Urban Deli: Overall - 8.5/10 Most things on the menu are good. Solid lunch place. Fairly cheap with a decent selection. More of a quick bite spot than a sit-down, just a heads up. I eat here for lunch at least once every other week and it does the job. The Food - 8.5/10: It's all pretty good. Some of the stuff is fresh, some of the stuff isn't but that's okay. This is more of a lunch or grab-and-go place so my standard for what I expect falls within that range for comparable places. I would say the food is above average for the shop style, quick bites, place this is. That is why I come back so much. Solid portions, Great wraps/bread options, and fresh veggies. I would really recommend any of the wraps or sandwiches they're all amazing. The Vibes- 6/10: Cute. You could drive or walk right by it. I don't think I have ever seen anyone actually eat in there, but there is room to sit. Most time's there is a line for pick up but they are quick. The Service-10/10: Everyone who works here is super nice. Never had any issues. Sometime's if it's busy they can- naturally- be held up a bit BUT they will always get to you. Even if I am standing around someone always asks if someone helped me. The Drinks- N/A: Never had any drinks from here.

Tried the smokin sobo panini and it was absolutely delicious!! They also carry my favorite brand of kettle cooked chips which made the meal even better. I saw they also carry fresh thb bagels with their breakfast sandwiches - can't wait to try that next!

Stopped in to order a bunch of sandwiches for a boat ride with friends a few months ago. It's a small space with a couple of seats outside to eat. Timing was on my side because there were only a couple people waiting to order before me. Just after I ordered, a flood of people came in. After I tried my sandwich I saw why it was crowded. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I ordered a couple Chicken Caesar wraps and a turkey club. Everyone enjoyed their meals and asked where I got them. Since I'm a sandwich lover, it has definitely been added in my rotation.

Once again Yelp has lead me to another treasure hidden in our fair city!!!!! Thanks to my fellow Yelpers' reviews I had to make it my business to travel to Federal Hill on my off day to see what this Urban Deli was all about. When I tell you it was worth all the hassle of trying to find parking on Light street during lunchtime. The service was quick, nice, & very helpful that's always going to get a return visit from me. But the Rueben I sank my teeth into stole my heart. Then the prices are the best part I got a Rueben, jalapeño chips, & a green tea for $17. Then the best part is it was nice enough outside for me to sit out front & enjoy my meal. This definitely another place that has won my seal of approval as a must try!

Sandwiches were good but $30 for two waters and two sandwiches and a 30 minute wait. Much better options in the area.

It was just okay. No real sitting area. We were told the BLT had cheese and Avocado but it came with neither.

Excellent spot to stop before heading to the stadium. They use THB bagels for their breakfast sandwiches.

Today, you will find the same delicious foods, outstanding personnel, and friendly service that has been maintained for over three generations. ATTMAN'S has the flavor and excitement like that of the East Side of New York City, where our famous corned beef comes out steaming hot from our kettles all day, seven days a week; and where the taste of real Jewish hot pastrami makes your mouth water for more." (https://attmansdeli.com/history/) This place became popular back in the day for Jewish food specialties especially around Passover and their kosher products. The current location was established in 1933 and still stands today. Sandiwches: I got the original 'Corned Beef' Sandwich. I got it "Extra Heavy +$" with more meat, regular cut meat (there is an option of regular cut vs lean cut for an upcharge), with Sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, with deli mustard, on toasted rye bread. DIY rueben-esque. The sandwich was amazing! Quality corned beef, so fresh and tasty. Highly recommended. This is their true, time and tested menu item! I also got the 'Lombard Street' sandwich, on toasted rye bread. It had pastrami, corned beef, chopped liver and Russian dressing. Good blend of different flavors and textures. I was expecting a savory liver pate sort of taste, but it's on the sweeter side. Which I found interesting, sorta not my jams but definitely someone else's. The 'Lombard Street Coddies' was a lil soft baked fish cake patty. It came wrapped in foil with a stone ground mustard packet and crackers, snack size. I expected some toasted crunch on the outside, but it didn't have that. Kinda smushy all over. Desserts: The 'Strawberry Shortcake' was more of a denser/ heavier cake with a cream cheese layer. The frosting was harder and super sweet. The 'Rainbow Cake' was super pretty with its colorful layers, just like the pictures. Denser sweet chocolate cake. Both cakes were good, but my preference is for softer airier cake. And icing that's lighter and less sweet. The 'Chocolate Top Cookie' (each) was a softer sugar-cookie-like base with a generous glob of chocolate frosting on top. This I'd probably not get again. The 'Black Bottom Cupcake' was super moist and yums, recommended. This I would get again. Sides: I got the 'Attman's House Salad' with Russian dressing. It was a decent sized salad, you could add different protein options on. Blend of tomatoes and lettuce. The 'Homemade Potato Salad' and the 'Homemade Coleslaw' were packaged in smaller sauce containers. Both were nice accompaniments for the sandwiches. I also got the 'Bubbie's Matzo Ball Soup'. The matzah/matzo ball was packaged in a separate tub from the soupy portion. There were good potions of vegetables and soup. It was my first time trying out a matzo ball, definitely interesting. The dough-flour bite went well with the hot chicken flavored soup. Overall, I got a bit of everything in my to-go DoorDash order to try thing out. It's very different from the types of food I usually get. This was a good experience. I really liked the corned beef sandwich here, highly recommend that. Try this place out if you have the time!

If you've visited Baltimore and haven't yet been to Ekiben, this is your sign to make your way…read moretoday! Ekiben is the definition of unique flavors & a depth of culture. Their menu is a fusion of Asian & Ethiopian cuisine, an unexpected yet insanely good combination! With locations in 3 staple areas of Baltimore city, you'll experience not only great food but also the opportunity to explore all the sweet gems Baltimore has to offer. My top 3 picks from the menu which are a must when you visit are: ramen broccoli (perfect cooked in tempura batter seasoned with a "tangy" blend of spices); Red beans & Rice (vegan friendly dish of cooked lentils over rice topped w/ a fresh tomato & onion blend); & of course the shrimp (really any of them because you can't go wrong). Ekiben is definitely a staple and somewhere that warrants frequent visits. I highly recommend!
