    12.18.24 formerly One Milk Tea
    May A.

Where is the cheese in the Mac & Cheese? [Roseville CA] I didn't realize that One Milk Tea is no longer at this location. I purchased a Groupon deal for Urban Fuse and started to Google its location not realizing that it was the same place as One Milk Tea on Lead Hill (my daughter used to work at the former). I used my Groupon for a 24-oz Chocolate smoothie and got it fast. The sweetness was perfect, one that would not spike blood sugar levels (my opinion only). I chose to have it with brown sugar boba. The drink was made fresh but the boba pearls were hard. I also ordered a small size Mac & Cheese... unfortunately, it was very bland... it had the cheese pull but I can't taste the cheese! My mom and I shared the small serving and we couldn't finish it. Inside is clean, the interior design has not changed much from the former bubble tea except the iG wall which now has the new store logo. Customer service was great but put more cheese on the Mac & Cheese, please. Review #3640

    Strawberry protein shake

Best protein smoothie I've ever had, hands down! I've tried three different flavors (mango, strawberry and taro) and none of them disappoint! Most delicious way to get your protein in! Staff is really kind too, 10/10

Taro Smoothie and Genmaicha Milk Tea
    Ashley C.

Came here for some afternoon drinks with the family due to the proximity of where we were eating lunch. The menu is pretty basic - milk teas, smoothies, and slushies, and you pick your flavor. They also have a food menu here as well. I decided on a genmaicha milk tea for myself with 75% sweetness. It was still on the sweeter side so I would recommend going lower than your usual preference. I also ordered a taro smoothie for my kids but wanted to split it in two cups. She had to check with her manager, or maybe the owner? Which is fine, but I've never had an issue splitting a drink for my kids at other places. It seemed to be an issue and they were talking back and forth in Spanish. They assumed I wouldn't understand which in fact I do understand some. I know it requires an extra cup so I offered to pay for the extra cup if needed. They said they wanted to figure out how to make it look full but I'm not asking for a bigger amount of smoothie, I just want it split into two cups. My kids don't care if the cup looks full. After that, that manager or owner was just sitting in the bar seating and when I looked up he was glaring at us and then looked away. We had kids with us but we cleaned everything up including the games that are available for customers to play. Drinks weren't terrible but also nothing unique. Decor inside is cute with a flower photo wall. But the temperature was so hot inside, it felt better outdoors and it was a cold day. Just didn't really feel welcomed here unfortunately.

    Bright and cute decor!

When I saw on Google that there was a boba shop still open at 9:30pm (until 1am, actually) I knew we had to check it out. It was easy to find with plenty of parking. Inside, it was clean, brightly lit and had very cute decor. Louis helped us and was very accommodating, ensuring that we were happy with our drink choices since it was our first time there. They offer 25% off between the hours of 10pm-1am, and there's a BOGO deal if you download and use the app. We got their Horchata Aguas Fresca and a Wintermelon Milk Tea, which was good except next time I'm going to get it much less sweeter. Will def be back again one of these nights!

    Brown sugar & Taro

Lovely place, classy and stylish design, great ambiance inside for hangouts. Service was fantastic and place was nicely clean. Why the 3 stars, then? Compared to many other boba spots with teas and smoothies, I just wasn't impressed. Taro drinks taste was too subtle and the brown sugar drink I had was too strong with the tea itself, hardly tasted the brown sugar part. Had both drinks with normal amount of sugar, so no adjustments to either. My wife did enjoy the brown sugar drink that was blasting with tea flavor, so I guess it could just be preferential to say the least. As for my preference, just wasn't my cup of tea. But don't let that deter you! Give this spot a chance and perhaps your taste buds will love Urban Fuse's gorgeous looking drinks.

Red Guava Fruit Tea and Winter Melon Fruit Tea
    Molly T.

We ordered the Red Guava Fruit tea with regular green tea and 25% sweetness and it had no tea flavor and barely any guava flavor and mostly tasted like sugary water. We substituted the tea in the Winter melon fruit tea with black tea and did 75% sweetness and the flavor on that one was good, but would definitely get less sweet next time. The service was fast and you can order at a self-order kiosk.

Quality of Boba and the pearl is just gross especially when you can taste the powder. The pearl is cold. I want my nine dollars back.

Milk tea was underwhelming for price. Nice place with good customer service. Can't speak to coffee or food.

Inside the decor is black and white and overall has a modern vibe. The employee greeted us when we walked in but didn't offer to take our order. Then she left to the back and we saw there was a kiosk to order from to the left of the cashier area. I did notice there was a line forming after I ordered since there was only one kiosk. There were 3 people in line and one of the employees came out to turn on a second kiosk. The kiosk was taking a while to load and I felt like the employee could have just started taking orders instead of waiting for the kiosk for good customer service instead of keeping people waiting. I guess some businesses just only use kiosks for ordering now. Their menu offers matcha, coffee, and sparkling soda drinks in addition to various flavored sundaes - matcha, ube, banana, strawberry, boba, and coffee. I went with my partner and we ordered the honey sundae to share. The description said it's made with local honey. It came with a piece of honeycomb. The soft serve is made from Hokkaido milk and it is silky and smooth with a subtle sweetness. I prefer Asian desserts since they are not overly sweet and it was not overwhelming sweet. The honey paired well to give it some sweetness without being over the top. The honey flavored sundae was probably the most simple compared to the other sundae flavors but still delicious! The sundae was a big amount and was enough to share between two people! I don't think I could have finished it myself! They don't skimp on the portion size. Overall, I would defintely come back to try more sundae flavors and also I want to try their matcha drinks!

This is my absolute go-to boba shop out here! The drink & food menu has expanded since we first started coming here. Ordering can be done at kiosks or with a staffer at the counter. We've tried a variety of drinks here, but our go to faves are a Strawberry Fruit Slush with Brown Sugar Crystal Boba, Thai Tea, & D8. Their 50% sweetness level suits me perfectly. I've encountered bummer times when the drink I've wanted is out & not available. The regular size cup is too wide for a car cup holder, which is inconvenient. I've been on countless number of trips to boba shops over the last 20 years and although I use to succumb to peer pressure early on, it's been so long now. Years since I've ordered anything. But for some reason, when I was the DD to this spot, they had a "Best Seller" menu board. My previous go-to was always taro and after they confirmed it was fresh taro -- actually, they warned me it was fresh taro because customers have something else in mind -- I succumbed. Their verbal drink descriptions were so finely tuned like a Hollywood actor, they made everything sound so good and they were right. No boba added - just their Best Seller "Taro Smash" I watched them make it and after the fist few sips, I immediately regretted not ordering the large. And since I'm such a rookie at this now, I forgot to give it a shake and get the ice to do what ice does. After that, it was even better. So, hands down the best taro drink I've had.
