Came in here to get my bike shipped across the country with BikeFlights.com, and got way more than I bargained for. Josh is super nice and knowledgeable about bikes - he took one look at my bike and gave me the EXACTLY right estimate of how much he thought it was worth per eBay. He works super quickly and I got a pannier and a carrying rack installed the day of. The prices are super fair, and now I know I have a go-to bike shop in Lakewood. Awesome bike shop with great service. Update: came back the next day because I'm an idiot and didn't know how to pop the pannier on the right way and knocked a nut off my brakes when the bag got caught, and they fixed it on the spot, free of charge. By chance, just found this new local bike shop when looking for last minute purchase of cleats before I ride GMR the next day. Mine have been difficult clipping in and didn't want to chance anything. Of course not realizing it, I called 1 minute before they closed, but they said they would stay open until I got there, which was 15 minutes after closing. They even swapped out my cleats! These guys are the best. They repair your bike in no time and if there is anything else wrong with your bike, other than what you took it in for, they will call and let you know and ask if you want it repaired. They are honest and trustworthy and repair at a good cheap cost! read more

I had taken my bike in to get a derailleur installed which they said they had a used one that would fit perfectly. Went for a test ride after picking it up and the chain lost tension immediately. So I called them up, and took the bike back in. Picked it up two days later and they tried to charge me for the previous work I had already paid for, good thing I had my receipt. Then they proceed to tell me that I'm going to keep having the same problem with my chain because the derailleur isn't right for my bike, when THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SOLD IT TO ME. Long story short, took my bike to another shop whom immediately pointed out to me the used derailleur they sold me was missing a piece which is why the chain was loosing tension when shifting gears. The staff is nice, but I'm not too sure about the overall knowledge. read more

Got a new chain, and brake cables for my vintage Trek and also asked if they had the step down ferrule for the rear derailleur cable and he did! In fact he actually knew what I was talking about!
