knew A LOT about piercings and tattoos. I walked in the place on wensday showed the guy what I wanted done asked for a price , good price so I said let's do it. He said l needed to make a appointment, so I did. He said I needed to make 40$ deposit, so I did. I drive 1 hour cause of holiday traffic I roll up 20 minutes early, tattooist is a no show, the Girl behind the counter ask if I wanted to reschedule or refund, she gave me 40$ cash. I came in for a navel piercing nearly a year ago and I'm happy to say, everything is dandy! The service + sea salt + disinfecting solution were about $60. The piercing was virtually painless. I felt a tiny pinch and before I knew it I had some shiny bling bling on my belly hole. AYEEE. The healing is supposed to take 6 months and I was supposed to soak my piercing with sea salt lukewarm water for at least month. I used a shot glass by inverting it while lying on my back. It's...incredibly awkward if someone walks in on you soaking your piercing...TRUST. My lazy ass + the awkwardness are probably the reasons I soaked on and off for a week and a half and pretended that a month had passed. Luckily, there have been no infections. Inevitably, my belly button ached for a bit the few days after but nothing serious. Tips: get it way before the summer days because you don't want your piercing to be in a sensitive healing phase when you tryna show it off. Also, don't wear high waisted shorts in the beginning because it jammed your piercing. It's really not worth it. I recently came back to take off my piercing temporarily and they were more than happy to do it for me (free of charge of course). I returned a few days ago to put it back on and it was about $10 because they needed to stretch my piercing for a bit (it had been 3 weeks since I took it off). The stretching was really uncomfortable and slightly more painful than the piercing, but about 5 minutes later, the discomfort subsided. Saving the best for last: the service. Everyone I met here are incredibly nice and relaxed! They are approachable and easy to talk to, and that kind of environment is ideal when you do something nerve-wracking like piercing or getting a tattoo. So I've gone to urban body several times, for a cartilage piercing, two belly button piercings and a tongue piercing. They were all done by Avi, who is a nice guy. But, I think their aim to raise money is more than the concern for their customer. My tongue piercing was the only one that went smoothly. The first time I went to get my navel pierced, I noticed a bump appearing, even though I was cleaning it routinely. I took it out, then went back after it had healed to see if I should get another one. Avi told me that it's fine if I get another one, without warning me at all that people who get keloids tend to always get them. I got it pierced, and now I have a huge keloid on my bellybutton that I'm probably going to have to remove surgically. I had also gotten my cartilage pierced, which also formed into a keloid. They're friendly and it's clean, but I'm definitely done with piercings. read more

Urban Body is easily the best piercing place in Davis. I decided to get my rook pierced about a month ago and I was debating between Urban Body and Primary Concepts because they had pretty similar reviews. I went to Urban Body first and the girl working the front desk was pretty patient with me and answered all my questions. She helped me pick out the color of my jewelry and didn't hassle me. The whole decision making process took me about half an hour. What can I say? I'm indecisive. (: I don't remember the name of the girl who pierced me but she's the one with the blonde dreads and really hippie-like. Trust me. You'll know. She's the sweetest! I've never had a more delightful piercing experience. She was clean and made sure everything was good and ready before she pierced me. When everything was over, she made sure to tell me that if any problems came up, I should just come back and find her. I ended up paying about 50 bucks for the piercing and the jewelry. Fast forward to two days ago: I lost my freaking rook because it came unscrewed and so I had to go back and buy it. By the time, my hole had closed a little so sticking the jewelry in was going to be tight. The same delightful piercer helped me get my jewelry back in without charging. I love this place. I'm definitely coming back for my next piercing. read more

I came here about a year ago for my first cartilage piercing and it was a pretty horrible experience. When I got there, the girl at the desk was fine. Nothing bad or good to say about her. When I met my piercer, the girl with dreads, I thought that she was really nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after she pierced me, she took literally 5 or so minutes just to get the ring IN my ear. It was such a painful experience...it hurt more than getting pierced in the first place for a longer duration of time. Because of this, I waited awhile before getting another cartilage when I did, I was hesitant to get another ring but the piercer at the new place (Sub Q i think) insisted. After piercing me, he was able to get the ring in in a snap. After that experience, I never went back to Urban Body and would not in the future. read more

The place seems pretty clean but it's really, really small and doesn't have much variety in jewelry. The woman at the front desk was nice but not super friendly or super welcoming. I went in there right at opening time and had to wait 30 minutes for Katrina, the piercer, to arrive and pierce my septum. Once she got there everything was pretty quick. I paid for everything and Katrina called me back. She was kind and gentle but didn't really talk much so I wasn't put at much ease. She walked me through how to breathe to make the piercing as painless as possible and after 4 deep breaths I had my septum pierced with almost no pain. She taught me how to flip it up and put a bit of cooling onto my nose to help the throbbing and when I almost fainted she quickly advised me to lay down. All and all the service was pretty good and the price not so bad. $30 for the piercing and $9.95 for the cheapest septum retainer plus $3.20 tax. The piercing so far doesn't seem to be very crooked which septum piercings commonly are. (I have it flipped up though so you can't very much tell just yet) The only complaint I have would be that Katrina really didn't go over after care very thoroughly with me. She kind of just smiled and handed me their aftercare card and told me I can change the jewelry in 4 weeks. I'm satisfied with the piercing and the price and wouldn't mind for Katrina to pierce me again in the future! EDIT: Piercing is crooked but that's to be expected. Still love it. read more

I came here with a friend who wanted a lip piercing. Although I didn't get anything done myself, I did get the exact same thing that my friend got at another place in Davis (Primary Concepts). Based on these two of experiences, I would have to say Urban Body is pretty good. This was my first experience using a needle (not a gun) ! Avi was my piercer and he was really friendly and made me feel super comfortable. & he was fast! I got my cartilage pierced here! With the 5 dollar off coupon, my total came to about 30~ which is not so bad I guess. My friend got her rook pierced and the total was about 45~? Got my nose pierced here. First Impression: Damn this place is clean! (a very good sign...other tattoo places i've been to have looked a little sketchy) The guy who gave me my piercing was very nice and let me take my sweet time while i picked out the size of the stud that i wanted. I think the management is horrible, they teeter close to being a tattoo Mcdonalds, only they keep the pretentious attitude. Whenever I pass by, it feels like a bunch of spoiled suburb kids decided to open a tattoo shop with all the worst stereotypes mashed together...thus all the "wonderful" piercing reviews listed below by college students. They had one artist here, I think his name was Chris, he was talented and cool, as for the new guys, I don't know much about them. Very clean place with friendly staff. I took out my nosering for a few moments so I could run into a business to drop off a resume. When I came back to the car to put it in, the hole had closed a bit and I couldn't get the ring back through. I came to Urban Body to have them push the ring back in for me. The hole that I had was pierced several years ago. In no time, the gentleman who helped me put the ring in and I didn't even flinch. $5 for the service and I bought a $2 bag of salt to soak with. On my birthday, I went to get a nose piercing.. i have been pierced on my ears multiple times but this was my first time on my face so i was quite nervous. I have a very low pain tolerance so that made me nerves sky rocket as well. I came in with my friend and everything was going well and had great service until i was sitting on the table and one of the workers began to start prepping, i was laughing with my friend because of how high my nerves were but i was excited and ready as well. I was very taken back when the women working on me turned around and asked me how old i was. i was excited cause it was my birthday so i enthusiastically answer "I turned 18 yesterday!" she then proceeded to tell me to "act my age" when all i was doing was laughing, she hadn't even started to pierce yet. I was shocked how rude and unprofessional her comment was to me, i won't be going back. read more

Katrina was awesome! My naval piercing was virtually painless. I came in looking to get my naval re pierced after my last one done several years ago was placed too low, was crooked, and had failed to heal. Katrina took the time to properly place the piercing despite my scar tissue and I couldn't be happier. Real professional, and I'll definitely seek her the next time I'm in the mood to get pierced. This review is a looong time coming, because Urban Body has been fantastic to me for months now. I've never been tattooed here, but I stand by their piercing services; they are fantastic and reasonably priced. They only take walk-ins for piercings but I've never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen. I want to especially shout out to Chelsea, because she is a fantastic piercer and a very sweet person. She has been responsible for piercing, re-sizing, and generally taking care of my philtrum and cheek piercings and I am so grateful for all of her help! I've gotten two cartilage piercings, two earlobe piercings, and my septum done here. Although my cartilages took forever to heal, they never got infected (which I really appreciate because cartilage piercings often get infected). The staff is super friendly, each person who did my piercings made me feel super comfortable and they're really good about telling you how to take care of your piercings. The only reason I'm not giving this place 5 stars is because I think it's a bit pricey, but overall, I'd definitely recommend this place. read more

Small store. Warm staff, No cold hands! Talented artist to boot! lol I have gotten piercings and tattoos here and they are never a disappointment. The staff is amazing, and this place makes you almost feel like your at home, except for the needles and stuff. Prices are good, they are in the range you would expect in a college town where expendible income can be high. But their quality in service and cleaniness matches high standards. I would say this is a good place for someone to start out if they dont have any modifications yet, and they are kind and talkative and definately have no snobbish vibe. Came with a friend on a spur of the moment day. She came to get her belly button pierced and I came to browse their tattoo work. I can't vouch for price because I really don't know the norm for piercings or tattoos; however, I guess they seemed reasonably priced. For the piercing, I was with her when they did it. The gentleman who was giving her the run down of what to do and not to do after the piercing seemed to have it memorized from having said it numerous times; he didn't seem enthusiastic. More or less, he was very "let's get this shizz done with." Don't remember his name (if he even gave it to us). It was over quickly. He did a good job; quick and painless. Cost was around $50-60. I ended up getting a tattoo done here too. The guy who did it for me was really nice and patient as I looked at what font I wanted to get. He did a great job at easing me into my first tat. I don't recall his name unfortunately. The service is ok. Not spectacular but not bad. They have a lot of earrings to chose from, so selection is pretty good. Overall, it's an ok place. read more
